About Crossroads

Crossroads refines the Los Angeles dining scene, and is helmed by culinary trailblazer, Chef Tal Ronnen. Highlighting small plate dining with a Mediterranean influence, Crossroads features the cuisine that Ronnen is famous for; beautifully presented plant based dishes that are flavorful and innovative. The food was very good. I've had better customer service. Where the host actually greets you when yoy come in, and say thank you for coming when you leave.

The decor is great. The bruch was good. If u have a big appetite, beware, high price for small amount .The French toast and waffle/chicken and coffee were great. The fruit plate was quite bad.. raw melon, brown apple, 5 blueberries. The servers brought out the fruit and sausage (yummy) out first, then one plate, then another. It was not proper etiquette. Not done right. Overall, a friendly staff.

I could not love this restaurant more! I do not live in LA but try to visit Crossroads every time I'm in town. The food is fabulous - creative and simply scrumptious!

We enjoyed our meal very much, it's a great restaurant whether you are vegan or not, the meals are very tasteful, great ambiance and the service we had was exceptional. The waiter was very friendly and polite and even recommended us good stuff to do in L.A. since we were there on vacation. I have the cookbook at home but tasting the "real" recipe was very fun!

Crossroads is my #1 favorite vegan place. The Bloomsdale Spinach salad is always off the hook amazing, it is not your typical salad. The crab cakes as per usual were awesome. We tried the maitake mushrooms over mashed potatoes for the first time and it was fantastic. We had the bolognaise which was honestly not near as good as it has been in the past, the pasta was a bit overdone and the sauce was kind of runny whereas it usually much thicker and heartier. Overall though, the food was great so don’t let deter you from going. We enjoyed the mushroom ravioli and the Ice Cream Sundae was the best desert I’ve ever had there. I forget our servers name, but he was great. The staff there is always friendly and accommodating and happy to offer suggestions. Go there if you haven’t already!

As ever, amazing food and wAiting staff. As ever, very rushed (plates cleared the second you finish your last bite) and front desk just so rude and unhelpful. Staggeringly delicious food though.

This restaurant never disappoints. Every single dish we ordered, and we ordered many, was delicious. Hands down, my most favorite dish is the "Chicken" Milanese. Why bother to eat chicken when this tastes like chicken, but so much better. The best Milanese ever!

Hadn't been to Crossroads in a long time...and was so pleasantly surprised once again! Everything was just delicious...including the rose champagne!!!! They were extremely busy...and you would never know that you were eating vegan only!!!! So many vegan restaurants are heavy foods....this was not at all. Really enjoyed everything. The service was excellent. I won't wait so long to come back again!

The service was so insulting... I’m in the service industry and work very hard and take pride in the way I treat people. It was ridiculous from the rude hostess to the check coming out b4 we even asked. I made a reservation well before the evening of the dinner and expressed that it was my very good friends birthday. We had to sit at a very uncomfortable table with bad attitudes from every person that came by. The only reason I didn’t walk out is because it was a plan we had for days and it was too late.

The food was delicious! You dont miss the meat part of a meal. The Impossible Cigars and crab cakes were my favorite. The non-alcoholic drink we ordered called Fed-up was very ginger forward and lacked flavor. The Sundae was amazing but the chocolate cake was only OK.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had! The hostesses were sullen and had attitudes when we asked to sit in the main dining area which was half empty! The waitresses lack of personality matched the tasteless blob of food they called eggs Benedict! I could have had a lovely brunch at Café Gratitude for about the same amount of money , but much with more pizzazz! Crossroads has no redeeming features ! It rates minus one!

The Food was expensive but good especially for people that are vegan. I hate how crowded it was though. It made want to leave since we could barely hear my girlfriend and I talking. I won’t recommend this restaurant for a date.

The food at Crossroads is amazing. I went there for my birthday. Unfortunately the wait staff and host personnel are rude and very attitudey. We felt rushed the entire time we were there and our female wait person was bothered by every question we asked. Unfortunately they just want to turn and burn & make you feel extremely unwelcome. I’ve been to Crossroads a few times and this is pretty consistent. I love the food however & can’t get enough of it.

We didn’t order drinks and got mostly small plates. All our food was delivered very fast, no time in between dishes. I felt very clearly like they were trying to rush us out because we wouldn’t be a big ticket that night. Never mind that we’ve been loyal customers, often coming with more people and ordering drinks.

Have been here 5 times or so and always enjoyed it. This time the service was not great - somewhat pretentious and not attentive at all. Food was great as usual. 2 of the 3 deserts were too sweet though.
