Dine at Craft to experience Tom Colicchio’s signature ‘What's Local Is Best’ cooking with an always evolving collection of simply prepared dishes created to highlight high quality, seasonal ingredients. “Simple doesn’t mean simplistic,” Tom says in his book, Think Like a Chef, and the food at Craft serves as proof. Perennial favorites include pan-roasted diver scallops, braised beef short ribs, and a bounty of Greenmarket sides.
We also offer our a la carte dinner menu for takeaway through craftrestaurant.com & local delivery is powered by Caviar. *Unconfirmed reservations may be subject to cancellation.*

Experiences offered during our normal hours of operation are always in addition to standard reservations and can be accessed by selecting your desired dining time.

    This was my first time at Craft and it did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and kind words. My server for the evening was Luisa. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience.

    As excellent and elegant as our food was, the service was even better. Ivanna and the rest of the staff were attentive, affable, and professional, and were very helpful in assisting us navigate the menu and our choices. It was a wonderful evening.

    First time at Craft and it was a 10 out of 10! My wife & I sat at the bar and enjoyed a wonderful meal, good cocktails, knowledgeable and friendly bartenders and even met a lovely couple who both used to work at Craft and continue to come back to support. Such a lovely evening at Craft and we look forward to going back...again and again.

    One of the best restaurant experiences of my life. Dinner with 4 friends for my 60th birthday. Had a happy hour beverage before our reservation. Staff was engaging and enjoyable. Sat at our table and the waiter was very helpful and informative. An amuse boush was a surprise hit at our table. Food came family style and it was amazing. Personal touch to the dessert for my birthday. Fully recommend!

    I’ve been going to Craft for more than a decade, and I always stop by whenever I’m visiting New York. I’ve only ever had the most incredible experiences there. My best friend and I take annual trips to NYC and have made Craft part of our tradition. The food and service are always impeccable and I can’t wait to dine there again.
