The atmosphere was great! Cons: We made reservations & selected Outdoor seating - only option available. When they started to seat us they took us to a noisy (large groups) main room. We asked for outside & were informed that regardless of the reservation, it was only if space was available & it might not be. The seater did not seem happy with us, asked us to wait & ignored us each of the many times he passed. We waited 15 more minutes for our outdoor table even though there were a few tables (for 2) outdoors close to the rose gardens. When they finally sat us, they sat us next to the kitchen door where servers spoke “Door” every time they approached & it was the path to restroom for non-guests if the restaurant. The tables for 2 remained open during our entire lunch. Why we were punished for requesting an outdoor table when that’s what we reserved was disappointing. We made the best of it & enjoyed our day at the beautiful gardens. Our server was very gracious. [Wednesday, May 14; 1:15 rez.]

Love my experience here for high tea. It was a lot better than I thought. The weather was perfect. Everyone treated me well. Got a bunch of lovely little surprises. Was it going fun? Definitely worth the value and it’s right near my house.

The whole experience with the beautiful tea cups and plates and the live viola, made the experience so wonderful and one to remember. 

Very good afternoon tea without breaking the bank. It was a good time as well, as my friend and I didn't have to encounter loud and large group parties that day. Thank you for a good afternoon tea experience.
