   Delicious food, attentive service. We booked their room for 10 and it was perfect for the 8 of us.

   Very loud group a little hard to hear but every one was having a good time. We chuckled because we chose Crave thinking it would be quiet.

   First of all reservation made weeks prior to arriving as it was for Valentine's Day but still stood 10 min at door. They tried seating us in the entrance of the loud crowded bar so we asked to move. They gave us a nice table after the fact but the waitress took a while to come even to bring water. Then we order drinks and they took a bit 15 min. I understand it's busy but not that busy to grab us a drink.. seemed like they were unprepared for a busy night and short staffed. We ordered food and waited and decided to order another drink which took even longer than the first. The waitress then came and apologized for our food delay but they had a big table of 20 that was priority. Right there I immediately said let's go they don't give a crap about us because our bill would be smaller than the group. This is horrible customer service so we decided to tell the waitress we no longer wanted our food because it was over an hour and we just wanted to leave. She then sent the manager to talk with us but she seemed more concerned with us not giving the restaurant a bad review than making it right. She did offer us free food but we just wanted to leave. She even went as far as saying what are you going to eat now "fast food". We understand it was busy but they were unprepared for a busy night and this ruined our Valentine's Day. I told the manager this and she said to me oh I doubt that and proceeded to argue with me. We then left upset and hungry. This manager should not be managing a restaurant and she should also be dressed professional for high end dining rather than having her breasts sticking out which is very unprofessional for management. We wanted to try the food at Crave but sadly we will never be back

   It was Valentine’s Day and the service was exceptional. Very timely and friendly service. It was a great experience

    The food was delicious and so were the drinks. Lovely atmosphere and service. Highly recommend.
