Always an awesome experience my only critique would be for the side order of French fries to come out with the entrée sandwich. Those poor servers get their butts kicked though being so busy!! They probably need more staff but for whatever reason the world is short staffed now!! The hot honey chicken sandwich was one of the best things I have eaten in my life!!

So much fun at Christmas!!! We ate appetizers only and they were great- fried pickles, mac n cheese and buffalo cauliflower! We also had the St Nick milk and cookies and the Peppermint martini! Gotta go for a Christmas bar crawl!!!

Staff was lovely and service was great. Definitely a crowded place; I wouldn’t recommend trying to walk in, even on a weekend. The listing won’t show any reservations available after 3pm, so I recommend setting an alert in Open Table for the days/times you want. That’s how we were able to squeeze in; the time we walked in the wait was going to be over an hour. Holiday drinks were spectacular. I recommend the candy cane martini. Food was also really good; the Mac and cheese chicken sandwich was great. Good times all around!

We went for their Christmas season and enjoyed it! The decor was very festive and the environment was fun. We were very pleasantly surprised the amount of food we got in our appetizer and our main meal was good. The drinks are very fun, but definitely a little expensive. I highly recommend the milkshakes, we had the banana foster one and it was delicious!

Came for the Christmas pop-up experience and glad we reserved a spot because it was very busy. The drinks were cute and festive, but overpriced. Food was good, but came out sporadically most likely due to the large crowd and kitchen backups. Service was also impacted by how busy it was. Overall, it’s a fun Christmas dining experience that could be improved with a better method for managing busy weekends.

The staff at Craftsman Row were so friendly! They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our experience, and they even sat us early. The Christmas decor and festive menu made for a great atmosphere. I can't wait to go back!

Got a couple of appetizers and some Christmas drinks. The apps were good and the drinks were tasty. The place was decorated for Christmas and it was well done. The bar area was packed. I would recommend getting reservations and checking this place out even if it’s just for the seasonal drinks.

Christmas ambiance was on point. Would have liked some Christmas or holiday music to go along with the festive decorations. They were very busy but appeared to be understaffed doing the best that they could. Food and drinks were excellent. My kids loved the specialty milkshakes.

The online videos look much better than the actual spot. Lots of cheap dollar store, type decorations. Christmas movie only playing on one TV, the rest of the bar had sports. No Christmas music at all. I thought this was supposed to be a fully Christmas experience?? There is a 20% gratuity automatically built into any check, so keep that in mind. Food was Just fine. But overpriced considering what you got. A simple cheeseburger and some fried pickles. Drinks were very good, but a bit pricey considering the size. Deserts are fantastic. Well worth the price. Host was very quiet, and did not like the fact that we had requested a booth over a table. Server was nice, but, told us how drunk she got on a recent shift.

Went out for a lunch date with a friend. Staff was very friendly the atmosphere is really cool, absolutely loved the decor. Food was okay but I would definitely try it again. The festive drinks were delicious and strong. Overall I think it’s a must try place even if you just go for the drinks.

Unfortunately, the hype of being one of the first Xmas themed pop-ups in Philly did not live up to our expectations. Upon arrival, and with reservations, we waited almost 20 minutes at the door. Once seated, it took minimally 10 minutes for someone to come over and ask us if we wanted a drink. The staff although somewhat pleasant were overworked, the place understaffed. The decorations were almost too overdone - very “garage sale” like feel. We ended up just keeping it at appetizers, as the service was so slow and poor and the food was not great. Shocking, but not shocking, the 20% gratuity is already added to the bill. This seems a bit strategic considering if not, the poor wait staff wouldn’t be tipped likely. Sadly, we won’t be going back to this saloon.

Wait staff was excellent and so was atmosphere and food. Bar service was horrible - over 30 mins for a bottle beer veryyyy slow manager was also rude when told about it. We have been going since the Mardi Gras pop up never this bad

Came to check out the Halloween decor and the fun food options. The atmosphere was fun. The place was smaller than I anticipated. Service was very quick, food was piping hot. Drinks were fun. Unfortunately, we did not get to try the milkshakes on this visit. Will make sure we do next time. Recommend the burgers.

Fun atmosphere and great Halloween decorations. A little slow with the drinks but we were getting specialty cocktails cocktails that were really fun. They automatically added a 20% tip without mentioning it, and we were only a party of 3. They should have mentioned that but overall it was a great place!

It’s one our go to places before seeing a show at the Walnut Street Theater. Always good service, great food, nice ambiance and killer milkshakes!

Food/milkshakes were very festive and enjoyable. Considering our reservation was at 6:30pm and we left at 8:30pm the service was awful. For a 20% service fee that is already included we could’ve been accommodated and served a lot quicker.

We felt that the restaurant was not organized at all with the food. The appetizer came out after we started eating our main meals, the fries came out way ahead of the burgers and other sandwiches. We have been there before and it was much better. not sure if we would return. The staff were very nice and friendly
