    Waited 1 1/2 hours for meal. No drink refills. Told kitchen was behind, but clear they were trying to serve more people than they had staff. Very disappointed.

    Excellent tasting food and a nice waitress. We had to wait a long time for our dinner though and the temperature of my steak was not very hot. For the price we paid we were disappointed.

    We were in town for a concert and had an early dinner, so the place was very quiet and relatively empty. It is a wonderfully eclectic and fascinating ambience. Our waitress was training a new girl, both were very polite and efficient. The food was very good, but my wife was disappointed in the pasta dish she had. We dine at Crawford's every time we come to town, and have traditionally had a 5 star visit every time. We'll be back, you can be assured of that.

    Crawfords was amazing The staff was engaging and friendly. You felt like you were part oh The Family I enjoyed The Pork Wellington The puff pastry was light and flaky The sauce perfectly complimented the pork. Pork is difficult to cook and this was very tender and moist

    Never had a bad experience until yesterday (a Sunday night), Staff was slow and looked worn out from the weekend. Pizza was cold and getting drinks took forever. The sea bass was good but the sides were warm at best. Steaks were good as they usually are. I will not go back on a Sunday again.

    Great location and ambiance BUT Service was SLOW. We ordered a glass of wine & an Old Fashion for a drink before dinner. Waited 25 minutes and server stopped by twice to say “should be ready shortly…”. We watched 1 bartender working line crazy and the other bartender talking to a couple seated at the bar the entire time. Ridiculous. Food server was helpful but again waited almost a half hour for appetizer (spinach artichoke dip). Entrees also took forever. Seemed to be sufficient staff, not sure why this place cannot get it right.

    Beautiful meal. I really wanted a red beer and asked the waitress if they had tomato juice before ordering ,she them returned and said no but we did order some. Then about 5/10 minutes later she returned to my table with a red beer!!!! Her Manager ran to the store and bought me tomato juice… UNBELIEVABLE… First rate customer service right there… Well Done

    This was our first time eating here and also our last. The atmosphere is nice, but the price point for most entree's was $40. Our table ordered two pasta dishes, and we also ordered the chislic and pizza. The pizza crust was overcooked that was likely prepackaged with minimal toppings and for $18, it was a real disappointment Both pasta dishes were average at best. We enjoy nice restaurants, and don't mind spending money on good, quality food. But, for this meal we felt like we definitely did not get what we paid for!!! There are plenty of better restaurants with much better food! I don't normally write reviews, but after being very underwhelmed, I don't want other patrons who work hard for their money to have the same experience.

    It was a very positive experience. Initially there was a lot of noise but the staff moved us to a better area. The food and service were great. I really have nothing negative to add.I will definitely go again.

    Great restaurant. Food was fantastic. Servers were kind and checked back frequently. Prices are higher, but quality was fantastic. More of an older crowd. In my opinion, not for young families. Overall fantastic.

    Food appeared delicious, but taste-wise was Applebees quality. Steak was good, Gouda dip was ‘great value’ cream cheese. The wait-staff was unprofessional, had “side conversations” with each other at a loud volume, cussing and gossiping, it disrupted our dinner. They were too busy talking about their crazy weekend that they forgot to give us silverware. Even after asking, it took a while before they brought it to us, food got cold in the meantime. The experience was far from great, but not the worst I’ve had. Although, definitely the worst $200 “upscale” experience.

    We throughly enjoyed our dining experience! Rachel our waitress was above and beyond helpful and available. We celebrated one of our friends’ 70th birthday and everything was perfect. It was their first time at Crawfords and they were very impressed and quite sure they’ll be back as will we. Thank you Rachel and we will be back!

    I loved the atmosphere of Crawfords. We went on a Thursday evening so there wasn’t much noise. All the food ordered was delicious. Very nice restaurant!

    I ordered my filet medium rare and my husband ordered his ribeye rare. Both were medium well. My filet had one corner that was charred black. They both had great flavor but over cooked. The mushrooms were really good. It’s a huge serving though for an add on to steak. Maybe serve a smaller portion for less $. I also had the mushroom risotto which was fantastic. My husbands bourbon Manhattan was one of the best he’s ever had.

    Crawford’s has always been good, but it all of the sudden took a huge price increase. The menu on open table isn’t correct, prices have skyrocketed. $52 for a 10 punch filet. They are now a more expensive dinner than morries. It’s a great place, but they are now on par with eating at Flemings, which makes it a celebration dinner joint instead of a date night dinner spot. Their food is delicious but it’s gonna run you $300 with dinner, app and a few drinks plus tip for two people. Take your spouse there on your anniversary and go elsewhere for date night.

    Service was great. Attentive, considerate and professional. Atmosphere upstairs is considerably different than downstairs; louder and a little more crowded but not overwhelming. Food was amazing, worth the price absolutely. Portions are appropriate as well. Last but not least, any place that brings chilled beer glasses off draft is a definite go-back location.

    Disappointed you don’t have a printed whiskey/bourbon list. When we finally got logged onto your website it wasn’t current either. The waitress was very sweet & tried to help and we finally were able to order a pour. We understand your supplies change but … even printing a weekly list on plain paper would be better. Great food —Thank you, we’ll plan to come back.
