Best steaks we’ve ever had.
The only problem I have is that on the end of your bill they add on a charge for employee health benefits. Now I'm not against your employees having health benefits, but surely you can incorporate this charge into the cost of your food and drink instead of having it as a line item by itself on the check. I am a small business owner, and I'm fairly certain if my clients thought they were spending X and when the bill came it was X + $12.30 they would be upset. Fix this.
Greetings Stephen, I'd like to explain our company position on the Employee Benefit Charge. With increased benefit costs and the limited human resources, we took a stance to offer greater benefits to all of our employees. Our position was to take care of our employees, so they take great care of our guests. We chose to be transparent to our guests and not bury the cost by increasing our menu prices. Note: If you do not support our initiative, feel free to ask the manager to remove it.
We order the Flatbread which was excellent. Then we order steaks, chicken, pasta and a few other items. Food was wonderful. The six of us really enjoyed our experience and the food. We will be going back very soon.
Crave has been our go to restaurant for years. Close to home, consistent quality and great service. Our last experience was extremely enjoyable. Victoria was our server and she made our night. Extremely pleasant, attentive and good sense of humor. We will request her for our next night dining out.
It was good!!! Loved it! Didn’t get my drink until I almost the end of my meal.
The v day dinner over priced...different craves had different prices we expected 89.99 and it was 110.00... should have included at least a first beverage

Me and my fiancé went for Valentine’s Day. The place was crazy busy but yet the servers did a fabulous job of keeping everything moving. Our meal was absolutely delicious and the prices were a bit steep but nothing to bad for a nicer place to have dinner. Would highly recommend this place!
Amazingly delicious Valentine’s Day chicken dish with brussel sprouts and hash browns!! Mmmmmm!!

We made reservations and was seated as soon as we arrived. Our server was very friendly and knew the menu well. Our food came out in a well timed manner. We did not feel rushed. We had wine, an appetizer, and main course. The food was delicious.

Food was very good, but I am 0-3 for getting the booth I always request at reservation. Each time I was put in their cold cellarium where it is also very loud.

Waiter got our food mixed up, split a main dish between two people when we never said we wanted that? Got the chicken stir fry, was crunching on the rice. Stains on the glasses as well. They make it seem classy but I wouldn’t eat here again, as this was my second chance I gave it.

Salmon was bland, service was quite slow and inattentive until it seemed as though things weren’t going well, then we were checked on by management twice and our server more frequently. They did offer a free desert for the trouble even though we never complained. I’ve worked in the service industry for over a decade so I completely understand that not every night and not every table will go smoothly.
Very busy evening for Crave. We went there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Service was average, main meal took a long time to get and there were errors on our order. I had to flag the waiter down several times for things vs him stopping by intermittently, which was annoying.

I made reservations for two but my guest went ahead and sat before I got there. Once I arrived I was greeted by server and she suggested lemon chicken which was delicious and a glass of rose ( instead of Moscow mule) and enjoyed my time! Thankyou.
Sushi was excellent as always, great service too.
Actually, it grieves me to write this review but I’m more than a little shocked by how the quality of the food has slipped at Crave—both the Galleria and the MOA, although this review specifically pertains to the Galleria. Crave was my husband’s and my favorite date destination (after, ironically, Big Bowl in the Galleria experienced similar quality decline 😬) Our server was a nice kid but forgot elements of our order, even after returning to our table to write the order down. But that’s really not even the issue. We ordered a few happy hour food items...the lemon garlic wings were greasy and did NOT have much (hardly any) lemon garlic sauce on them. The mango tuna appetizer was really good, the fries ok. Because our server forgot to order our tuna roll, i said “skip it; please bring us one coconut cake instead”. It was horrible—dried out to the point of embarrassing and little to no vanilla anglaise. Finally, my craft cocktail was supposed to be served over “shards of Minnesota ice” but instead was delivered with one huge ice cube. After this overall disappointing experience, I asked to speak to a manager. Kindly and fairly, I explained our experience that night. His response was two fold—“I’ve only been managing since November” (passing the buck) and “I’ll pass along your concerns to the general manager” (not a tangible response for me). The cake was removed from our bill but there was no effort to compensate or throw us a bone—how about another round of drinks or free dessert next time? He did say “we don’t want to lose you as Crave customers”...but unless higher management reaches out to me....they have. 🤨

The back room is cozy for lunch or anytime. Crave offers an extensive menu that offers something for everyone! Vegetarians, vegan, gluten free, etc can all find something wonderful on their menu. We enjoyed very good service from our server.
A good option while shopping or in the area. Food is just average, although the sushi can be very good. But, for a neighborhood place in a shopping mall, it's fine.

Service was attentive and friendly, food was amazing along with there bloody Mary’s. The vibe was very calm and relaxing which was extremely nice. 10/10 experience.
We had a wonderful dinner at Crave! The menu offers so many options which was great since we had children with us. Everyone left full and happy!

We came to Crave for my birthday and had a table for four. I received an email to get one entree free when you purchase one for equal or greater value. We had ordered two separate $36.00 new york strip steaks, but they deducted a cheaper entree for 19.99. I did not complain but obviously it bothers me that they advertise one thing and do another.
Crave in F Galleria is a favorite of ours when in Minneapolis. Always good food and service.
The food is outstanding, you can make a reservation, parking is good. Win, win, win.
The restaurant was cold
I was disappointment to arrive a second time in last month at Crave And not have table I requested online at Open Table. Also the beverage I ordered was not a traditional Moscow Mule with ginger beer. It was more like a marguerita. Server offered another beverage. Very noisy for a special birthday conversation.
Our server was so sweet and helpful! The food was great! Yummy cocktails! Try their raspberry ginger gimlet!

Supposed to be a festive New Year’s Eve dinner. Instead it was a dinner with a bunch of stressed out waiters trying to turn tables. I learned my lesson
