Zuma Restaurant - Las Vegas
We had the grass fed ribeye. That was the best steak ever stuck in my mouth!!
EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE. EDDIE OUR SERVER WAS THE BEST, as usual. Troy the wine steward was amazing. The food was amazing. No complaints at all
The steak was very good. The ribeye had just enough seasoning and charring. The bread rolls was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Wish we had more of them. The spinach was good, but nothing special, so that was the only “flaw” food wise.
The service was definitely on the slow side. It was several minutes after seating that we even got menus. And another 10-15 min or so before someone came by to describe the menu options and specials. In fact we weren’t ever sure who our main waiter/waitress was because it kept flipping between one of two people. We weren’t in a rush or anything, so it didn’t harm our dining experience, but I can imagine if you’re trying to catch a show that you’d want to allocate extra time.
Excellent service. Sea bass was exceptional.
We met friends there it was outstanding
Place was pretty much perfect. Friendly and very attentive service. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Definitely a place we will go to again.
We eat here every chance we can. It’s always outstanding !!!
Birthday. Enjoyed everything!
Everything was great. The steaks, sides, salads are always consistent here! This is an excellent place to dine!
It’s was very good, waiter also very good.
A like expensive
Everything was great!!
The organic greens were very good and fresh. The steak was pretty good. But the prices here are absolutely ridiculous. We go to fine steakhouses all over and expect high prices - but this is over the top. The wine is very high priced and so is the food.
The food was outstanding! Mario and Eddie were fantastic and the recommendations were spot on! Highly recommended.
Very nice date night out
This is one of the best restaurants in the world. We have eaten at Craftsteak many times and the food and service is always THE BEST! Thank you Craftsteak!
Craftsteak is my favorite restaurant. I’ve been coming here for over a decade, and it never disappoints. I’ve probably had most every steak they make, and almost every side and salad. I was going to write up a “try this or have that” review, but honestly, you can’t go wrong, so get everything!
One of the best steaks I've ever had
The service was amazing and the food was even better. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant.
Awesome Service. Great Food.
Great dining experience and thank you!
Service, ambiance and setting was impeccable.
I have been here a few times when I visit Vegas. This time I took two friends who had never been before. I'm happy to report it lived up to the lofty praise I heaped on it when talking them into going.
In addition, all three of the people appointed with taking care of us were extremely friendly, informative and helpful. They provided an A-1 recommendation on a dessert wine for one friend. Possibly the best service I've gotten there and the service has always been exceptional.
As someone who takes great pride in my own steak preparation abilities, I consider myself a hard grader when it comes to steakhouses. With that said, the 14 oz domestic wagyu skirt steak at Craftsteak is the single best steak I've ever had in my life. For this reason, I make sure to visit Craftsteak every single time I'm in Vegas. And everything else about the restaurant is excellent too--service, atmosphere, etc. Go here. Get the wagyu skirt. Just do it. It's $83, which is frankly not that pricey for wagyu beef. It's worth every penny.
This place was very nice but I was a bit underwhelmed. I had the American Wagyu Rib Eye and it was good but not great. For being $100+ it should have been better. I have had ribeye steaks at other places that were $50-60 that were a lot more enjoyable. It was a nice meal but for 2 steaks, 2 drinks, and 2 sides it was over $350 and not nearly worth that price.
Our first experience was the bartender who was less than friendly, stoic and unwelcoming. There was a smell of cigarette smoke from the casino while we were in the bar that dissipated further back in the restaurant after we were seated. Between the smoke and bartender, our bar experience almost caused us to leave. Our sommelier did drive-by pours, reciting the name on the bottle he was pouring while flashing the bottle without giving any description of what we were about to drink and then was gone. I don't even think he introduced himself or said hello. Our server did appear later to tell us more about the wine. Very odd that these two key positions were so underwhelming, it was not what we expected for this caliber of a restaurant. The rest of the staff was very kind, friendly and accommodating. The music was loud and raucous, more of a nightclub playlist than ambient background which made us feel very edgy and rushed, not relaxing at all and hard to hear our servers. The side dishes were average - very good mind you - but we expected more from Tom Colicchio. There's something in the presentation that gets lost in family style dining. The only WOW factor came from the Japanese beef which was extraordinary. For a meal that cost almost $900 for 2 people, we expected much much more.
Wonderful food ❤️
One of the best steaks we’ve ever had! 16 ounce strip steak sliced up with the bone. Outstanding !
Salt would be nice.
Sharon was as fantastic as the food! Wonderful service, food and drinks.
Always a wonderful experience when we go there. Food quality and service are first rate.
Food was amazing. Had the 18oz rib eye and short ribs (wow on the short ribs, so tender just falls apart). Brussel sprouts, potato purée, and cauliflower. To end with the monkey bread and tea. Everything was amazing I just wish I had more room to eat the big portions.
Excellent as always
Bone in rib eye was tasteless and tough. Vegetable sides were overcooked and odd tasting. Not worth anywhere near the price.
The food and service were both excellent as always......the seats we were stuck in were deplorable.
It was a bench style seat that you could not get in or out of without bother the person next to you and having them move. Felt very awkward and uncomfortable during the whole meal.......I wouldn't want the same seats if my meal was paid for........
Overall wonderful dining experience
Phenomenal food with equally matched service
It was very poor service. The hostess and manager were extremely rude. We had to wait for our table for at least an hour with a reservation. We will not return.
This was our first visit. We’ve enjoyed a number of excellent steakhouses in LV and elsewhere and wanted to try Craftsteak since we were staying at the MGM Grand.
Except for the 25 minute delay in seating us, and the fact that we had requested a quieter table in the restaurant but were sat in the middle of the restaurant, we found the food and one of our 3 servers to be excellent while the other two were just adequate.
We ordered a nice Russian River Pinot Noir which was one of the more reasonably priced wines on the menu. Prices seemed rather steep as most wines ranged from $125-350 and dozens well more expensive on the lists.
We ordered the Caesar salad and the spinach salad, half orders which were just the right size leaving room for our side dishes of asparagus and potatoes, both excellent.I had hoped that the Caesar would be sliced in bite size morsels, but it was not. The added anchovy and the dressing were both excellent. My wife enjoyed her spinach salad.
We both ordered the angus rib eye grilled medium and it came to the table in their own pans with an onion and au jus. They were cooked to perfection and were excellent.
We finished the meal with the house special for dessert, sticky buns with a side of small vanilla ice cream. They were both great. We also ordered American coffee which was perfectly brewer in a French Press left at the table for refills, a nice unexpected treat.
We will come back in the future.
Don't buy the photographs. Did not get all the ones I paid for when the employee bagged them up.
Every time we go to MGM we have to eat at Craft Steak. The food is always delicious and the service is outstanding. They have the BEST lobster bisque!! This time we split our food which was a lot of food for 2 people but so worth the money!! I did not like the salad but my husband did but everything else was delicious!!
