Crave Summerlin is closed! I did not receive a notification from
Open Table prior to my reservation.
They shut down the summerlin location. I made a reservation, showed up and the restaurant was just gone. I really loved this restaurant so I was pretty bummed
They are closed for good. Not sure why. And somehow Open Table let me make a reservation so I didn't find out until the doors wouldn't open.
Wish I would've known prior to showing up.
Business is no longer open and permanently closed. Not sure how they are still excepting reservations let alone 1000 bonus points on a reservation. Very misleading to say the least.....
We went to Crave for Easter brunch and had a wonderful experience. We were there early so there weren’t a lot of people, so that made for a quiet atmosphere. The food was excellent and the service was prompt and friendly. We would highly recommend their weekend brunch to anyone looking for a delicious start to their day :-)
Service was slow, parts of my food were cold, no table touching. They did not process our open table reservation correctly and had us as no shows
Enjoy the vibrant ambiance and variety of food
I liked the location and atmosphere...the staff was friendly, personable and courteous. The food was delicious and delivered at the right temperature. I have a food allergy to MSG and informed the server (Casandra) who informed the staff preparing the food. My New York strip was prepared to perfection and my wife who selected an Asian dish informed me her selection was delicious! We will be visiting with friends next time. Thank you
Great sushi - the yellow tail jalapeno, Mexican roll are the best
Always excellent food every time I go
We sat at a booth near the bar. Enjoyed that much more than in the main dining room where it was noisier and there were many kids. Food was very good and fresh though one of our dishes was Luke warm, not hot enough. (Chicken teriyaki appetizer). Our waitress Chyna was the best. Nicest waitress, timely, and attentive
This will be my last visit to this restaurant. It is so hit and miss, and last night was one example too many. I had high hopes on my penultimate visit in January, but sadly it turned out to be a one off. Since January the prices have climbed significantly ($57 for a bottle of their signature Russian River Chardonnay: are you kidding me??!!), the food is good but by no means outstanding, and the service I would describe best as plastic. I put down that it was a birthday celebration: zero acknowledgment. I requested an end booth because I have spinal issues: again zero acknowledgement from the unfriendly host. Downtown Summerlin deserves better than this.
I was attracted to crave because of their menu options, but was quickly disappointed from the first course and all the way through to dessert. There are many choices for dinner but maybe they should narrow it down instead and really focus on quality and taste. I order a CRAVE house salad, which was not bad, but was lacking the walnuts and goat cheese ( the only two ingredients other than the lettuce and dressing). Next I had the lettuce wraps and fish tacos as an entree, both selections from the appetizer menu. The lettuce wraps were served on butter lettuce instead of iceberg, which sounds good at first, but is all wrong due to a lack of crunch or any real texture you are looking for in lettuce wraps. The pulled chicken was also very stringy and soaked, and i mean soaked, in hoisen sauce. Way way too sweet. The fish tacos were the best part of the meal, they had potential to be really good but was lacking fish and had a lot of corn salsa instead. My husband ordered the 702 burger, which sounded great on paper. When it was delivered it looked good too, nice presentation, but the taste was not as good as the look. It was way too greasy, he had to fork and knife it to eat it because it was too greasy to hold itself together. He ordered it medium and it was medium well to well, almost no pink at all. The bacon was really sweet and thick, also making it a dessert burger. The truffle fries were pretty good though he had on the side. For dessert we ordered coconut cake to go. What a let down. Barely any cake in this slice. I am not saying it wasnt large. I am saying it was all frosting, and not good frosting, tasted like right out of the can frosting. Again way too sweet. We had a couple bites eating around the frosting and just threw it away. This place is called crave because if you are craving salt and sugar its perfect. They could use some dusting and detailed cleaning though. Service was not bad either, waitress was kind, but never checked up on us.
service was slow. we have to wait for ordering, getting food, getting check.
My go-to for special occasions! Great drinks, great food, great service!
Everything including my drink was perfect!!
They made my friend the wrong food and when they took it away to fix it they brought it back still incorrectly with the old food on the plate… Yuck!
Been here over 30 times probably, always had good food until today. So don’t let this sway your decision to eat here. I just thought they were better than this as far as how they handled the situation
Food was spicy, hot and well presented
The absolute opposite was our waitress who never introduced herself, was always in a hurry, did not know how to be a service person and made an otherwise decent evening poor; we couldn't wit to leave!
Crave has turned into my go to spot when I want a nice experience, good food without breaking the bank.
We loved that they split everything without our asking. Since we were having a fish app and steak entree, we wanted one each of white and red wine which we said we'd share. Our server brought over each as needed as a split pour. T he Argentinian ribeye was good but not as tender as expected although perfectly cooked. It was much thicker and that could have been the reason although it was very lean with no fat. Great sauce on the steak and no charge for vege. for potato substitution. Vegetables excellent. Ahi tuna app delicious as was house salad. No room for dessert.
There is a reason why this place closed !
We like Crave and have been there several times, however the food and service was not the greatest this evening. They seemed to have forgotten one of our meals and by the time they brought it out everyone else’s food was getting cold. The wasabi mashed potatoes did not have any wasabi flavor and instead tasted sweet and like they had cinnamon in them, very strange! Our server was very nice and had the manger come over to apologize. They did give us a discount as a result, which was appreciated. Hopefully, next time will be better.
Service was excellent. Food was good.
Great server who brought us taste of soup due to our question of salt. Neither was salty, both selish. They split our dinner salmon salad and lettuce wraps. Both very tasty.
We had quests from out of town that wanted to get together with family. None of our guests had been to Crave. We had a very relaxed, enjoyable time and everyone loved the food. Thank you for providing such a satisfying experience!
Great food and very relaxingZ. Service was very good.
Mostly sushi but very eclectic
Crave Burger is a good non nonsushi option. Also paella a good alternate choice. Large portions. Good value
Great food great service that's why we keep going back.
We had a nice dinner at Crave. I had a filet. It was good quality, prepared to order, and came on mashed potatoes and asparagus. My wife had a "build your our own bowl" with vegetables and miso chicken. It was good but had a little too much oil for her.
The steak was chewy. The rest of the food was worth the price. Service was great even when it was crowded.
Food was awesome but service was terrible. Took 5 min to get waters after sitting down and another 20 before we got our drinks. Another 15 before we got bread. Another 40 before the appetizer. It was Valentine’s so we understood they’d be busy, but the same exact thing happened two months ago on a Wednesday night in the middle of December, so it’s a little hard to blame the holiday when the service is always so slow.
Bad all around food, service, management you name it...
Two of the 6 diners requested small modifications to menu items which the server wrote down. Unfortunately, the kitchen did NOT pay attention to the modifications, so the meals were delivered as written on the menu, meaning we were forced to wait for the re-makes.
The only thing that spoiled the occassion was they would not accept the $25 coupon tjat crave sent my wife for her birthday. The coupon did not state any restrictions yet when we show up on Valentines Day which is also my wifes birthday we are told we cannot use it. Next time we will go some place else.
Although I am a fan of the food at Crave, the service is usually not very good. On this occasion, we were pleasantly surprised and had great service. Craig was our server and he did a terrific job taking care of us.
A decent meal. Second time back to this location, this time as a place I recommended for a business dinner with a colleague. The menu selections look good. My guest ordered a steak which he said was “fine”. I opted for sushi and wish I hadn’t. The order was made wrong to begin and I got the wrong roll. The made my roll and it came out soon after. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t good. Seemed sloppily rolled and the flavor wasn’t there. Great seaweed salad and draft selection. Laginitas IPA and Stella on tap which are faves.
We enjoyed our evening. The outdoor sitting is quite paleasant!!
Very good service. We made a reservation and they took extra special care of us. Server had good knowledge and made great suggestions. very attentive. great atmosphere.
Great place to go grab a bite and a drink after work. Justin was our server and he was awesome!
