Believe the hype--this place is a stalwart in the plant-based cuisine movement.

I do recommend Crossroads for dinner, but definitely would NOT recommend it for lunch. This was my first time having lunch there, and I must say, my friend and I were both very disappointed. The menu options were so limited, the service was very poor, and the food was just-ok. :( I paid $40 and walked away hungry.

I will still go back for dinner time, since the service is much better.

Love the food and the service. The noise makes having a conversation difficult. Think the acoustics could be a bit better. But I’m nitpicking. This is possibly the best Vegan restaurant in the country and a top restaurant irrespective of cuisine.

Food was really tasty and well presented but the noise level was painful. Had to shout the whole evening. So tired of doing that.

The food is insanely good. We ordered half the menu. I’m only sorry I didn’t order the other half.

We love coming here for birthdays and special occasions to treat ourselves, and this time it was my turn to be treated as it was my birthday. The food was amazing as usual and the ambiance is always on point. However, we were really let down by the service. We usually have very good service but this time was nothing special. Our server didn’t introduce herself or tell us the daily specials, and she spoke very quietly which I can’t stand in servers. Being a server myself I understand how important communication is. It was all very quick and dull interactions with her and she didn’t bother making a connection with us. We usually don’t expect much from servers as long as the food and drinks are accurate/good, but since this place is fancy and expensive, we at least expect a certain level of service - especially since we only go for special occasions. Again, the food is amazing and we will come back for sure but it’s just a bummer to see someone unqualified, or maybe just unenthusiastic, working at such a great establishment.

Service was poor and just minutes after I paid my bill (nearly 200 dollars) they asked me how longer I would need the table. I still had a half glass of wine and we were only at the table just over an hour. Very rude.

Food is overpriced. We got kicked out because we were at the table too long. Bill over $300 and we were still wanting to order more food and booze!

Expensive but worth it! Small plates - order about three per person - all vegan and All fabulous. We were on limited time due to tickets to Hamilton, and our server did wonderfully.

Food and service is top-notch. Only complaint is noise - we were seated next to the curtain that separates the dining area from the service kitchen. Also, seated next to a wine/liquor display that rattled each time the bathroom door closed.

Very innovative menu. Some items are better than others, but over all Crossroads is good.

The service on the other hand needs SERIOUS improvement. Attention from the staff is hard to get. You get the sense that the team is “to cool” for guests. After we ordered our waiter was almost no existent. He apologized every time for not coming by more, but never did anything to improve the experience. After sitting for almost 30 minuets with a dessert menu he reappeared and asked if we had any choices. Lots of room for improvement on the service side of the restaurant.

Vegan done right. It was nice to be able to go to a restraunt and be able to order anything off the menu. With so much emphasis on ingredients both plant based as well as scrumptous it was a shame to see the use of canola oil in so many of the dishes. There are so many other more nutritionaly dense cooking oils that could be used in its place. Canola is toxic and cheap. The rocking chill lounge vibe was very warm and welcoming. Id recommend to anyone looking to go big on a plant based gut!

Food is really incredible but overpriced. Wine fabulous. The people who work there are ‘nice’. They’re very typical Hollywood LA: pretty, actor like, with this sort of fake nice attitude. It’s fine... I’ll go back. However, you could feel they just feel they’re better than you. Tables too close together. Food fantastic though.

Crossroads is by far the best vegan restaurant in Los Angeles, if not California. It is fine dining, with a rocking atmosphere. It is comfortable enough to wear a t-shirt or you can dress up and make it a night on the town. The food is suitable for any palate, vegan or not. It is simply phenomenal. (Highly recommend the potatoes)

Love Crossroads but the service has been getting worse. The hostess was rude and made us wait to be seated until the exact time of our reservation even though we arrived a few minutes early. There were several tables open. You could tell they treat people differently which I don’t like. I know it’s LA but just because I’m not a celebrity or famous doesn’t mean I should be treated poorly. Server was nice but very short with us. I continue to go back solely because I’m vegan and the food is really good. But it is a bit over priced for the size of the portions. Definitely worth a try and you can give your own opinion of your experience.

Absolutely great!
Highly recommend.
Everything was delicious.
My friend is vegan for allergy reasons and she loved everything.
She was fine afterwards so no contamination issues.
We will be back!

This restaurant was very over priced. They recommended ordering three dishes per person as the dishes are small. The food was average and certainly not worth the cost. It is nice to have all vegan restaurants but I have tasted much better for a quarter of the cost.

I'm not vegan but my friend is and it was her birthday. I had some delicious crab cakes and meatballs on pizza but when the server told us to order about 6 plates, she wasn't kidding! They were tiny portions, like Moroccan food with tiny dishes. The ice cream tasted like water. The server was in a rush and forgot to bring a candle even if my reservation said it was for a birthday. It was an OK experience but not sure the value is commensurate with the experience.

One of the nicest rooms in all of Los Angeles, the ambience is fantastic. Beautiful decor.
However, being a vegan, I was quite dissapointed with the food, it all had one note, ie Salty
The menu promises to deliver by its ingredients however the execution, I feel is poor for this standard and price range. It's a pity as I would love to come back here to eat but I think if we do again it will be for a cocktail and possibly an appetizer.
