CRAVE - West End Ratings and Reviews
Great service. Our server was very attentive. Food was good. The only negatives were the dessert took awhile, and I always leave with my coat and clothes smelling like a grill due to the open air kitchen concept. Tough to find close parking. I would be back as I feel the food is good and the location is convenient.
Thanksgiving dinner was cold. The dinner was $29.99 and it tasted like a TV dinner. I think the turkey was pressed meat. Even served with some turkey fat on it. Asked for all white meat. Got more dark meat than white. Gravy tasted like out of the can. I love Crave but will NEVER go there again for a holiday dinner. So unimpressed. Way overpriced for what we got.
Computer was down at crave so we couldn’t cHeck out. We have been to crave several times in the last couple weeks, but I have found the food to be wanting. The chicken parm was barely a quarter inch thick & the coating not very flavorful. Also tried the lemon chicken which was disappointing. The 3 slivers of chicken breast didn’t equate to an ample serving.
I made reservations through opentable for 6 people. When we got to Crave they claimed that there was no record of the reservation even though I had the email confirmation. Luckily they were still able to accommodate us due to the fact that it was a Monday night. This is the second time this has happened to me with this website so I probably will not use it again.
A successful business lunch. Marcelo was an attentive, but quiet server. He ensured we had all we needed, and no request was unimportant. He ensure one of our guests, celebrating a birthday, felt special, and even delivered a birthday dessert without asking. Great spot for lunch, and the Samurai Sushi Boat was a huge hit for our party.
We had a 7pm reservation and were not seated until 7:30. The meat in the dishes in my opinion was a low end not very good meats but yet charged a higher end price. Probably will not go back for food. Also order a glass of wine and then was given the specials. If the waitress would have made me aware of the specials I would have had my wine for $3 cheaper.
I am grateful to the server for putting is in the back, in a secluded area, away from the loud music. She was great handling my challenge. Frankly, as an aging Baby Boomer, who has to wear hearing aids, and who hosts other Baby Boomers for lunch who have a hard time hearing, you might ask people upon coming in for seat in the front area where it is loud or in the back room where it is quiet. I'm not so sure I will go back there. Not because of the great service but because it is too loud.
We made a reservation and I think got the best spot in the house. We were in a booth with a curtain to pull if needed. My Mom, sisters, and myself had a great time. My daughter did not get her extra shrimp that she ordered, but forgot until it was too late to ask the waitress. So she nicely took that off of our bill. We would definitely recommend this place. That was the second time that I've been there. I live 6 hours away, so it is a treat to come there! Love it!
