Simply the best brunch in town. A beautiful restaurant with wonderful charm.

For the quality of the food and cocktails, and the "hype" about this restaurant, we were disappointed in the somewhat absent-minded service. Had to walk through the restaurant to find a host to help with coat check twice, after waiting for at least 5 minutes with no one at the desk both times. I had made our reservation for 12 people months in advance through speaking with an events person (you can't make a reservation for that many online.) Still, we waited 30 minutes for our table to be ready, and when we got there we were missing a chair and had to ask both a server and a host before someone brought one to the table. Servers never gave us a cocktail or wine list, even after we asked - so we didn't order any additional cocktails or wine the entire meal. Though, when we asked a second time, the server just brought someone a beverage that she didn't request. Servers also would remove plates and silverware between courses, but failed to bring new dishes and silverware for us to use even after new courses were served. Again, food was so good and came out at a good pace. Cocktails and service at the bar were high quality. Service at the host stand and at the table, though, could be more attentive and thoughtful, especially for the level at which this restaurant claims to operate within the Cleveland food scene.

First time at Crop, great service, great food. I’ll be back!

Crop is perhaps my favorite restaurant in Cleveland. Great location and fantastic food! If you are not eating with a large party ask to sit at the Chef's table/counter.

All the food that was supposed to be warm at the Saturday brunch buffet was room temperature. I don't think anything was turned on to keep it warm. We still ate it but won't be in a hurry to go back. The staff is very friendly.

Juan David was an AMAZING server! The building itself was gorgeous and the food was top notch. We had the lamb, salmon, and the ribeye... AMAZING!!! Oh, and the pistachio cheesecake... YUMMMM!!! Everything was cooked to perfection. This place is definitely a gem and perfect for gatherings as well. I have no complaints and I will be going back soon! This place is great for special occasions and also just a night on the town.

Fell in love with your crab stuffed deviled eggs, I could've consumed multiple orders myself....endulgent & beyond delicious!

You have to try the Brisket Mac n cheese and definitely the Cherry Bomb appetizer!

Excellent service and desserts at brunch! Piano player was wonderful and a nice addition to the elegant setting.

My only objection was the high volume at which the live piano player was tinkling the ivories. Other than that, everything was top-notch. Jacqueline served us well and even took us down to tour the vault after dinner.

The restaurant is beautiful, service great, and meals were incredible. Waitress Jen was very personable. We'll ask for her again.

Go here on Saturday or whenever they have live music. This place is gorgeous and becomes more enchanting as it becomes dark outside. Ask for a tour of the vault.

2nd visit, took mom to Sat. Brunch, we loved it, female server was very attentive, owner came to table an Thanked us for visiting, can't wait to come again, crab legs could have been a little wormer, great place to bring out of town company!!!!

Had out of town relatives in and wanted them to get a "taste" of Cleveland and Crop delivered! My world traveling niece said it was one of the best meals she has EVER had. We had the pan seared halibut with crab risotto, tomato jam and a lemon olive oil drizzle. It was superb!! Our waitress was fantastic and ON IT. Went to the bar first and the bartender was a bit snobbish which has never been my experience before. However, since he forgot our apps, he sent some to our table (complimentary) so he made up for his aloofness. Our food was served promptly and hot, which was very refreshing. Then brought of creme brûlée sampler for desert as a birthday treat. I will be dreaming of that meal and craving it for months!!!

Food is always excellent! Service has really gone down. We went in for a midweek later dinner, there were very few guests but our server was still hard to find. They also decided to seat a large party practically on top of us when they literally had the entire dining room open. My chair got knocked into several times by the server & busser while trying to serve the large group. I couldn’t understand what they could have possibly thinking. I have always enjoyed dining at Crop. I will return because the food is delicious but if I get bad service again that will probably be it for me. Please train your hostess & servers better.

We love Crop Bistro for the Sunday brunch buffet with our family! The food is always fresh and there is a wide variety for all of our different tastes.

Great brunch! Good value with the included mimosa or Bloody Mary and expansive spread of food. Ambiance was great with someone playing music on the piano.

Mad respect a reservation days in advance for a birthday. No acknowledgement of the birthday, even after reminding the staff. Waited for table and was asked to sit in the cold bar area. Food was warm, not hot. Second round of drinks never arrived. If it wasn’t for the atmosphere, this place would just be average.

Great food, service, atmosphere while listening to an extremely talented, young, pianists.

Celebrated a job promotion, the food was incredible! The risotto that was on special was so good, as were our meals (Red Snapper and Shrimp with Scallops). Chop is always a good choice. The piano player for the evening did a great job and was very enjoyable to listen to as we are our dinner. We will come back many times!

Everything about the dinner was outstanding. Our group had two meals off the menu and two of the nightly specials. All were extremely flavorful and the portions were far larger than many restaurants of this caliber serve. The server was very informed about the menu and had a great attitude. We will be back soon!

My husband liked his dinner, but my steak came and it was raw. They forgot my vegetables and when I got them they were cold. I sent them back and they just tried to reheat the first dish, they were still cold. The mashed potatos were luke-warm. The steak was cooked when I got it back, but it was not a quality piece of meat. They did comp us wine and dessert and the service was good, but we still paid over $100 for a meal that was not good.

The food here was amazing. I just wouldn't give this place 5 stars because I called ahead and told them it was my boyfriends birthday so I wanted a piece of cake for him and she said she'll put a note for them to do that but nothing happened which was such a disappointment!!!!

We had a 7:45 reservation and were not setting until 8:10. Two items were already sold out on the menu. Menu did not match what was posted online service was slow. We were given the wrong bill. The restaurant was called and my wife had to wear her coat all during dinner.

The food was delicious, the portions big, and the inside was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Our waiter on the other hand left something to be desired. After taking our order, we never saw him again. He never asked us if we wanted another round of drinks (which we all did) and it was our friends birthday which we told him and he seemed to care less. The food and ambience was amazing but he took away from a special evening.

We went there a Tuesday night, and the first impression is one of surprise at the whole sight -If you don't know the building usted to be a bank in the 20's, that's it- . Food was great (we had the Cherry bomb and Beet salad, and the salmon and the shrimp after). Wine list is adecuate in extension (not too small, not too big) and waiters very efficient and nice. Will go back next time in town!

Food was very OK. Quite a few empty trays with no food. Excellent omelets though! The place was very crowded. Thus very noisy since the room was very boomy. It was nice to have nice music, but the piano was too loud - it just became one part of the noise.

The brunch was worth every penny. Food was well-presented and quite good. Staff was very attentive!

All good. Loved the live pianist, it was just as little too loud. The temperature was also a bit chilly.

One of the best meals I've ever had! Our waiter was excellent; very friendly and engaging. Although we had a reservation, we did have to wait about an extra 40 minutes to be seated. They made up for it by bringing us a nice scallop appetizer on the house. Would love to go back!
