Easily the best meal I have ever had. Even though the meal was a car payment and then some, it was absolutely worth every penny. Service was perfection. The waiter perfectly matched appetizers, salad, and sides to our protein and our tastes. I don't know how he did it, but he did it. To quote a friend, "I never knew food could be this good"! If I am ever in Vegas again, I would skip gambling just to be able to eat here.
As always the food was superb but the place really needs a refresh. Musty looking artificial flowers and birdcages? I mean - c’mon!! How about opening a spot in a more upscale hotel like the Palazzo or Bellagio?MGM also really needs a re-do!!
Sat us near next to kitchen even though there were many other open tables. Asked to change tables and another couple told us they had tried to seat them at that table too.
Ordered a bottle of Italian wine year 2012 but they brought 2013 and didn't say anything.
I questioned it and the waiter said they forgot to update list...bad answer. There is difference in quality and price depending upon year. At a minimum, the waiter should have said something and not argued with me when I pointed it out. Very bad.
Since it was one of my favorite wines, and I was on a business trip I didn't press the issue too much and he took $4 off the price after I asked for a price adjustment.
Bottom line is this is not what I expect at this type of restaurant.
Our group eats here every year we go to Las Vegas. Great steaks and sides to share. We like the family style dining with multiple types of steak and sides. Plenty to share, but don't order for everyone, as the portions are good size. If there are 6 of you, order the family plan for 5.
We love the short ribs and the monkey bread! We have made sure to include Craft Steak in our most recent visits to Las Vegas. The food is out of this world and if you can get a quiet booth on the side it is a great place to visit with all of the people in our party. We will be back the next time we are in Vegas!
Food was excellent as usual. Great service as well. Always a place I try to go to if in Vegas
I had so many wonderful dishes but what made it amazing was the service. Eddie and Martin were excellent. Mario did an awesome job too.
This is the second time I have been back in the past few years. Arguably one of the best steak houses I have ever been to. The service was exceptional, and knew how to cater to the individual they were serving. Everything about the experience was fantastic. Would highly recommend.
We are big fans, so we were looking forward to the experience. It didn’t disappoint! The food was amazing, the service was superb. The ambiance of the restaurant was awesome, we were surprised that it didn’t feel like a ‘casino’ restaurant. I highly recommend Craftsteak!
Amazing service here and great food. My new favorite
Amazing dinner, Drinks, and wow the service there is truly 5 stars my 2nd time here and will be back
Great all around
Food was amazing.....was there for birthday dinner with my best friend. Service was impeccable.
Excellent service, and the food is great. But a bit pricey.
The steak was great, probably the best I’ve ever had, definitely worth the money and service is on point
Amazing food amazing staff
Service was impeccable, and the Wagyu beef chef selection was amazing at a whole other level from a typical steakhouse.
Meal was good. Portions too large. Would prefer less food with a reduction in price to reflect.
Used to like ambiance but silk flowers, lit birdcages, orange trees etc tacky.
Ordered the T-bone tough in parts and flavorless. Vegetables got cold very quick. Frys not very tasty.
Always an excellent dining experience. Don't miss out on the potato puree!
We have been coming to Craft since it opened and this trip didn't disappoint. New, off-the-beaten-path additions to the wine list and personal attention from the sommelier started the experience and throughout our meal the staff was focused on providing a relaxing experience. They were willing to adjust menu selections based on past favorites that were no longer on the menu. And the background music was much improved from previous trips. Filet and Bone-In NY strip accompanied by our favorite mushrooms and monkey bread. Great experience!
We expected much more, but we were disappointed. The service was great up to the point we received the burnt carrots. “These aren’t really burnt” even though they looked it and tasted it. No one ever came back to ask if they were ok or if our steaks were cooked properly after they were served. Toward the end of eating our steaks we were finally able to flag someone down to tell them we had burnt food. It was rectified, but should have never reached the table. The steaks were ok. Granted we didn’t order Wagu beef, we’ve had ribeye and filet that tasted much better at a much lower price point.
Absolutely outstanding food and service.
Best steakhouse in the world! I eat here every time in Vegas and it's always the best... Only disappointment this time was our waiter Marvin. Terrible service but this time only. Typically great service. Regardless, meal for all 9 in my party was excellent
Excellent on all counts.
We have been to Vegas a few times over the years and always look forward to trying and finding new restaurants. We heard good things about Craftsteak and we we going to KA so wanted to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Wait staff were on point, being attentive but not obtrusive. There is an amazing wine selection for all tastes and budgets. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and were delicious. Overall it is one of the top steak restaurants we have been to and next time we are in Vegas we will be going back.
An awesome place to celebrate my 40th!
Food is always good. Go with a group and order tasting menu.
Excellent service and ambience. Very friendly while still feeling high class. Food was very good but for such high price point I expected a little better cooking of the steaks. Still very good but not competitive with best I’ve had and I was hoping it would be. Would recommend the choose 3 courses, lots of food and variety.
Meal was very well prepared and presented. We got the 3R beef fixed price meal and were pleased with the food. Wine seemed expensive. Red Cabernet ranged from $72 to $8,000 with few below $100.
Service was excellent.
Food was amazing, service (Tom) was impeccable!
I did a lot of research to determine the best place for steak in Vegas and my decision for Craftsteak was NOT a disappointment. My party of 5 decided on the tasting menu and it was absolutely amazing from the appetizers, to seven types of beef, to wonderful desserts. Can’t wait to do it again!
It took a little long to get through dinner. 2+ hours. Food and servers were great but make sure you have plenty of the time.
Great Service Food tasted very good also
Great atmosphere and vibe. Service was impeccable. Have had many great steaks in Vegas and for the price this was very disappointing. Domestic Wagyu ribeye was very chewy and average flavor. Had to heavy salt just to be enjoyable. Probably wouldn’t go back given better options around.
Service was excellent but the food...no bueno. Uninspired cocktails in cheap glassware set the tone. Frisee salad was swimming in a pool of watery dressing and all components had a one dimensional soft, moisture saturated texture. Caesar salad was fine. Side dishes - fingerling potatoes and broccolini - were well seasoned and very tasty. Ordered a medium rare 16 oz NY strip but it was cooked rare. The exterior had a tasty crust but the interior was entirely raw all the way through. Sent it back to be corrected by the kitchen and it came back cooked accurately with an excellent flavor. Wine list by the glass is heavily geared towards extremely expensive options ($60+ USD per glass). Found a mid priced Cab Sauv from California that was excellent ($30 USD). Someone from front of house stopped by to ask about the meal and I gave my honest opinion. I was offered a glass of wine which I declined (I was headed to a show). At that point he basically said "sorry about your experience" and left. Knowing that the feedback would actually be shared with someone who gives a damn and will make improvements is the mark of a restaurant that cares about being top notch. They don't. There are incredible restaurants in Vegas... take your hard earned money to one of the good ones.
My husband & I dined in Las Vegas on our way to the Grand Canyon. Craftsteak had great reviews and was located within walking distance from our hotel, so we reserved a spot. The food quality and portion size were impressive. Of course the steak was phenomenal, but the sides are where it's at! The mixed greens salad with the lemon/ginger vinaigrette is the most tasty, simple salad I have ever eaten. My husband was in heaven while eating the mashed potato puree. The bread--OMG--hot and sweet! Yum! The wine list was also amazing, with very nice, high end offerings. Definitely a place to go when you are hungry and want a completely relaxing and indulgent experience.
Celebrated our anniversary here. Could not of asked for better service.
Everything was perfect!
This was my wife's and my second visit to Craftsteak, this trip was a wonderful and memorable as our first. Plan for 2+ hours to do the tasting menu, and prepare for way too much food for if you are dieting!
