I always enjoy the food and drinks here. The service is also unmatched. Me and my guest had the ribeye and cabarnara. They were both, soooooo good.
Food was okay. My scallops were delicious. My husband's food could have been warmer. We never got refills on our water or asked if I wanted another glass of wine. We were seated in the bar area even though we had reservations and it appeared there was room in the "dining room". They were not that busy! Did not like butcher paper on top of white table cloths.
The dinner we had was phenomenal! The pasta was housemade and you could definitely tell—delicious. The flat bread we had for an appetizer was just as wonderful. From the service to the plates, it was a great experience. My wife and I cannot wait to visit again. Thanks for top notch cuisine here in a Augusta.
Great selection of beer and wine. Food was elevated not you standard Italian which was refreshing.
The lasagna was incredible! The room was a touch noisy, but it usually isn’t. There was a large dinner party when we went.
The restaurant does not have the best atmosphere. Wish it was more cozy. That’s my only complaint. Food was absolutely DELICIOUS! Very good.
Food was good. Ambiance and set up is off. If you end up in bar area there is too much going on area you.
Very enjoyable! Large portions & nice wine list!
It was wonderful! We enjoyed everything! Good food! Nice vibe!
The food at Cucina 503 was, as expected, GREAT! It was a small early birthday celebration for my granddaughter. We were greeted by the friendly staff as we entered the restaurant and seated promptly (thanks to a reservation through OpenTable). Many of our party of six ordered the Caesar salad for an appetizer and all ordered different entrees. The food service was smooth and evenly paced. Everyone was pleased with their meals which were served with an even pace. This kind of quality and service is what makes Cucina 503 one of our favorite places for special occasions.
Our meal was quite delicious and the quality of the pasta was fantastic. I was just in the Augusta area for a brief time to celebrate my Aunt’s bday but should I come back to the area I’ll eat here again no doubt!
We decided we need to come more often! Lots of selections, so definitely need to come back soon.
Our appetizers were great and of course the entrees were perfect! You can't go wrong choosing Cucina
503 for a delicious meal.
This was by far the best Italian Restaurant I have been to so far! That food was so flavorful and delicious. Thank be already made plans to return.
I ordered the fish dish that I had eaten before, but this time the fish and the vegetable complaints were not up to my previous meals. I will still go back, but will be more questioning on my order and demand better flavor with the sides that came with it! Not a good dinner for me.
Great little place with excellent food. Service was fine. Ambience was nice but casual. It could be nicer. Osso Bucco was excellent
Great food & atmosphere. The server was friendly & helpful.
Eating here is always a pleasant experience. The food is fresh, flavorful, and always a delight. The mussels and broth are exceptional- you don;t want to waste any of it. We get extra bread to soak it all up. Ashley was pleasant and we never had to wait for the next course. The selection of food, wine, and cocktails will not leave you disappointed. Bryar, the bartender is pleasant and her smile is infectious.
Chef Mendoza and his staff provide an outstanding culinary experience. The food is consistently great and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Have used OpenTable close to 100 times and this is the first time we've shown up with a reservation and found the restaurant closed. Unfortunately this was a business dinner for 8, some visiting from out of the country.
We made a reservations. Drove across town and they were closed. They should either use open table or not.
Food is always good. service is good, Just irritated.
Either Open Table screwed up or Cucina 503, but it never did open and was closed. Maybe next time I won't use or recommend Open Table since you can't seem to communicate with the restaurant to determine if they are open.
Not sure what was going on with the HVAC the evening we were in the restaurant, but it was so hot inside. By the end of the meal, my husband and I were both sweating and I am naturally a cold natured person. Service level was OK, but food was great.
Best Italian cuisine in Augusta. Everything was fresh. Great service.
Food outstanding, service good but courses rushed. Still a favorite.
Food and wine were great with a friendly atmosphere to boot!
Best anniversary celebration ever!! And we’ve been married over 36 years!! The food was awesome and we didn’t feel rushed!
Great local fresh homemade Italian cuisine. Chicken parppardelle outstanding, Frito Misti to die for. We're always pleased here.
This was our first time trying Cucina. We tried the special appetizer of fried okra with Tzatziki sauce and it was great. We also had the lasagna and the pappardelle pasta dish and both were delicious. It was crowded so it was clear that many people like to dine here. Our server was nice and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Very fresh and portions were plenty! We will definitely be back and would recommend this location to others.
Another awesome experience at Cucina. We celebrated my wife's birthday and everyone had a great meal and a great time.
My Mom & I were the only ones in the restaurant so the service was excellent. I think the prices were a bit high especially the bottle of wine we shared. The atmosphere could really be improved as it was a bit stark. I would recommend it only because the food was very good and the beet salad was unique.
Best bartenderness (Briar) ever!
Prefect representation of the hidden gems in Augusta, GA! Food was excellent, authentic, great portion sizes, flavor composition, and drinks were equally desirable!
Great local restaurant with incredible wine and outstanding food!
We've been several times and have not ever been disappointed. Food in a word is Delicious. Service is Great.
The food was good, not great. The wine selections were limited. The service was clumsy and lacking - the waitress kept interrupting to tell us why we weren't getting bread, why there was no butter, why this, why that. It was like listening to a child trying to cloud an issue with incessant chatter, hoping you'll forget what they did wrong. To top it off, no ambience, ridiculously small portions, and high prices. We were terribly disappointed and won't be back.
Excellent Wine choices - loved the Turley! Love, Love, Love the Cucina Salad, the shrimp scampi was wonderful, cozy atmosphere, staff seemed short-handed, but other than that, the experience was excellent. Will definitely return!
food was good, i like my gnocchi but portion was very small ragu was good.
This is THE best restaurant in Columbia County! Awesome!
Mother’s Day. Our server was a bit rough around the edges on her table side manners.. maybe she is still new? Love love love the food!!!
