Group from out of town attending a conference in nearby hotel. We walked over after a friend recommended Crave. Everyone enjoyed it.
Waiter was border line rude and very disinterested
The service was great!
Fabulous food and service! Don’t forget to make a reservation, it was crowded even at 7pm on a Thursday. We mentioned we were sharing a couple entrees and our waiter had the meals split for us! Excellent!
Don't overlook the sushi menu at Crave! Fresh, fish forward taste. We loved the inventive surf and turf version. Tuna Poke is still one of our favorites!
Crave accomodated our party. The experience was exceptional.
We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary as we've been to Crave multiple times before. The sushi rolls we had were adequate - didn't have a whole lot of flavor. The smore dessert must have changed as there was no sea salt, too much marshmallow on top, and the brownie was harder. Overall, an OK experience - definitely won't be back for sushi or the dessert anytime soon! Many other places to go for sushi that is 10x better - and the same price.
Crave is usually pretty decent. So sad that Shannon is no longer there. She was great with the customers and remembered our names when we came in. The new manager never walked around once to greet the tables and ask how things were. Very disappointing. Food was good but irritated when I presented the email for the birthday discount. Our server said we needed to have a different coupon with a code, which I never received. Instead of going to get the manager, he just dismissed it. ALWAYS get the manager if there is a problem.
Love the food choices and the best Dark and Stormy in town.
Strong food smell in my clothes after leaving.
Absolutely my all time favorite restaurant love the menu section you can have a salad, steak, burger and even sushi all in one place a great menu for everyone . Service is always impeccable.
I have celiac and our crave server was educated and very good about preventing cross contamination. She was friendly, attentive and really added to our great experience. I had a few of my favorite cocktails (angry dragon), the crab dip was good to try, and the shrimp and scallop sauté was excellent (again! This is our third timing coming back for the sauté!) thank you! We will be back!
Awesome food, friendly and helpful service, cozy atmosphere
Bad service despite them introducing server that was training. Not busy as was Sunday eve. So would expect better -Bad- mediocre food, high prices. Chain! Will not return.
Never disappoints! The Crave salad with grilled shrimp skewer was light and refreshing!
Tons of fun with great cocktails, good food, and good service. The noise level was high, and much of the crowd was surprisingly quite young (teenagers?). Looking forward to the new location in Maple Grove.
Great food - a little pricey for the portions but still somewhat reasonable. A little crowded. Can’t wait to come back and try something else from the menu because everything looked so good I couldn’t decide!
Very good service, but the drinks were way overpriced. They were similar to West LA prices, rather than West end. Highly recommend asking the price of your drinks beforehand.
Sushi was good. I enjoyed the quality of the sushi, but it didn't quite match the high price of it. I liked the energy/buzz of all the people, but the restaurant itself looked a bit tired, dirty and dated. In the far past, we would eat at Crave many years ago when it was only at the Galleria. We enjoyed it a lot. It's not quite the same feel. But the food is still good quality and flavor.
I go to crave West end with my friends for lunch very often. I had dinner with my husband on Friday. The $19 entree salad I had was a huge disappointment. It was a gigantic pile of lettuce with 4 shrimp and 3 small pieces of golden beets.
We didn’t get the table we requested. They had multiple requests for it and should’ve contacted me to let me know. We had to wait 15 min after our reservation for a table to be set up. It lacked privacy and was a high top which was uncomfortable for many in our group. Service took a very long time. It was disappointing.
Ambience was perfect and the firecracker shrimp I would definitely recommend. Our server was so friendly and helpful. I had a bad experience with the downtown Crave so I was always hesitant to come to this location. So glad I did! They exceeded expectations!
Always coming back for Blake at the bar!
We are huge fans of Crave. Always good food and service. We like that fact that they offer a lunch combo. They have great sushi and love the wild rice soup!!
It was really great! We went for Sunday Happy Hour and found it much better than expected. I have been DT and to the MOA and this was far better location. I will come back again.
Took a friend out to brunch for her birthday. Our server Brann was friendly and accommodated our special requests( due to allergies) with a smile and a fun attitude. I loved the "bottomless" mimosas on Sunday and the N'awlins scramble (spicy!!!), my friend loved the pancakes. Crave does a birthday dessert which is getting to be unusual at many restaurants. Manager checked on us during the meal which is also a nice touch. I will be back for sure!!!!
Overall, a fun evening out but be prepared to be packed in. There's not much room between most tables. Awesome cocktails; pricey, but worth it. Food was good. Not over the top but met our expectations.
Everything was great, but I keep getting reminders form you that we never checked in. Please stop sending me reminders.
Food wasn’t that great and service was a little slow.
I enjoyed my dinner with shrimp and scallops on fettuccine. My husband had the ribeye, asked for it to be prepared rare. It was brought to him well done. Asparagus on the plate looked as if it was a thick branch of greens, being unable to eat it. Mine had artichokes in it, that were too tough to chew. Once I picked the artichokes out, mine was fine.
Reliably good every time. I appreciate the fact that the menu is rather broad, allowing many choices when you are with multiple people. Love the Ahi tuna Poke Bowl - always a favorite!
Friendly, welcoming atmosphere in which to gather with friends! Our wait staff was spectacular in every way! Appreciated her attentiveness and also the support staff's attention to detail. A bit pricey for our budget, but the food was tasty and attractively presented.
I love this crave location because it’s always busy and the dining area is huge. The menu has so many different options for all palettes and the staff is happy to help recommend their favorites.
Food and service was awesome. Low noice level, friendly people, awesome scene. Can't wait to stop by.
We left the food was just okay and expensive for what we got.
Service, etc was good
Great service. Got seated right away. Wasn't too crowded for a Thursday night. Could enjoy dinner and have a good conversation without yelling at each other. Great food and drink selection.
Food was good. Had noon reservations for a large group and were seated in the middle of the room. It was hard to hear and have a conversation as a group. If we would have waiting to meet a little later would have been better for noise. Great location.
This was the fourth consecutive Valentines Day that we have eaten at West End Crave. As before, I gave detailed preferences of where we would like to be seated.
We WERE accommodated with a large booth, but it wasn't in the mid-section of the restaurant. It was on the main aisle to the right of the hostess entry desk. Hence, it was very noisy and almost seemed like the "dreaded" back room.
To me, ambience is half of the dining experience. We DO not "just go out on a week night/weekend" to CRAVE West End, but choose it annually for Valentines Day and occasional Birthdays. Since there are so many poor choice- possibilities of where we might get seated, this may be our last Valentine's Day spent there.
The food and service were great. We were in a smaller back room with no windows, and were joined by a large and noisy group. Next time I would request a table by the window in the main room, though I suspect the noise level might still be a bit above my comfort level.
