One of the most amazing meals we have had in Vegas. And the staff was professional and friendly.
The food was phenomenal! Will be back.
Excellent food at reasonable prices. I especially liked the eggplant parmigiana.
Always come in to have a quick bite and enjoy the great drinks.
Somehow, I doubt Mr Puck was in attendance the night we ate there - if he was, he would have surely been embarrassed to put his name to the, at best, below average rubbish that his restaurant served. My father summed up his food - and the whole experience - as ‘hopeless’.
Overpriced, under-delivered, ‘hopeless’ rubbish.
Overall a good experience, decent value, the two signature cocktails were excellent. Portions were a bit small considering the price, but not enough to make me feel cheated. Service was good.
The food was good and there was a nice selection. Our only complaint was that the server forgot our appetizer. But I don't blame him. I think he couldn't hear us order over my 5 year old. The wait staff was friendly and prompt. The dessert was the best part. I'd recommend staying for dessert if you can.
We were rushed through our meal and it felt like a fast food restaurant, couldn't even sit and enjoy our drinks at the end but felt pressured to leave. The food and cocktails were tasty though.
Service was awesome!
For our party, we each did the prix fixe $35 dinner - everything was lovely BUT the gnocchi. We all speculated that extra salt was accidentally knocked over into this dish as it was inedible.
Chicken parmesan was amazing!! As was the wild boar pappardelle & bruschetta. Wine Wednesdays gets you half off bottles, great deal. The Wolfgang Puck Cab was very good.
We both had pizza. They made me a delicious vegetarian pizza with mushrooms, onions and broccolini. My partner had the meat lovers with a side of meatballs (3). We were both delighted with the quality of our dinners. Our server was very polite and attentive. We would definitely recommend to friends and return ourselves.
Food was great as well as cocktails and the pappardelle was phenomena. Hostess seemed put off that we came in later in the evening although plenty of time before closing. Service was just ok. There were still four or five other tables but definitely a vibe from some staff that they wanted to be done working.
Nice location to spend a quiet dinner away from the crowds on the street.
Food was great, pomodoro was FANTASTIC. Drink selection was good and reasonably priced for Las Vegas.
Our party of 3 enjoyed the pre fixe dinner option for $35. It proved to be an excellent value including a starter, main course and dessert. The salmon cooked a perfect medium. Although the portions were a bit smaller, we were satisfied and didn't feel stuffed.
Love this place
This restaurant never fails to please. Excellent service, wonderful ambiance and superb food. My only complaint: bring back Table 15!
Great food, but the service could have been better. The food took a long time to come.
Always a hit!
We dined for our daughters 21st birthday and the staff made it wonderful. The food was delicious, the staff attentive, and the atmosphere very nice. We could easily hold a conversation without raising our voices. While the restaurant was busy, it felt very quiet and intimate. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Had the Kale Salad and it was excellent. Ambiance of the Crystal Shops was a nice oasis away from thd Strip. Excellent service completed my experience.
Our server was the best we had in Vegas! The best ravioli ever! We will be back!
Basically mediocre food with a recognizable name. Enough said.
Good food and sizeable portions, though the waiter never checked back we would have told him things were just fine on the plate. prices are high but you're sitting in the highest end shopping mall I've ever seen, surrounded by dozens of (mostly empty) ridiculously priced merchandise shops right on the Strip. Puck's quality is always great; the hard seats and the hard surfaces make for a 'lively' atmosphere but the mall is gorgeous and who knows maybe your waiter will check on you.
Service was terrible. It took 50 minutes to get bread brought to the table. Had to keep reminding them that we had ordered a glass of wine. They brought my side dish after I was done eating. Not a good experience at all.
This place has the best spaghetti and meatballs I have ever had! The food was fantastic! We were looking for a great meal that was not outrageously priced on the Strip - and it was this place! It is in a an indoor open-air setting and in an upscale mall, so I feel like the ambiance could have been better. We would recommend and would definitely go back!
The food was not nearly good enough for the cost.
The food at Cucina was perfect. The Torchio pasta was unique and wonderful. Service was very good; the wait staff was friendly and attentive. It is located in the atrium of a mall, which was a little bit of an odd setting for an open, nice restaurant. I would go there again in a heartbeat - the food was that good.
Fantastic food and service
Really relaxed and pleasant environment. Food was OK. I’ve but. I thing special.
The service was superb. Thanks to all
Very nice experience. Next door to our hotel Aria, easy to make a reservation on the very same day and the pastas were really excellent!
The wild boar ragu was the closest thing to the the one I ate in Italy. It was excellent. The pizza was just ok.
We love this restaurant. The food is excellent and well priced for the location.
The food was well prepared and tasty. The service was far below the standard you'd expect in a place associated to Wolfgang Puck.
Our server Juan, he was not a good server plain and simple. He made mistakes that even the greenest of servers would have made. no offer of the daily specials, no offer of fresh ground pepper or Parmesan when he brought our meals. When my wife noticed a chip in her wine glass he was rude and aggressive, asking if there really was a problem.
Carla the manager was no better. she had little experience in dealing with customers and made it seem like she went out of her way to replace the glass. When told of all the other missteps she offered nothing by way of compensation. It was a very disappointing experience.
What a disaster. Our kids were getting married the next day at the Venetian in Vegas. We had met the parents only once before, also in Vegas. We live on the east coast and they live in Hawaii. We ordered cocktails, wine and the fixed price tasting menu. Drinks were great but when the first course came there were only 3 not 4. What was missing was the soup. That the other dad had ordered. Problem #1, we had to point that out, #2 it took over 10 minutes for the soup to come.!!It should just need to be laddled, not made from scratch. Nothing improved on the next course. My wife's main was missing, few asked a different server, ours had disappeared after the soup fiasco, she immediately knew what my wife had ordered and said she would bring it right out. 10-15 minutes passed no salmon and worse no progress report. The manager, no one came over to say sorry for the delay etc. When it came the rest of us had eaten most of our mains and my wife just put it in a box. The manager delivered the meal, said he would be right back and shock after 10 minutes I had to track him down. I am willing to give the restaurant another chance because when we had explained the whole situation the good and the bad he apologized and comped us the meal. I have been dining out professionally and casually for over 30 years. I have been a witness to a similar disaster in Vegas . The restaurants sometimes get slammed by orders due to trade shows etc. Maybe there was a large party in another part of the restaurant , I don't know. The food was very good but the service was horrible.
Service and friendliness was exceptional. The food appearance was enticing. We had salmon and steak both good. I wish the menu had more variety
Service was amazing and food as well defiantly will be back !
Very nice evening. Our server Tony was great. Valentine's night and a last minute reservation accepted. Food was better than average. Atmosphere was great
