The food and service at Cucina 503 is outstanding! The Ribeye meal was cooked to perfection. What an outstanding taste. Highly recommend this restaurant.
I ordered the Cucina salad and the chicken pasta. My husband ordered the Caesar salad and the lasagna. Our salads and entrees were excellent. We all enjoyed the Manhattan cocktails 🍹.
Delish food with flair! Super nice and knowledgable staff. Wonderful wine selection.
This was our third trip to Cucina and this time we brought friends and high expectations. We were not disappointed!! The meals and service were all outstanding! We told our friends that we had never had a bad meal and that they should feel free to order anything. We were all wowed by the food! They enjoyed the beet salad, the shrimp pasta, and the lasagna. We enjoyed the beet salad, the special trout appetizer, the lasagna and the eggplant parmesan. All delicious. My standard is eggplant parmesan since that is a dish I remember my Italian grandmother making, and it was a favorite of mine. This was a slightly different "spin", but was absolutely outstanding. Grandma would have been proud! Desserts were enjoyed by all, the panacotta, the flourless chocolate cake and the strawberry ice cream. This has rapidly become one of our favorite area restaurants and is one of the best Italian restaurants around! Treat yourself...you won't be disappointed!!
Great place! Date night for my husband and I. Hidden gem!
We loved the evening out with our business team. Varied menu, great specials, and great value. Lots of families and couples there too. It’s on the short list for places to go back to in Augusta.
A bit dark and understaffed
Cucina 503 is an excellent Augusta restaurant. The food is exceptional with a great variety of Italian dishes from Pasta to fine meats and seafood. Staff is friendly and fast. The chef is very welcoming. The mussels are a 10 out of 10. Salads also a 10. Chicken pasta a 10. Prices are very reasonable. A small, but good wine list and a friendly bar area make this one of the best spots in Augusta and tops in Columbia County for Italian. Casual, but upscale. Patio seating and easy parking. Excellent, but not fancy. There are three different rooms to choose from. Anyone in the area should give Cucina a try. My only complaint--and this is minor--is that a couple of the tables are close together. However, it's usually not packed and is still a great spot overall.
Always great. Trout was amazing! !!!!!!!!!!@@@@@@@@!@!@!$#○□•■■○■●○
Nice Italian restaurant with all fresh food. I'm a strip mall but nice atmosphere once you get inside.
We had a wonderful, personal dinner. The chef came to our table many times. The food was superb. We will be back again soon.
Second time going to Cucina 503. Both times the food and service were great.
DIrty table cloths
Overly salty sauce on Osso bucco
Very oily frito misto
Won’t be back.😕
Cucina's webpage listed their establishment smart casual dress, not heavy worn jeans and t-shirts found to be the uniform of the day for some wait staff and business ownership. My guest, nor myself never anticipated spending $25+ on an entrée and find the waiting staff looking like they were running to a Home Deport for building supplies. Service was good and the Italian entrees were quite pleasing in their presentation, but strongly lacked in flavor, normally experienced with dishes of this authenticity. Suggestions: Require a high level dress code for your staff, utilizes glass water chaffs, not used wine bottles and start playing with key spices and herbs to bring out favor distinctions demand by your offered dishes.
Decent restaurant. Good food but not a large variety available. Tucked away in an okay building. Was noisy when we arrived but quieted down later.
Very good Italian Pasta Dishes
We were pleasantly surprised about the outstanding pasta dishes, the excellent salads, and the appetizer. The service was very friendly but since we were sitting at a table in the bar area and our waitress had to work at the bar at the same time she was not able to be always readily available; although when we got her attention she was very helpful and accommodating. Overall we would recommend this restaurant; the food is very good.
Great food and good service. We went early (5:45pm) so no wait and not crowded
Outstanding authentic Italian fare. Everything handmade on premises. Fresh ingredients, delightful flavors..fresh and unexpected in a strip mall! Don't miss the desserts, as great as everything else!!
Great as always!! So much fun to see our neighbors dining here as well!
My eggplant parmesan was too salty and other than that did not have much taste. My husband had a wonderful veal shank meal and his rissoto was very tasty.
Love this place. Excellent food. A hidden gem in Augusta. Must visit.
Found this by chance while visiting Augusta and wanting to catch up with a friend on a Monday night - not a lot open. The vibe was good, the food excellent and service great. What else could you ask for. Happy to recommend.
My friends and I had a marvelous time!
Excellent server. Chef checked on food allergies. Quiet atmosphere great for conversation. Full bar. All diners enjoyed their meals.
Food is superb! Service was excellent, drinks are Amazing! Best birthday dinner by far! Recommend everyone give Cucina 503 a try! You won't regret it!
Our 3rd time dining here and it never disappoints. Great food, cocktails, and staff! A must go to in the CSRA
The highlight meal of our trip to Augusta. The mussels are amazing and my wife and I could've just dipped bread in the broth all night. My wife thought the eggplant parmesan was incredible and was extremely pleased that they put just the right amount of cheese. I had the scallops and they were cooked perfectly. We completed our wonderful dinner splitting the chocolate cake and zeppole. Can't wait to come back next year!
Went there after a long day at The Masters. Good service and wonderful food.
Truly a gem. We went to the Masters on short notice and booked this place on opentable, with no real expectations. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir, Mussels in a garlic wine sauce (chili flakes adding a complimentary heat), and the pappardelle with chicken and mushrooms (also in a white wine/garlic sauce). The pasta was homemade, well-plated, and worthy of any restaurant in the world. The mussels and charred bread were also perfectly executed. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Always enjoyed the well prepared meals and creative and interesting recipes.
Great restaurant to head after a busy day friendly service good food
We were in town for the Masters and just happen to run across this excellent restaurant. Enjoyed the entire evening, would certainly be back if we're in the area
Pappardelle was incredibly good, bursting with bold flavor and not overwhelmed by truffle oil. Ossa buco was tender and fell off the bone but could have been a little more flavorful. Nice selection of wines by the glass at reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this place and would like to explore other items on the menu, except I don't live any where close by and won't be back until I go to the Masters again!
Nice little restaurant with excellent food and service. Was in Augusta for the weekend and very glad we found it!
Food and service excellent, as always!
Enjoyed the experience very much. Food was good and service was great. Would recommend to others, and would go back again for sure.
The food was great, everything else was so-so. Although we arrived at 530pm and the restaurant was completely empty the service and food was a bit slow. Particularly service really. Music was good but decor and look was blah.
Great dinner and service. Mussels and ribeye dinner were delicious! Nice spot for dinner for date night or big group.
We chose Cucina to dine at on Day 3of the Masters. The place was very busy, and instead of the staff (and in particular the bartenders) acting like they were thrilled to be making money on the busiest week of the year, there was a general overtone that they were being inconvenienced. The wine, salad and bread were great, but our entrees were extremely salty, and mine, which was eggplant parm, was undercooked and inedible.
