Food was very underwhelming for the prices. Ambiance was nice. Server was good. We had to wait 15 ins for our table even with a reservation.

We had reservations and when I said I didn’t want to sit at a tiny table in the bar, when the place was practically empty, I was told I could have a nicer table if we could eat in twenty minutes because someone had a reservation. I guess their reservation was more important than mine. The manager was surly and arrogant. Very unpleasant experience.

We had such a fun Sunday lunch! The bolognese was UNREAL. So delicious!

I would not recommend the eggs benedict as it wasn't anything special. Also, the rose and rhubarb sorbet was too sour - the rose didn't come through very well.

Overall, the lunch was fun and a very good value. Two people ordered three entrees and one dessert and only paid $30 each.

Great food and service. Brunch. Liked Jann's bagel and the impossible breakfast sandwich. Asparagus soup was outstanding. The quiche was probably the smallest serving I've ever seen. It was good but could have been a little larger for the price.

The restaurant is in a great location. It was super loud. Which I guess is to be expected on a Saturday night in LA. The food was ... meh. A bit overly salted. Not many choices and they are strict with their no substitutions policy. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Overall, it was ok/average.

We drove 90 minutes to get there and frankly, the value was just not there for the drive. Very overpriced and seemed to go after the trendy folks in Hollywood. Plates were small and expensive plain and simple. The food was very good, but not outstanding. They kept trying to up sell and were not the friendliest regarding service. Drinks were even miniature, so won't be returning.

Was actually pleasantly surprised at the massive flavors and texture for being a vegan restaurant , and myself being a meat lover. Food was nothing less than spectacular.

What a gem!! A cousin recommended we try this restaurant as the prefect date night spot for vegans, and she was right! The restaurant has sexy lighting that makes dinner feel intimate even though seats with other diners are VERY close together. We started off not so great when my purse knocked over the sparkling water in the table next to us! Yes, that's my ONLY complaint- there really isn't much room to maneuver in and out of your seat. Not all vegans are skinny.. but moving on. Everything is served tapas style with entree pricing. However, the food is exquisitely crafted with incredible style, and most importantly, EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!!! Do yourself a favor and get the spicy meatball pizza!!! It's smaller than a personal pizza, but just enough. We absolutely loved all the different flavors. The crab cakes were also tasty and so was the dipping sauce served with the cakes. By far the award for tastiest vegan entree goes to the scallopini parmesan. My mouth is watering thinking about it!! Tastes like chicken! For drinks, we enjoyed a couple of Moscow Mules. This was my first time ordering one from a full service bar that did not have the classic copper mugs that usually accompany this drink. But, didn't matter because it was PERFECT. The beautiful ambiance combined with great service and delicious food have made is instant fans!!

The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great. Our starters and salads were delicious and very creative. Unfortunately, two of our 4 entrees were so salty that they were inedible. Disappointing because they were quite expensive. We would probably skip entrees if we return on our next trip to LA.

Crossroads never disappoints! I have always been a fan and love bringing non-vegans who are always blown away at how good the food is! Thursday night and it was packed! Buzzing with great energy and quite a few celebs!

The hamburger itself was quite tasty. I am not someone who frequents restaurants with large portions nor do I ever eat large portions of food at any given meal, however the size of the hamburger was ridiculously small considering the price. Also I asked for it to be served without the bun but instead it was served inside the bun. Really it was a tiny patty that cost $18.00!

Went for weekend brunch to celebrate anniversary. Ultimately, this is tasty food at a premium price in a great location.
The brunch was not particularly creative or interesting and the portions were small. The bagel sausage sandwich was well constructed but was put on a large plate with zero accompaniments to add color or interest. That said, the food tasted good and is better than many of the vegan restaurants I've tried in LA. French toast had a very nice almond mascarpone | sausage sandwich was well balanced in flavors and textures with a great bagel | parmesan was delicious but some of the accompanying vegetable was fibrous and old | chicken and waffles were tasty but not something I'd purposefully go back to enjoy- notably the spicy maple syrup tasted like sweet-and-sour sauce. Lastly, the tables were very close together and eavesdropping was hard not to do. This made it very hard to enjoy the meal and converse freely even at low volume. Service was friendly and attentive and I appreciated the lack of unnecessary small talk.

Our server was nice but not attentive. After the food was practically thrown down on the table we were not checked on until we were nearly finished and one person's plate was never cleared. Terrible service. It was quite loud and drafty which wasn't the most pleasant either and though the others in my party said they enjoyed their food, mine was disgusting. I would not recommend it nor will I ever return.

Crossroads is my davirite restaurant, they are all 100% plant based fine dining Italian. Truly a gem among vegan restaurants. It’s extremely classy, fine dining, but you can also go in jeans and be just fine. The food is so good non vegans think it’s not vegan.

As usual the food was excellent! We had the oysters (my favorites) the truffle potatoes, crab cakes, the asparagus where to die for, and 3 pastas... don’t judge me LOL!
But we had a very awful experience with the waitress: Michaela.
She opened a bottle of champagne that clearly she didn’t know how to open and she got all wet and me too! She didn’t even apologized or bring something to me to get dry. Instead she left all upset and came buck 15 mins. later and treated us really bad making us feel really uncomfortable. I asked if she was upset and she said in a very mean way that she was really uncomfortable because the champagne enter in her eyes an got all wet. I told her I was all wet as well and she simply ignored me and hurried me to order. The rest of the dinner she was really rude dropping the plates and ignoring us. I was about to request a different waitress but we tried to be nice (for no reason) but we shouldn’t. The worst experience in any restaurant ever. Unfortunately neither me or my friends are coming back. So sad because this is one of my favorite restaurants.
