Enjoyable - great service. Selections from both the pub and main dining room were offered so flexibility was appreciated. Only disappointment was the kale salad - very tough and unpalatable. Otherwise was good.
Love Crush. Most consistent restaurant in Ukiah, the wait staff rocks.
Food is great.
A bit of a let down. Rib-eye was thin and I'm not sure it was the advertised 16-ounces. Small potato and light on the "loaded" for an additional $3. Cobbler was mush with a tiny scoop of ice cream. My wife's bolognese was excellent, though.
The place is starting to look just a tad rundown.
our dinner was great, service was great, it was my wife's birthday, however she got so sick all night, we don't know if it was something she ate there, she ate nothing else, elsewhere.
After reading A lot of bad reviews about how it took so long to receive service and their food- we are skeptical about going. But after eating there everything was amazing, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Food was great, a little pricey for us, but it was a special occasion so it didn't matter it didn't take too long to get to our table we were seated at 7:30, got our main course at 8:00. We will definitely be comming back to eat again. Give them a try even tho some people wrote bad reviews.
Raising a 1 yr old granddaughter and finally after 8 months I got to take the wife out for a date. It was everything I could have ask for. Outstanding food, quiet romantic setting and the salad bar was off the chart. Best scampi we have ever had. You helped make this a very successful date. I received 5 stars from the wife for choosing Crush for our dinner. Thanks again and we will be back.
This restaurant was chosen by the birthday person and we were very pleased with the meals we had. Two of had the prime rib special and it was fantastic. Our server was most pleasant, attentive to our needs and served us well.
Steak was returned a couple of times because it wasn't cooked properly. This is a steakhouse and is branded in the restaurant's logo. They were very nice, but had a new cook doing the steaks who didn't know how to do them properly.
To add insult, they notified Open Table that we didn't show up.
This place is a bit noisy. Had a great server (Stephanie)...very attentive. Sea Bass special was good, but a little too much pepper. Had the Bourbon Bread Pudding for dessert...delicious!
Absolutely great! Excellent service, delicious food, great atmosphere!
Speciality drinks were very good. Mahi-Mahi was tough, had black pepper covering the top and was served on a bed of greens topped with vinagrette and quinoa. What? It made no sense. The creme brûlée came in a cereal bowl rather than the normal white rammakkan (sp?) The sugar was burnt in the middle. The flavor of the brûlée was good, however.
As Ukiah residents, my husband and I have been slow to get around to Crush. However, Father's Day seemed like a good time to experiment. Crush is good. The food was well prepared, the server attentive, the bus-girl very charming. My husband's filet was to his satisfaction, my shrimp scampi was good. We really didn't have any complaints.
However, as an experience it is just OK. Not bad, not special. The feeling that I had was that we were at a Red Lobster=upgraded. There are restaurants that feel unique, intimate, and with a flair for lovely cuisine. Experiences that you want to share with your friends. Unfortunately Crush is not one of them. We will be dining at Patrona again.
Eggs Benedict were a letdown. Too much spinach! No English muffin!
Everything started out great. Ordered appetizers, drinks they all came out very quickly. And our waitress on top of things. We where the first people in the restaurant, party of 11. We ordered lunch more drinks and waited for our food. When the food started to come out it was pretty steady until I noticed my daughter didn't have her lunch a BLT I ask the waitress she told me there always the last to come out really!!! A BLT ...they require no cooking... bacon is pre-cooked in restaurants . Oh did I mention my daughter is a chef . Then I noticed at the end of the table my brother-in-law and wife had no food!! Fish and chips 6 of us ordered fish and chips They where the first to come out. I told the waitress they didn't get there food....she apologized and put a rush on it. Did I say everyone else had finished eating by then. I'm not saying we had a bad time. It was a my youngest daughters Graduation so everyone was talking and laughing having a good time, some of us hadn't seen each other since Christmas. But it could have been better.
This was my first experience with Crush. I liked everything about the restaurant, except I felt the food was over-priced. The service was good, the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was good and served in a timely fashion. However, I didn't think the food was as good as I expected for the price. Still, I would recommend Crush.
My wife and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a wonderful dinner at Crush. We have a nice relatively quiet booth that I asked for and our waitress Stephanie was friendly and did a great job in anticipating our needs at just the right time.
Very nice restaurant with great service. Very busy but they took good care of us
The food was wonderful, cioppino, swordfish, and we split the best Caesar salad ever. Good recommendations for a glass of wine. We had a drunk at the bar first. Best Manhattan anywhere. Tiramasu desert was excellent, a bit large even for 2 people.
We also goffer to Crush in Chico. Love them too.
Excellent restaurant and great service I love it all the time
We always take our friends to show off Crush. The food is awesome and everyone always loves it.
Have to eat here it's very nice and the service was great!!
I always enjoy this establishment. The food as well as the service is good. A bit overpriced for this area.
Enjoyed everything about it; the food, the cocktails were done perfectly and the Chicken Piccata right up there in the top 3 I have ever had.
Six of us enjoyed Easter night meal. The adults had steak, which were perfectly cooked. We shared asparagus, which was very tasty, and a bottle of local white and local red wine that were very delicious. Overall a very good experience.
Wonderful enjoyed every aspect of the restaurant
Convenient location, seems pricey for Ukiah. Desserts were not very good.
Bar is always crowded and very loud.
Have been coming to this venue for many years, and the food and service are outstanding. Wine list has many types of wines from local and regional wines at reasonable prices. Menu has something for everybody. Enjoyed the evening with my wife.
I love crush my favorite restraint in Ukiah. Excellent salad bar , great wine and cocktail list, filet is beyond the best I've had. I've never been disappointed.
This was a good choice for us as we were staying in Ukiah just for the night and wanted a nice meal. Had the salad bar, clam chowder and eggplant parmigiana, all excellent. Seating and service were both prompt.
Good experience overall .
I would go back again
Had roasted chicken
This restaurant is fine for watching sports or being in the bar with friends. It may be ok for a date night but not with anyone who is hard of hearing!
The noise level was very high on a Sunday evening. NOT a good place for a business meeting. Even in the back room!
Met up with old friends we haven't seen for many years. Our server was attentive, but patient with the amount of time we were there chatting. The special sea bass was delicious. An enjoyable evening!
Again... mistakes made by kitchen and waitstaff. Wrong bottle of wine brought out long after we requested wine to drink (bartender waiter communication issue) That year of the SeaBass was not on the menu at all.
Salad came out late very late for one of the party.
John is very nice and was apologietic but these things should not happen at Crush as they seem to do consistently every time I'm there.
Food especially the special.
We were eight family members ranging from ages 10 to 79 celebrating a milestone birthday. We had great food and good service. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Crush was the right choice for this event.
We had a gift card so we made reservations. First I (Richard) called to see about a 7:30 pm reservation but never received a conformation. So my wife went online and made one there for the dining room. As we were driving to Crush I received a call to see if we were going to make the unconfirmed reservation?? When we arrived I told them we had made a second reservation as the first one was never confirmed. We were seated in the bar not the dining room?? The seating was not at all what we expected or wanted so we asked if we could move to the dining room instead...we were told that we could sit in the lobby seating which was even less acceptable. Then they did move us to the dining room with a new waiter. My wife had asked for mashed potatoes but was served a baked potato instead. When we old our waiter he replied that they had run out of mashed but would bring them soon. We also had to ask for the bread basket with our appetizers but showed up with dinner instead. The mashed potatoes showed up after we had finished eating our dinners at the same time the waiter was asking us about dessert??? I left Crush feeling like they should have offered us a new gift card so they would have had a chance to give us the experience we deserved.
Food quality has deteriorated in the last year and the steaks were not cooked as ordered, the salad bar needed replenishing, seemed like a poorly managed kitchen.
Food was amazing, good choices for the kids and great service.
We had such a nice time at Crush. Valerie was a great server! The bussers were sweet too! We enjoyed!
