We needed a place to serve substantial non-fast food at 4:00 in the afternoon. Crossroads suited our purposes well. The food was well prepared although the selection was a bit limited. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The overall presentation at the breakfast buffet felt very cafeteria like. For the price I expected something nicer.

Went here for breakfast the other day. Food was very good. I didn't have the buffet but everything looked so delicious and there was a huge selection.

The restaurant was very nice, our waitress was very accommodating, and the food was good. We did have a problem locating it though—nowhere in the description did it mention it was in the Marriott, where we were staying, and I didn't even think to check the address and relied on my phone's GPS that kept us walking in circles until I did finally stop and put in the address. Frustrating! And I tried to call because we were over 15 minutes past our reservation time, but the phone number was the business office that was closed. Thankfully we got in and were able to have our dinner before our Broadway show.

Very good food and we appreciated the quick service so we could get to our show. However, we wasted about 20 minutes looking for the restaurant, as no where on OpenTable is it apparent that the restaurant is actually located in the Marriott Marquis Hotel. And when we called the listed phone number, the voice mail told us to call another phone number. I fault the restaurant, not OpenTable. Otherwise recommended.

We stayed at the hotel, so this restaurant was convenient. I have to say if I were in the area, I would come here for the food, quality and service. We had a quick lunch before a 3pm show, and breakfast buffet the next morning. Burgers were great, and the buffet the next morning was really good. They had greek yogurt and Soy, lactic free milk, as well as soy. They also had some vegan choices. This is NYC, so the prices are well NYC prices. Lunch as reasonable, and the buffet was 36.00US each person. I would recommend for the meals we had.

This restaurant is on the 8th floor in the Marriott Marquis. It was extremely busy, it is a very impersonal, diner-like setting, no ambience what-so-ever, service was acceptable, but price outrageous. For an omelet and coffee for 3 people, nothing else, we paid $120. Would not recommend at all.

Exceptional Gluten Free hamburger at dinner! Really amazing! Also ate there for breakfast and had a great fried egg sandwich on gluten free toast. Food quality was fantastic, but prices were very high, especially for breakfast.

The service was excellent and the noise level was very low. The food is good, nothing exceptional, but good. It's great for a quick meal either before or after a matinee.

Tip: We were so happy we booked a reservation at the Crossroads on Open Table. We got to bypass a long line & get seated for breakfast.
The Crossroads is a busy trendy place on the 8th floor of the Marriott Marquis where we were staying. The food was delicious. I had the broken egg sandwich. So GOOD. Our server Aktor was personable & attentive. Although we had breakfast, it's clear the Crossroads is ideal as a pre or post theater dining spot for anyone going to the Marquis Theater. We'll definitely go back.

On our visit to NYC, we had lunch at Crossroads located in the Marriott Marquis Hotel. Upon arrival we were seated in another part of the restaurant known as the Broadway, where we had an awesome view of Times Square. Our waitress was most helpful. My food order was a triple combo of soup, watermelon salad, and turkey sandwich. A larger salad was ordered by my friend. Very nice place to enjoy lunch before seeing the Broadway show in the Marquis Theatre.

Perfect for theater -- right in the heart of the theater district -- can relax before or after the theater -- they do not rush you out. Relaxed, comfortable, friendly staff. Love watching the activity in this bustling theater lobby / atrium. Food was quite good.

OMG! The Pan Roasted Cauliflower was one of the best dishes I have ever had. It was crunchy, tender, salty, sweet and everything else you want it to be. I cannot stop thinking about it. I will go back just for that, Coconut Pecan Pie was yummy too.

Lovely atmosphere on 8th floor of the Marriott. I had heard that service was slow, but we went after a Sunday matinee and it wasn't crowded, and the food and service were both excellent. The chicken wings are excellent, and the flatbread pizza is great also. It is a bit pricey though, but after all, it's in the middle of Times Square and in a hotel, so we expected that.

Comfy hotel lobby in sit in before or after also.

I would recommend for post-theater., and possibly for pre-theater, if service is as good then as what we had.

We told the server we had a show to attend at 8pm. She told us no problem. 5 minutes to 8pm I went to find her & tell her to cancel our order because we still hadn't received our food. She was in a side station reading the newspaper. She got upset with us for canceling. I even gave her a $10 tip just to be nice. However we were disappointed & I had family with me from out of town.

Crossroads serves excellent food with attentive service and reasonable prices for midtown Manhattan. Very buy before matinees or evening performances so better to arrive a little early. Great location for Broadway theater.

Went for early dinner with grandchildren before Charlie and Chocolate Factory 6:30 pm curtain, food was excellent and great service. Not a large menu, but every dish we chose -steak, salmon, and chicken, were perfectly cooked. Prices were low enough to enjoy appetizers too- calamari and dumplings. Plentiful and delicious.

Four of us went there before a Broadway show. The service was good and the food was really good. It's a little noisy but that's what we expected in a casual restaurant. The prices were really low for New York. Especially in a Marriott hotel.

First, this is on the 8th floor of the Marriott Marquis hotel at Times Square. I missed that fact, so if you don't want to "hotel dine" then find another place. That being said, they have great chefs and an open kitchen and we had really good meals at reasonable prices for NYC. They had a few GF options, like buns for a burger, and sometimes have GF pizza dough. After a few nights of packed and loud NYC dinners, we actually enjoyed a quiet and delicious dinner here. And the inside of the hotel is really cool. The kids loved the glass elevators.

I made the mistake of not making a reservation for dinner on a Saturday night in the theater district. My daughter and I used OpenTable o find his place, and didn't realize at first that t was in the hotel. We went upstairs and found a clean, modern, spacious and pleasant setting. The food was delicious and interesting - the roasted cauliflower was amazing. The desserts were wonderful. I had a coffee cake with espresso pot du creme. And, our waiter was wonderful. Great service, friendly. I wouldn't have picked a hotel restaurant in NYC, but it was the only place with a spot open that worked with our location and schedule. But I am so glad we ended up there. I would definitely recommend it. Price was reasonable, too.

My son Jake and I had just seen Chicago and then came to Crossroads because of the reviews and it's location close to the theatre. We were not disappointed in the least! The atmosphere was charming and friendly, the staff friendly and quick to honor any request and the food delicious! After ordering dessert we walked up to the walkway overlooking Times Square and that alone was worth it. Many thanks to all the staff and management!
