The ambiance is always wonderful but the service this time was beyond exceptional! Josh went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure we were satisfied.

I have been here several times and the host (same person) is not friendly. I asked a question and she seemed inconvenienced. Our waitress was Carly and was wonderful. Very attentive. Food was quick to arrive and tasty. Will be back.

The food at Crisp - Heights is exceptional. Our party ordered the Taleggio Florentine Pizza, Mama's Lasagna and Blue Crab Bisque. Each dish was a delight. Oh my goodness, we can't wait to go back!

Most of the food was good, but don't get Mac and cheese. Not much flavor. Crab bisque was delicious and nice touch putting a hush puppy in it. Great service, but a little loud for normal conversation.

I had friends recommend this place, but I think we went on a bad night. The shrimp scampi was in a watered down lemon garlic sauce, shrimp had to have been boiled and not seared/sauteed and overcooked and the lasagna was spicy and have an overwhelming amount of oregano. Staff was good, but food was not to a serving level.

The hostess seated us at a noisy small table right by the kitchen entrance. Almost every other table was open, but when I asked if we could move to another spot she refused. Claiming they had reservations. I was a little put off since I too had a reservation. She was a bit rude. The food was great though.

The crab bisque and chicken caesar wrap were both delicious. The french fries are among the best I’ve ever had!

All was fine until main course didn’t arrive, 20 mins, then 30 mins, then 40 mins. Several inquiries of the server produced vague reassurances, then at 45 mins he says that they are out of one the items we ordered! 45 mins later?

I understand having bad days but this server and kitchen didn’t appear to be trying! I will think twice before returning.....

We arrived to find that the ovens were out....so no pizza. Had reservations for a few days in advance and they could have called to let us know. We had guests in town and took them...FOR the amazing pizza! Out of the wine we wanted too. Doni was a great waiter. Just a disappointing evening out.

My fiancé and I are from out of town and decided to book reservations for our visit to Houston. We were running late from a ballet and called to let staff know as we didn't want to miss out on this experience. Staff was very accommodating and were able to be seated as soon as we arrived. although, staff was friendly I still felt rushed in making a selection (initial waiter that seated us stopped by the table twice to remind us the kitchen would be closing.)
I had the grilled beef tenderloin and he had the beef short ribs. Both entrees were fantastic and I would highly recommend both.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would love to come back to try more of the menu next time we are on vacation.

I ate a CRISP for the first time during a brunch outing with friends and enjoyed the food so much I brought my husband back the next week. I had the same server on both visits, and she provided great service. CRISP provides a large amount of food for a good price. I was not disappointed, and definitely plan to put this restaurant in my brunch rotation.

This is one of our favorite neighborhood spots. Always good food, friendly service and warm atmosphere. Live solo music acts, help make evenings even more enjoyable. It is too bad they don’t have cocktails, but there are plenty of good beer and wine choices.

We took our daughter and her fiance there for her birthday at her request. They had been there and loved the food. We enjoyed the food and our waiter was excellent. Don't have any complaints at all and would likely go back if we lived in that area of town.

Came here because a friend suggested it. Ordered off the Restaurant week menu, the food was very good and the wine suggested by waiter was too. The seating was cramped we were told that we needed to reserve a booth ahead of time I had no idea that was an option.

By the time dessert was served we began to have fruit flies on our table, landing on our cups and in our dessert. Although we were planning to stay and have more drinks we opted on leaving, we also left our dessert. We mentioned it to the waiter he didn't seem to care.

The 2 hostess were young and immature for the job. To our waitress she was not any better. No smiles or greetings when she first gave us our menu. Asking about options on the menu she was very vague and not helpful. The food was pretty good. They have specials daily which is cool.
