Superb!!! Will NOT disappoint!! Staff is always amazing!!
Went for birthday dinner, and it didn’t disappoint. Had reservations for 2 at 6:00, when we arrived there wasn’t anyone in the building, which made me nervous(6 pm on a saturday night) but shortly after, more guests arrived. Had the Fritto Misto as an appetizer, very good and fresh. The Spicy Arrabbiata sauce wasn’t spicy, which I’m happy with because I don’t like spicy.
Husband got the Pasta Carbonara with 2 eggs on top. Eggs were poached perfectly, the only negative about the dish was there was too much cream sauce. I had the special, Duck Confit Risotto and also got the Gnocchi. Risotto was amazing and the gnocchi was great(needed a little extra salt IMO). Had the tiramisu and Flourless Chocolate Cake, and both were fantastic!
Great for quiet dinner with great food!
We loved the bread especially but the meal was great, too with ample portions!
Very good Italian food. The best in town! Service was also very good.
We had a wonderful dinner with great service. My entree was off and the waitperson overheard me and told me another was on it's way. The wine was really exceptional with a good price point. We will attend again!
The food was very good and flavorful! We had the stuffed seabass and mushroom chicken papardelle. Anticipate returning for the Ribeye and lasagna. We sat in the bar and had excellent service from Amanda. She was very accommodating and creative with a dessert martini. Good variety of a wine and liquor selection.
Food was delicious. Chef came out to check on us. Had a very good experience. I will go back! Lasagna was yummy!!
Definitely the best meal we have had in Augusta!! Do yourself a favor and book a reservation. You won't be disappointed.
I have been to this restaurant on multiple occasions and I really enjoy it, however this time was not up to my expectations. We were sat in a room with a large group of people who were quite loud, I understand on a Friday it's busier and there will be groups, but there are noise limits. The food was delicious as always but the sauce on my dish, the smoked chicken & mushroom pappardelle, was sour and just threw it off. Our waitress was fantastic she was very attentive and kept our drinks full all evening. I have to say though my biggest issue with this place is that it always smells like Fabuloso cleaner, I love that the restaurant is clean, but I don't want to smell cleaner I want to smell good food.
The food was very good. Our service was average but the ambiance could definitely be improved. The ambiance doesn’t match the food
In Augusta for business and wanted a local restaurant. It was in a strip mall and the window view was a parking lot but the service was good, our server was attentive and the food was delicious.
I went to Cucina 503 with a group of 12 total (10 adults, 2 kids). The staff was excellent- Very attentive and nice. The food came out hot and we did not have to wait too long for it. I ordered the meatball antipasta for my kids to share and they loved them! Three good sized meatballs. The adults got a variety of dishes, which were very rich, but delicious. Portions are good sizes. We also got a couple bottles of wine and some desserts. Overall it was a very good meal, the only things I would say were drawbacks were that there were only a handful of people in the restaurant, so it was pretty quiet (which we didn't mind because it meant our large group could be well attended and we weren't bothering anyone with our noisiness), and that it was pretty warm in the restaurant. I'm not sure if they were having issues with their A/C, but we all noticed that it was toasty!
Not impressed with the over all experience. The AC was out and it was very hot. Took a long time to get our drinks. Took even longer time to just get bread to the table. Waiter couldn’t recommend wine or even specialty drinks. Food was ok but not worth the wait.
Amazing, fresh, super great dinner!! Staff is always very friendly!!
Great food. Sophie was a great server.
Food was delicious and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable!
This is perhaps the best meal I've ever had dining out. From the appetizer to dessert the meal was terrific! The service was top notch, I cant wait to go again.
The food was good. My dish wasn’t exactly what I thought it would be but it was still good. Would go again.
Recommended by others and did not disappoint. Superb drinks and great Italian food made with local ingredients. Favorite new spot in the Augusta area.
Our 5th visit and again we brought friends. Food and service were both outstanding. All in line with our previous reviews and experience.
I enjoyed everything at Cucina's 503. The Food was great, Service also.
We had a great first experience here. It took longer than expected to receive our food but the quality exceeded expectations. The prices were very reasonable as well. It was a little chilly inside the restaurant. Overall it was a very nice first time experience and we will definitely be attending again.
I have never been let down here. It is definitely in my top 5 places to eat in the CSRA
Food was amazing! Together we had the Rib Eye and the Pork chop. Splurged and got the tomato risotto. WOW...it was all delicious! And just to put me over the edge, I ordered the flourless chocolate cake....I was done! It was spectacular!
Love this place
A quaint restaurant that was a nice place for dinner. Some people were casually dressed; some ladies were in dresses; nothing too fancy. Sourdough and balsalmic butter was delicious. Short ribs and polenta was a hearty appetizer. Good portion size. Prime rib & pork chop were juicy and cooked as ordered. Flourless chocolate cake (gluten free!) and little donut holes with fruit purée were not to sweet and a perfect summer dessert. It is a great find of a restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. I hope to be back the next time I visit Augusta! I would totally recommend dinner here.
Underwhelmed by the eggplant on daily special. It was over cooked and deep fried, the pasta and sauce kind of bland. The flatbread app was decent.
Service was excellent however the ambience lacked a little bit. Food was prepared as requested and was very flavorful. I will go back
Service was great
Food was way too salty
The eggplant parm was dry
Nice fresh bread
4th time here and it never disappoints. Great service, wonderful food, and a hometown original!
Wait staff was great.
Attended 5-course wine tasting dinner and it was fabulous from the wines to each course. Service, food and pairings were beautifully done. A great value for superb wines and delicious fare.
Excellent service, menu was great and even modified an order to meet my daughters taste. Great experience with great food.
The food and service at Cucina 503 is outstanding! The Ribeye meal was cooked to perfection. What an outstanding taste. Highly recommend this restaurant.
I ordered the Cucina salad and the chicken pasta. My husband ordered the Caesar salad and the lasagna. Our salads and entrees were excellent. We all enjoyed the Manhattan cocktails 🍹.
Delish food with flair! Super nice and knowledgable staff. Wonderful wine selection.
This was our third trip to Cucina and this time we brought friends and high expectations. We were not disappointed!! The meals and service were all outstanding! We told our friends that we had never had a bad meal and that they should feel free to order anything. We were all wowed by the food! They enjoyed the beet salad, the shrimp pasta, and the lasagna. We enjoyed the beet salad, the special trout appetizer, the lasagna and the eggplant parmesan. All delicious. My standard is eggplant parmesan since that is a dish I remember my Italian grandmother making, and it was a favorite of mine. This was a slightly different "spin", but was absolutely outstanding. Grandma would have been proud! Desserts were enjoyed by all, the panacotta, the flourless chocolate cake and the strawberry ice cream. This has rapidly become one of our favorite area restaurants and is one of the best Italian restaurants around! Treat yourself...you won't be disappointed!!
Great place! Date night for my husband and I. Hidden gem!
We loved the evening out with our business team. Varied menu, great specials, and great value. Lots of families and couples there too. It’s on the short list for places to go back to in Augusta.
A bit dark and understaffed
