Love the quaintness of this restaurant. It’s small however they do not squeeze you in. It was out first time and will def be a redo.
Tiziana and Bill
Good service, and good food but I was disappointed by the personal pizza. Not my favorite. I will go back to ordering entrees- never been disappointed by them!
Great service and good food
Price for cappuccino was way too high
My best favorite Italian spot! Loved it!! Definitely coming back. Their customer service is unparallel! They go above and beyond. Thank you Paula and Glenn for making us feel so welcomed! We ordered the mussels and meatballs appetizers which we devoured then had the pescatore pasta and chicken parmesan: we did NOT take any leftovers home. The flavors, taste, and presentation were amazing, this place will blow your mind. Highly recommend!
The evening with friends was wonderful. Everyone loved their food, and the service was outstanding. Great BYOB which made the evening very affordable. The only thing that could have been a problem, but wasn’t, was that they didn’t have our reservation. Not sure what happened to it.
Love it there
Just a nice meal for a fair price
We live down the street and this is our second time trying the place. We like the food selection, ambiance and the presentation of food is all excellent, however the food unfortunately lacks flavor. I joked after the first time we went saying the leftovers were the best part - as the flavors seem to be better the next day. Again, it is so true! Something is just lacking in the dishes which is disappointing. So overall, a nice spot, but foodies will be disappointed.
The food was not bad, but it wasn’t unlike any other Italian restaurant in South Jersey. No specials (at least not told to us) and no signature dishes.
All of our meals were awesome between the crab ravioli, cavatelli carini, chicken supreme and the seafood!! The desserts were awesome also (carrot cake and lemoncello cake). Paula was great in making suggestions for both the main course and the desserts! Will definitely return!
Kind of noisy, really have to shout t ok talk to peopke at your table.
everything was good but the clams were sandy. would not rec'd them but everything else was good
Fourth visit to this little place and once again, not disappointed. Good food and great service. Always a good place to eat!
We eat here often and, as usual, the food and service was very good.
Always a great experience and the food is so consistently delicious. Lots of great choices from appetizers to desserts. Great food, ambience, location, and at a great price. Service is impeccable.
Excellent service, good food. Noise level is HIGH.
This was our second visit for dinner. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the food was very good.
We hadn't been here in years because of bad service, but decided to try it again. Glad we did. Food was good and service was outstanding. Granted, there were maybe two other tables of people dining in the restaurant while we were there, but we were very happy with our waitress. Will definitely go back again.
Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous food at our first visit to Cucina Carini. We started with the big meatball appetizer, hot rolls fresh out of the oven, and the fresh house salads that came with our meals. My husband and our friend John both had veal parmesan. I had veal Sorrento, and Donna had eggplant rollatini. Although everything was delicious, Donna & I couldn’t finish our meals & both brought leftovers home. We didn’t have room for coffee or dessert, although the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake sounded yummy. The final bill for the four of us came out to a reasonable $100 + tip. Another plus, as our waitress told us, is that all food is made fresh to order. In my case, I didn’t want any spicy peppers in my meal, and it came out as ordered. The atmosphere was nice. We’ll be back again soon.
Ambiance was great. Food was excellent except portion was small. Wait staff was average.
My wife and I along with another couple had dinner at Cucina Carina o Sept 20th. Everyone felt the food was outstanding. We were, however not impressed with our waitress. Although the restaurant wasn’t busy our waitress rarely checked on us. When my wife ordered her entree she asked the waitress if she could substitute something else for the pasta as she is watching her calories. The response from the waitress was an abrupt NO. This was followed by a statement that she could order mixed vegetables for an additional charge. When our entrees were serves she reached across to the opposite side of the table rather that walk around to the other side. As we finished items a table clearing person did the same thing when clearing the empty plates. This is certainly not the way to serve customers. My friend commented on our return to our car that he would rate the waitress as marginal. I do want to stress that we all felt the food was excellent.
Place is getting a bit rundown...look up to the ceiling lights and note the cracking, peeling paint. Kitchen slightly exposed and not a great sight.
Rolls came out burnt. Pasta dishes sub par and red sauce somewhat watery and acidic.
Our waitress was awesome!!!! Food was excellent and good overall experience!!! Two thumbs up!!!!!
We’ve eaten here very often and it is always very good all the way around. Nice local Italian food.
Always great service and food! Atmosphere is upscale and makes for a very enjoyable dining experience.
Exceptional food, first time visit . Friendly staff.
Our first time to eat at the Cucina Carini and it was OK overall. The calamari for appetizer was just so-so, there is a much better ones in a cheaper restaurant at Moorestown. The entrees of the scampi and the trio seafood were light which was good but taste bland. My son did not finish and take home his chicken parmigiana and was not too enthusiastic about it. Since the starter bread were great and filling, we were unable to finish and had to take home our entree leftovers. After adding seasoning (fish sauce and butter), they were excellent for our taste. Service was acceptable and the waitress was apologetic for not being served sooner which we understand since it was a Saturday.
Great place. Great food. Great service. Great location. Great ambience.
Enjoyed 2 pizzas and a nice salad, the pizzas were crisp and tasty, although the “Upside Down Pie” was drowning in warm (not hot) thick tomato sauce. It seems that Mount Laurel is not far enough north to make a great tomato pie like in Robbinsville.
Great food and service!
Always excellent. Food and service are always top notch. Excellent atmosphere. Best in class seafood and pizza.
A charming little spot, off the beaten path with excellent made to order dishes and top notch service.
The BYOB feature helps to make this a good value, particularly give the quality of the made to order dishes and ample portion size.
A special shout out to our server, LeeAnn, who was delightful and helped to make our dining experience perfect.
There is ample parking on site.
We visited on a Friday and, this, made a reservation.
Try the fried calamari app, the clam ravioli and the Veal Madeline; all excellent as we the Caesar salad.
We have been coming here since they opened in 1995 . They have consistently been excellent !
First visit! The food was excellent and service great! We will most definitely return!!
Great place. Excellent food and staff. Highly recommend.
Food was great. Very busy and noisy. Waitress was terrific. Very pleased.
Food was excellent. Took my mom here for mother's day and she loved it. Thanks
Great food, they don’t disappoint. My husband and I were seated immediately (with reservation), the service was great. We had a very nice dining experience.
Excellent, friendly service. Food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. BYOB. Love it here!
