Roasted Chicken and Wild Mushroom Pappardelle

Frito misto is always outstanding, as is the homemade chicken paperdelle/mushrooms and branzino! Wait staff is excellent!!
Salad was very good, pasta ok. Not many shrimp. server rushed us even though restaurant was not busy
First time eating there. Great Drinks, Great Food and the Staff was Friendly & Knowledgeable. The Duck I had, was cooked to Perfection. I can’t believe I took this long to finally eat Cucina 503. I’ll Be Back
Dinner and appetizers were great. The waiters and rest of staff were very warm and cordial. The experience was very pleasant. I will certainly go back again and again.
Cucina consistently has great food and service. The staff is attentive. Good is fresh and delicious. You can’t go wrong with any of their menu options.
Excellent food! Great service! Always a favorite!
The food was delicious and the service first class.
The food was delicious! My husband ordered Osso Buco and I ordered Branzino. Both entrees were fantastic! The service is also great. The server was very attentive.
Food and service were excellent. Very accommodating staff with changes to dishes. Consistently good experience. Definitely will return.
It was our first time at Cucina 503 and a wonderful “date night for me and my husband. Service was excellent, she made recommendations and they were spot on. Food was excellent. Will be back again soon!
Butcher paper on table, a white or red check tablecloth would be nicer. Lasagna lacked garlic. But I love garlic. Bethany is great server. Will try again.
Only thing that was good was the flatbread!!! But, at least I can scratch this off the list of my “new foodies”
Excellent service and the food was amazing as always!!
Awesome drinks and very tasty entree
I went with my husband for our 4th wedding anniversary and we had a great time there we enjoy the food and drinks, the lasagna was amazing definitely going back to try something else from the menu.
Things were ok till I saw the bartender digging into her shoe like she was scratching the bottom of her foot, then didn’t wash her hands and continued to work- including touching the fruit with her bare hands and putting it in drinks. Disgusting!
Great food! Great service!
Best kept secret in Augusta! Amazing cuisine and great service.
The food was spectacular, including the gnocchi with lamb ragu. The service (by Kennedy) was just as spectacular.
Pan-seared duck breast was excellent, as was the tiramisu. I sat at the bar & service was friendly & quick. I'll be back!
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys fine Italian food. I dine there at least once or twice a week, Excellent food!
The food and drinks were delicious, service was fantastic, and the overall ambience of the restaurant was very enjoyable! Definitely some of the best Italian food I've had in Augusta. Would recommend to anyone!
The food and service were excellent
Definitely one of our favorite places to go. We’ve always enjoyed our meals there.
The food was excellent and the servings portions were very satisfying. Our waiter Matthew did a excellent job and was very tentative to all of our needs. We will definitely be back.
It was a reservation for four. Upon entry I was not impressed with the setting more utilitarian then mood setting. The Hostess escorted us to our table, which I was not satisfied with and requested a different table in another part of the restaurant. She complied with my request and sat our party elsewhere. We ordered wine, appetizers, main course and after dinner coffee. All of which were average/above average in preparation and presentation. The issue occurred during our after dinner coffee. We were approached by a young lady who ask, “I long did we think we were going to be sitting there” and explained our table was part of a reservation that needed to be seated. Mind you it was ~10 minutes after our dinner plates were cleared for dessert. I thought it was rude as if the Hostess was aware of the large reservation we could have seated us at an open table and avoided this “bums rush” approach to an otherwise pleasant experience. I will reconsider visiting Cucina 503 in the future.
Enjoyed the dining experience here, with only a couple of hiccups. With the butcher paper being used as a tablecloth, it was hard to determine where the table edges were. We both dropped silverware at some point during the meal, and we kept our drinks right in the middle so it too wouldn’t be dropped.
Service was excellent, and she had good recommendations based on our tastes.
Food was excellent! Best lasagna I’ve ever had.
We were seated promptly in the bar. This was our first time eating at Cucina. For appetizers we had the mussels and the meatballs. Both were excellent. And the mussels were enough to split with the other couple who dined with us. For entrees we had the gnocchi and lasagne and both of us were raving about both dishes. A wonderful evening. The only irritant was the brown paper on the table.
We arrived a few minutes before 5pm and were promptly seated outside. Our Server was great, explained the menus and was efficient on requests. Food tasted great as always. We love the lasagna and even the pizza was good!
I wish a salad came with the entrees as I feel like it would bring more value to the meal and price I’m paying. Cocktails are a little pricey as well. We would drink more if they were $6/8 vs $9/11
My only request is that you offer to turn on the heaters. By the time our meal ended I was freezing.
We have never had a bad experience at Cucina 503. The food was well prepared and delivered at a leisurely pace so we could relax and enjoy it. The balsamic butter is always a pleasant touch.
As usual they do not disappoint, food and drinks were amazing. The servers were excellent and a great value for the meal you are given. One of the few places in town that is consistently working above the bar.
Masters week outside dining that was perfectly done.
Great food and service. Meatball appetizer and prime steak are favorites.
Excellent in every way. Great food, service, drinks & atmosphere.
Probably the best food I have had in Augusta, north Augusta had Divinos but Cucina is better in my opinion, the duck is good at both but presented better at Cucina the Food is full of flavor and you get quality especially for the price.
Birthday for daughter and long wait at times for service
