Pleasant server but not very attentive.
Sushi excellent today.
I'm sad that they did not have any dairy alternatives for my hot drink. Also the changing table in the bathroom was broken.
The server we had was great 😄
Brandon was phenomenal, had great food and drink recommendations. Very personable.
We have been to this location once before and had a great experience inside the dim-lit, quiet restaurant.
Thus, we decided to actually make a reservation, drive the 45 minutes to this specific location and have a nice date night away from our kiddos for the evening.
I must say that I was terribly disappointed. Not only did I make a reservation, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we had to wait a few minute to be seated. Then, when we were seated, we were seated outside of the actual restaurant. Our chairs were outdoor seating chairs and it was incredibly loud with Nickelodeon universe right next to us and two large parties with multiple kids next to us.
I understand this seating if we had been casually walking through the mall and wanting a bite to eat. However, this was a date. We ordered over $150 of food and wine and could not even hear our conversation.
Lesson learned: if you make reservation, it does not mean you will be in the restaurant.
We love Crave, but will not go back to this location.
The food was good, a bit expensive, but what I expected. The waiter was extremely rude. When asked if he could fix a drink for us that did not taste good, he rolled his eyes and then made a notion to not check in on us the rest of the time we were dining. He was rude from the start, and it did not change throughout the meal.
Awesome happy hour - Includes a little bit of everything (including sushi!!)
Reservations worked out great. We were sat at our reserved time. Server was excellent. Beer choices were not great, so I ordered a cocktail, but it was not very good. A mule is one of the most popular drinks right now, one would think that most establishments would know how to make it and present it. So, that was disappointing. The menu was great with many different options. I opted for the sushi and it was very good. Dessert was excellent. Here is where a possible 4 or 5 star review turned into a 3: We were a sat by the open area which runs along side the mall walkway. It was extremely loud and did not give us the intimate dining experience we were after (and the entire reason we made reservations here to begin with). The interior of Crave has low lighting and looks quite nice. But we were stuck with people walking within 3 feet of our table, kids running and having late night meltdowns, and hearing the the music from the lively restaurant across the walkway. If I had to do it all again, I would have asked for a different seat, but we were hungry, it was already getting late, and it appeared the place looked fully booked. Lesson learned.
Was a lot of fun! Great food and amazing service! Was a great time with friends !
Great food and service!
Always have a great time here. It's busy with great people watching. Have a booth, and sit and relax. Staff is attentive but not pushy and food is always very good. Great quality and quantity.
Great place to grab lunch at the mall! Kid-friendly.
Very loud and slow service
Other than the noise level my date and enjoyed our 1st time at Crave
We were a party of nine on Easter for brunch at 1:30 p.m.and seating was in an overflow lanai. Unfortunately the area was outside the main restaurant next to the amusement park. The amusement park is very loud. The lanai itself is spacious, bright and pleasant but the sound of the amusement park was extremely loud. The table was set up but had not been cleaned very well . It was roomy enough for all nine of us. The food was good, fruit was very fresh and flavorful, green salads were fresh and tasty, the beef was a little tough but flavorful and they had some cute desserts. I wish there had been a couple more veggie side dishes. The enchiladas and jambalaya seemed odd. The breakfast items were basic and one of the teenagers in our group said the bacon had an odd flavor. The big hit was the sushi. I did not eat any but my husband and two sons both said it was good. I appreciated finding a place that could accommodate nine of us but because of the noise of the amusement park I would make sure we would not be seated on the lanai.
Food was OK, good selection. Service was poor. Plates stacked up on the table 5 high, no one to refill water or coffee. At one point I got my own coffee. Paying $160 for a family of 4 was not worth it. I will not go back. I have been to 5 restaurants at MOA, and it seams NO ONE knows what good service is anymore. Very disappointed.
Usually the food is very good, the Easter Buffet was just ok Food was fairly warm but sat out too long and was very dry for most thing and rather messy. Not worth the price they were charging for it, expected better for this place.
Our food was ok. I realize its hard to make it spectacular when as a buffet, but wanted a little more flavor and taste to the dishes. I was surprised and a bit disappointed because usually we have good experiences at Crave at both Woodbury location and the MOA location. Most of the hot food at the egg table was bland. We asked for salsa and surprisingly - bland again. No kick, needed salt, etc. Ham was very dry. We loved the salads. Most desserts were good too.
My first time for the Easter Brunch. Crave was a good experience. The food was good, ambiance was good. Overall, I give it a 4 stars. Maybe for the next time, fruits could be rotated out more and egg dishes could be cook to order. I would give Crave another try.
Fabulous brunch. Out did Hilton Waikaloa HI. Something for everyone. Sushi and Lox and bagels a wonderful extra treat We were there early, so it was very quiet. Thank you!!
Quality food, superb service
The service was a little slow and the waitress appeared distracted. The service was a little slow and the waitress appeared distracted. It took forever to get our beverage order in, the drinks came slowly and our meal came by a different server and we weren't given cutlery. Also, my daughter who was the first to order, ordered an appetizer and we never got it which was disappointing. The reason being the waitress misunderstood my order, I was 3rd to order and she thought I was ordering an appetizer as my main dish and when I pointed out from the menu what my order was (during the order process) which was an entrée, she in her mind cancelled my daughters appetizer order. It didn't make sense and she did apologize but it was odd. Saving grace on this experience was that the food was great.
It was a bit noisy, but the food and service were excellent. We had a 5:45 reservation, and had our food within 15 minutes of sitting down.
Great service!!!!! Great service! Good good too
Low quality greens, overdone chicken, really unengaged service. Cmon Crave, you can do better.
We had a new server who was being trained in, but he was excellent in his effort and attentiveness. The food was great, including the coconut cake for dessert which was amazing!
Food was excellent but the server was having a bad day.
I had a sort of Caeser which was one of the best salads that I have had! The sweet flavors of balsamic vinegar was a delicious contrast to other flavors offered in the salad. While the salad had several components, it pulled together very well!!
Very good meal. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. The service was excellent. The entire staff was attentive - we had a warm and friendly greeting from the host and the managers kept an eye on things making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening.
The food and service was very good
Great stop while in the Mall. Appetizers are enough for two so we ordered several for our party. Wait staff was amazingly friendly and management stopped by several times. I had a Sushi special and loved it!
Very noisy restaurant and the food was not as good as other locations I’ve been to. Definitely would recommend other restaurants in the mall.
Great sushi boat; however calamari was cold dry and crumbled. Fish tacos and flatbread excellent,
Honestly, we were terribly disappointed. Host treated us like we weren't good enough to be there. Our waiter didn't approve of our order and shook his head when we presented a coupon from another shopping experience from within the mall. The food was mediocre and it didn't live up to the hype. We were expecting upscale and got subpar.
My husband and I both had salmon because of lent. It was very good. The noise level is high, but we still had a good time.
Food and service were excellent!
Solid, but not amazing. Expected more for the money. Had to ask for gratis bread. Filet mignon was a touch over-seasoned for my taste, and flavor was average. Wife's walleye was very saltily seasoned, but light and flaky — skillfully baked. Desserts: Brownie underwhelming. Peach bread pudding: Eyes-roll-back-in-head delicious. Ambience: Proper softly lit mood lighting, but we were seated near servers station, so was a little hectic.
The margaritas were amazing. Our server was very nice and fun. The food on the menu sounded great but tasted just okay. I will go back, though.
I ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta. The chicken had a leather texture pasta was overdone. You could tell the ingredients were not fresh. I should to recommend the MOA location. I've been to other locations that were better.
A bit too loud & busy at a 3:45 seating! However, food was good. We were a party of eight, and ordered quite a bit and where we were seated the table did not have enough room for our food so it was kind of uncomfortable and not very pleasing... it had to be crammed together on the table. Our appetizers were too close to the main course and took longer than they should have. Table staff was attentive as they could be Being it was busy, our server was very nice, she knew the menu, and made appropriate recommendations. Runners needed some pinache’. Main server always had a smile on her face even in the midst of a crazy day it seemed. We would request her if we came again. Ordered three orders of the lemon wings as part of our appetizer selection and they were not very warm when they were brought to the table but it was too busy to do anything about. Poke tuna bowl fine but uneventful, needed “something”.
Restrooms needed some attention and hard to get to without walking in the way of staff & diners.
Overall however we would return.
