This was our first visit to Cucina 503. We had the veal over risotto special and the lasagna. Moscow mule and a couple ice cold Peroni's on tap. Everything was fantastic. The Veal with risotto was amazing. The staff was attentive and friendly. It was a great evening. So many times in the Augusta area, a nice dinner is just kind of meh. We are very happy we gave Cucina 503 a chance and will definitely be back.
Great food and great atmosphere. This is our second time and love it. Our server was amazing.
Good house salad and the pasta with mushrooms and chicken was outstanding.
Flourless chocolate cake is good. Service was good but a little slow at times, took out main dishes a while to arrive but we had the bread and salad so we weren't hungry while waiting for main course.
Would like to sit outside when it's warmer.
Very good food..Pasta made fresh daily and it was wonderful.
The food and staff at Cucina 503 are always excellent and never disappoint. Cuisine is creative, beautifully presented and always delicious.
The server was initially not friendly and it was apparent that she was rushed as she was trying to hurry along our choices. The food was good and a different type of presentation of old favorites. Wine list good. Ambiance poor and could use some work which could be easily accomplished. At this point will not be our first choice for repeat Italian dining.
Cucina 503 is hands down the best Italian restaurant i've visited in Augusta. I had the beet salad, risotto, and chianti- all amazing and service was excellent as well.
Cucina is our favorite local spot for a great meal you can’t get anywhere in town. Service was excellent as well as the food and cocktails. We’re always welcomed with a smile and a hug by owner, Edward Mendoza. Our waitress, Amanda even had my favorite wine waiting for me at our table. Cucina never disappoints!
The food was great, and our server Suzy was awesome very attentive and personable.
Excellent food and service! Thanks for a great meal.
Food was great . Briar our waitress was absolutely fantastic.
The service was outstanding at Cucina 503. The menu was small but there is something for everyone on it. Great wine and beer list.
Food was fantastic. Salads were enormous - wish server would have warned us, we would have shared. Wine service was very slow, we were nearly done with our meals by the time our glasses were brought to the table. Would be a fantastic place to dine if servers had more training and more support for drink service.
They are not your typical Americanized spaghetti restaurant but more authentic Italian Italian. They also have things like grilled scallops which I had and were delicious. My husband had the lasagna. The salads are very good and good portion.
The service was tip top even though they were busy. The bread is top level, everything! I would recommend!
Also there was a mixture of how people dressed... many people very casual and some people were more dressed up. So no matter how you feel like dressing you’ll fit in.
Authentic Italian food. Fritto misto is amazing, brilliant idea to fry lemon slices. Osso bucco was fantastic, so much flavor. So was the duck. During a previous visit we had branzino, the best fish ever.
They ran out of Ribeye steak on after the Valentine’s Day. Had to settle for Shrimp Risotta, which was amazing but really wanted the steak !!!!
great good, loved my waitress Amanda she recommended a great dish to my husband and he stop talking to me after then,it was just that good😀
It took us over an hour and a half to get our entrees
We enjoyed our visit to Cucina 503 recently! The food is very good and healthy portions are given. The salad had fresh greens and other vegetables and our entrees were great--we couldn't quite finish it all. Service was polite and helpful, but a little bit on the slow side. It was a busy evening for the restaurant, though.
First time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint! The drinks were great, but the food.... even better! The menu is on the pricey side, though not prohibitively expensive, but you're getting a MUCH higher quality of food than at places like Applebees or Chili's. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed our time together. We were able to talk and hear each other. Noise level was great. Our food: chicken and mushrooms and lasagna were served by Kelly. She did a great job checking on our needs and trying to please us. The part of the meal we enjoyed most and was memorable was the chocolate dessert with strawberries marinated in some type of sauce. The bread was delicious also. The entrees were enjoyable but not impressive considering the price. I might would return again but my husband is allergic to red meat. So that limits the menu for him.
Enjoyed another visit to Cucina 503. Good food, service, wine, and cocktails.
This place is great!
We love the food here! Will be coming back soon!
The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was beyond expectations. This was for Valentine's Day date with spouse who enjoyed the food, too. A little noisy, but it was busy. Tables were placed just enough away from each other to offer the ability to talk to each other quietly. Will go to again for special occasion. A little pricey for every day dining.
My dish had 5 shrimp and the rest noodles for $20.00. Nothing else. Not worth the money!
Cucina 503 never lets us down. The food is consistently very good, the service good, and a variety of beer and wine selections. The prices are wallet-friendly, and we always leave saying "wasn't that good? We need to come here more often". Heartily recommended.
Once again Edward and the staff pulled off an amazing dinner. Osso Bucco, the special, fantastic. We will be back!!!
When visiting Augusta, we always stop at this gem of a restaurant- owned by a REAL, trained Chef (not a cook) so the food is superb!! We have enjoyed both lunch and dinner here and highly recommend 👍
A hidden gem in Augusta. Great food. A must visit.
Great mussels! Disappointed they were out of chicken to top my wonderful salad.
I went to this restaurant when they first opened for a company Christmas party and it was great! I then went back recently for a valentine date and I was pleased to find that they had an even better atmosphere and menu. I loved the duck and pan seared ribeye that we ordered, they also let us do a taste test of their wine selection so we could pair it with our meals. The waiter was very fun and accommodating when we had questions as well. I will definitely be going back here soon!
Every time we dine here the food is delicious! The wait staff is also great!
I love Cucina!! We go a few times a month.
Eggplant parmesan is wonderful, but sometimes a little salty.
The service was excellent. The food was even better. We had the trio, then lasagna. It was absolutely delicious. We will be returning.
This was a last minute dinning decision at 630 on a Friday night. I made the reservation while my husband was driving to the restaurant, and arrived 5 minutes before the reservation. We were seated right away. The service was prompt and courteous and the food was fantastic! Thanks
I had a salad and appetizer and my husband a salad, entree and dessert, and 2 glasses of wine each- $140. Steep. My appetizer had fried lemons in it. BOO Hiss! Not so good. Rest of plate a fried extravaganza. Menu didnt twll memit was a fried dish. Wouldnt have ordered. Salads average. Lamb shank Superb! Good but could be better. Step it up chef - u can do it. Bread and butter - off the chain. Great waitress!
Great food. We had a big party and the service handled it well. I feel like they are not getting 5 stars due to the location and being located in a strip mall. Overlook this! Give it a try!
The bar is among the most creative in Columbia County and we usually sit at the bar when it is just the two of us to enjoy a cocktail and share some dinner but on this occasion we had six people celebrating a 21st birthday so reserved a table in the dining room. The drinks (two pear martinis and one Moretti beer) and food were perfect and delicious but our server just seemed off her game. The restaurant was not over crowded and we had no special orders or small children but somehow we all felt rushed and as if our presence was annoying to the server. We had also alerted the restaurant that we were celebrating a 21st birthday but there was no mention etc. Hopefully our server was just having a bad evening.
Good food. Menu is small and hasn't changed in over a year. Decent specials
