Situated in beautiful historic downtown Sioux Falls: surround yourself with century old quartzite and brick walls, funky & energetic ambiance, tempting & flavorful dishes, innovative cocktails and an extensive wine & beer list. Take notice of our namesake as you are stepping over the threshold, the original 1963 Crawford's logo is still there.

The decor unabashedly integrates masculine and feminine: wild west meets gypsy...from the cowhide paneled bar, quartzite bar top, iron railroad track footrest and reclaimed wood tables to the vintage tiles, jeweled wallpaper, Moroccan chandeliers and antique Indian columns ...no detail is left untouched. The same holds true for the food: from your prime cut of steak to the wild-caught salmon, every element is carefully considered.

The overall menu selection is average. Parmesan crusted walleye was fantastic. The Caesar salad as an entree came with a French dressing, had tomatoes and was very average. Service was average for the menu price point.

Waitress was very nice but had too many tables so the service was slow. Bartender was too busy talking with friends to make drinks, VERY slow. Food came out cold, not a good value at all, this was our last trip to Crawfords. Too bad it used to be the best place in town

Food was fantastic - salmon and walleye and truffle chips to start. However when food runner brought the meals he spilled fair amount of sauce on my directly wife’s cell phone and on the table. He looked straight at it and turned and dashed off, I assumed to get a cloth/something to clean it up. But instead just disappeared. No apology no nothing. When we mentioned tonight server she was aghast, and brought new napkins.

The bartenders were amazing, we sat at the bar and the steaks and cocktails were perfect. Helped us choose a bottle of wine and it was not overly priced and so yummy! Perfect Friday night!

Service is always excellent. Food is good, but tends to arrive at table cold, which is unfortunate. The Old Fashions are fantastic.

We had six people in our group and was given a large round table just across from the bar. The table was very appropriately sized and gave us lots of room for our plates and glasses and room for all our appetizers. We each ordered different entrees, not intentionally, but just happened. All of us found our choices to be VERY good, even including the three apps we ordered. HIGHLY recommend the calamari, YUMMY!! Our only real complaint was the very loud clanging/banging sounds of dirty dishes being dumped into a vessel behind the bar every so often. It would make us all jump. I can't imagine how loud it was for anyone sitting at the bar. Fix that and it would have received a 5 star rating
