Dine at Craft to experience Tom Colicchio’s signature ‘What's Local Is Best’ cooking with an always evolving collection of simply prepared dishes created to highlight high quality, seasonal ingredients. “Simple doesn’t mean simplistic,” Tom says in his book, Think Like a Chef, and the food at Craft serves as proof. Perennial favorites include pan-roasted diver scallops, braised beef short ribs, and a bounty of Greenmarket sides.
We also offer our a la carte dinner menu for takeaway through craftrestaurant.com & local delivery is powered by Caviar. *Unconfirmed reservations may be subject to cancellation.*

Experiences offered during our normal hours of operation are always in addition to standard reservations and can be accessed by selecting your desired dining time.

    I have been going to Craft for years and was excited to try their new menu. I much prefer the previous larger format/shareable items and the sides. The sides were the best part! The service on this visit was also very slow

    Service was exceptional. Food was terrible. The duck was both overpriced, overcooked and under cooked. The scallops were terrible, over cooked. The wine pours were about 4 ounces for 24$. Were paid $700 for three meals. It would have been better to go to McDonalds

    We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday by dining at Craft and from the moment we stepped in the door the experience well surpassed our wildest expectations. We were welcomed and my husband we greeted with kind birthday wishes. We were seated and ordered our dinner assisted by the sommelier, Sebastian, on a wine selection. Our server, Luisanna, was charming. The personalized menu was a wonderful touch! The tour of the kitchen was an unexpected treat; it was the "Cherry on top" the capped a most enjoyable experience. Our meal was absolutely delicious. I feel I will be making puréed potatoes till I get as close as I can to the version on the Craft menu. It's a birthday my dear hubby won't forget in a long time nor shall I. Thank you for helping me give my husband John a very happy birthday dinner.     What an absolutely dining experience. The menu is quite eclectic and was wonderful. Cocktails well made, wine suggestion on point and Jose as our waiter was the best. Whether the amuse bouche or the parting gift, Craft is a surprise and a delight.

    Selected the tasting menu, as I was dining alone. It was a fantastic experience. Great way to expand my palette. Even dishes that I was a little apprehensive about were delicious! I also ordered the wine pairing, and that was equally wonderful! The sommelier explained each wine in a very thoughtful way, so that even a limited wine drinker like myself could understand and appreciate what was happening. The service was (as always) exemplary. The staff takes the time to really make you feel welcome. They’re very attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. Craft remains a superlative dining experience

    Dining at Craft was a wonderful experience!!! As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly, and felt as though we were visiting family! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Jose was our waiter, and he was great!!! He and the staff made sure we had water, bread, drinks a plenty, and of course, our delicious food! My favorite portion of the meal was the dessert doughnut! Scrumptious! The short ribs and chicken were excellent!!! And then, on the way out, they gave us a delicious treat! We felt so special!! Craft is a lovely restaurant, and the staff provides a fabulous eating experience!

    Superb food and exemplary service. We had the taster menu and found it to be creative, progressive and carefully curated. One of the best meals I’ve ever had.
