First visit and not last. Leery as we tend toward local, but was highly recommended…and did not disappoint. Caponata is not to be missed: beyond sublime. Gorgeous presentation and the sourdough toast was a perfect complement. Salmon was perfectly seasoned and moist. Ravioli di Piselle e Stracciatella was such a fun springtime treat. What was lovely about both dishes was they were not over cooked. Flavors were bright and quite enjoyable with a glass of white (the Sicilian Aetna Bianco was perfect). The lemon dessert was a light lemony treat to close the feast. Our server was knowledgeable and unobtrusive (excellent service). There was a private event in adjoining room, so the restaurant was loud, but it was enjoyable seeing people be lively and interacting. Surprised that our evening dining at Eataly was such a treat: thank you!
