Amazing food, highly recommend the pasta dishes...really special experience
Terrible place. They consider putting oil salad dressing on the side a substitution Ridiculous!
Our service was brilliant.
Our table was great.
Our food was fine to good.
Our bill was a little much for what we received. The best item we had that evening was the potatoes. There were three of us; my husband enjoyed the Spicy Chickpeas and our son wasn't impressed with his pasta and truffles dish. However, he appreciated the dessert.
Loved sharing a birthday celebration with friends at Crossroads
Great food. Beautiful place. Hostess was unfriendly frown on her face was the first thing you see when you walk in then no hello just a cold question, 2 ? Reminded me of a cheap diner.
Beautiful environment, excellent service, outstanding food. I love Crossroads!
Food amazing. Noisy and the service was a bit slow.
Great at keeping me safe as gluten makes me sick. Their gluten free lentil bread is amazing. Don’t leave without having the truffle potatoes. You’ll be sorry. Next time we’re each ordering our own!
Michael, the waiter, made this dining experience my favorite. He was nice, friendly, and attentive. He actually took over my table because the previous waitress was not up to par. I am so grateful I met Michael. The food was excellent as always. Pretty pricey but worth it....
Amazing food! I’m a huge meat lover and still I love this place! Most well seasoned for!
Delicious market meals and great service.
Most of the dishes were excellent. Nice array of flavors! We would definitely go back. Unfortunately our main server was not the friendliest. She answered our questions and served our plates as if she was irritated, albeit with a taut smile. Her attitude made the evening less enjoyable. At one point my daughter asked her a question regarding a menu item and instead of simply answering politely the server said, in an accusatory tone, " I thought you said you've been here before". What kind of comment is that??????Pretty rude!
Must include that we are not overly demanding clients, nor was the restaurant extremely busy. My daughter, a strict vegan for many years, chose Crossroads for her birthday celebration.
Loved the new fall menu - many new items along with some of our old favorites
We had a reservation for 8pm for 2- we asked to add 1 person and they said we couldn’t get in until 9p then. We didn’t get seated until 9:36 and there was zero apologies until we complained 3 times. We felt ignored by the hostess. I think if you aren’t going to be seated well past your reservation you should be notified or check in with the patron. We sat at the bar and were ignored while others walking in from the street were seated. The food was amazing and our server was pleasant but what an awful experience.
Service was lacking. We had a reservation, but still had to wait 20 mins. Our waiter left for the evening without telling us. Our new waiter hardly stopped for us.
Amazing food, but the prices are way to high for the amount of food you are getting. Highly recommend for a anniversary expensive dinner but definitely not a regular spot due to the fact that the prices are way to high.
Celebrated my husband’s birthday here with the family!!! Everything was so good!!
My favorite vegan restaurant in LA. Very creative, excellent flavors!
We recently discovered this place, and have since brought many friends to dine and experiance the amazing food. My only negative feedback, is that every time we go, we are seated in strange "rooms" off of the main beautiful dining area. These "rooms" are dark, cold, and the acoustics of one of them was so bad I could not hear my husband seated next to me. Sitting next to a drunk birthday girl in a curved ceiling room means no one will be able to hear anything but her. Just some feedback, since the food is amazing and we want to keep coming back!
This is our favorite vegan restaurant in the country. We make sure we go every time we are in Los Angeles. The chef does incredible things with various ingredients. The service is impeccable.
Favorite spot in LA
My fiancé and I have eaten at crossroads before and absolutely loved it! Last night the food was so nasty it was embarrassing. I couldn’t pretend to like it because my face said it all. We had been sitting for about 5 min when our waitress started rushing us to order. She asked if we need help ordering which I though was a weird question, so we said no and asked for another minute. She came back literally in another minute and asked if we needed help yet, so I explained that I was trying to decide between the “FETTUCCINE CARBONARA” and the “LASANGA” and she said fettuccine for sure, so I accepted her suggestion. The food came quick which was shocking considering how crowded it was. Visually the pasta looked OK. I noticed the pool of water it was floating in and immediately got put off. When I tasted it I started getting mad because it was luke warm, the pasta was hard and clumped together, the sauce had NO flavor whatsoever, and the peas were so hard and raw. It was nauseating to eat the slimy hard pasta! To be such an expensive dish, I had wildly high expectations. I should have sent the plate back or asked it to be taken off my bill, but I didn’t want to cause a scene.. My fiancé’s pizza was amazing so I’m glad he was able to enjoy something. He ordered a brownie sunday for desert which was equally disappointing. The brownie was bitter and hard. There was way so much salted caramel all over it. After this meal, it’s so hard to say if we will ever come back..
Best restaurant in LA!!
It was the best!
Spent over $200 for a dinner of 2 persons, but still they were rushing us out, my date was still working on her plate, put the form down for a minute and the guy came and took her plate, I was still working on the appetizer and he asked me I was done and shamed me to say “no” .. this it my 3rd time there and prob. The last.
This place woes us every time! Thank you for the service and amazing food. We’ll be back!
Truly fantastic, and I am a carnivore. Great drinks as well!
One of my favorite places to bring visitors from out of town.
Absolutely love coming here for either morning or evening menus.
Staff members are super friendly and I always feel well taken care of. Thank you for always making this feel like a special treat - at a very reasonable price.
As ever, crossroads was a culinary dream. No vegan place does vegan food better.
I dined three times in three days, despite my husband wanting to eat something with a face. He said he couldn’t tell the chicken and waffle at brunch, weren’t really chicken fabulous.
We were looking for an upscale vegan dinner and chose Crossroads. We had a wonderful experience as the staff was friendly and attentive and the food was wonderful. We had a total of 9 dinner items and 1 dessert with only 1 item not being to our preference; not that was bad, rather just not to our taste preference.
I've been to this restaurant several times, but this last time was not their best. The server was inexperienced and did a constant up-sell (don't you want a bottle of wine instead?) It tired me out frankly, and she was not attentive or well-versed in the food. It was too bad as it was my birthday, and it was just OK. Food still shines, but I won't be as eager to return.
Best upscale vegan food in the city. Vegan seafood tower is a treat and the carbonara with the fake egg is so good it’s hard to believe it’s vegan.
Forgot my birthday then when mentioned it wasn’t free still. Other than that, very good experience
"I love the romantic feel of this place, crab cakes were the best. I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed and friendly, but prices were on the higher side
Fantastic food... amazing Vegan restaurant that all foodies will enjoy!
I always love love love the food and the wait staff at Crossroads. I get the crab cakes every time. I'm never disappointed. It's also just a cute cozy environment and you are never rushed out.
Awesome. Get the “seafood” tower.
Fabulous food and a great place to see people. Enjoyed our evening and it was great to see Scot Jones, the executive chef, who is an old friend.
