Great food and service

ordered tuna salad and it had been drown in dressing. I should have sent it back to the kitchen, but didn't (regrettably). also, I've had the chicken and tuna salads a few times and they could use an upgrade. It is just a bunch of lettuce with a protein plopped on top. you could do better.

Apparently 9:15 arrival time is not appreciated by the wait staff. Even with a reservation.

We loved our meal at Craft and would very happily go back.

The sharing menu was great. We had only one bottle of wine and a couple cocktails. For six of us, the bill was around $750. They printed a menu with a birthday greeting. Service and food was superb.

The chicken salad is very good with a nice balance of flavors and textures. I recommend it for a light lunch!

Starting with Jim, an excellent Waiter who makes the whole experience enjoyable, we had an fine evening at Craft. The food continued to be high quality and well prepared.

Craft far exceeded my expectations for a special dinner I had planned. They were on top of it from the moment we walked in to the time we left. They took exceptional care to make my finance and I feel special and really made it a special night.

My only problem with this Craft, was the OpenTable app automatically books for 2 when I do a restaurant search. I had 3, went in to modify and apparently was unsuccessful. When I arrived with my 2 children after a day of sightseeing, the hostess let me know she had a reservation for 2, not 3. She accommodated me after making my children and me sit at the bar, but placed us with a perfect view of the swinging kitchen door. The food was great, our head waiter was scarce, but the other servers were wonderful. All things considered, a pleasant experience!

Always a great and reliable place

My girlfriend and I have been wanting to go to Craft for a very long time now. We finally made it there the other night to celebrate her birthday, and I can promise you it won't be long before our next visit. Everything was perfect, from the entire staff coming by at some point to wish her a happy birthday (which was even written on the top of our personalized menus - such a great touch!) to our server, the food, the ambiance... Craft has instantly become one of our favorite restaurants. Period.

This is our go to spot for anniversaries. This is our fifth year in a row and each time it exceed our expectations. A wonderful dining experience every year!

One of my favorite restaurants. Very pricy so go with someone who has an expense account! Short rib, pastas, German potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, avocado salad are all delicious!great service!

This is our favorite "go to" restaurant. The food and service are excellent and no one rushes us. Their martinis are amazing! We always have a marvelous experience.

The food as well as the service was outstanding. Definitely I will come back in my next trip in town.

Craft has a modern, buzzy vibe and was filled with what seemed like business-types enjoying an after work cocktail at the bar. The waiters explained that the menu was designed for sharing, so you have to be in the mood to share if you go to Craft! We had a duck breast, branzino, and a pasta with sausage, all of which were good. The star of the evening, however, was the chocolate souffle - absolutely devine!

One of the best restaurants on the Westside. Friendly, attentive service, excellent food, not so loud we couldn't hear each other. I just wish the prices were a bit more reasonable.

We had a spectacular dinner. From the amuse-bouche (smoked salmon, creme fraiche and croutons), oysters, arugula salad with pine nuts and candied lemon, we went on to the mains. The duck breast was very tender. We also had skate wing which was outstanding. But the real star was the side of hen of the woods mushrooms - spectacular!
The wine deserves comment. The sommelier recommended cavelotto, a white wine pressed from pinot noir grapes, that went with both the fish and the duck.
Service was flawless.

This place is always fabulous!! Dined there probably half a dozen times. Try the Hen of the Woods mushrooms. If you are a mushroom fan these are the bomb!! 👍🏻. They also have unique and tasty cocktails. Highly recommend Craft for any occasion.

Craft has always been good--not great but good. This time other than having to fight for a table not on top of a serving station things were very good. The tuna I had was excellent and the seeded bread terrific.

Fantastic food and a a fantastic drinks list. My wife is a wine expert and she was very impressed. We will return!

We have visited Craft many times, and always enjoy our evening. This is one of my LA favorites, especially for special occasions. There are many positives about Craft, but it is most special, though busy, you can actually hold a reasonable conversation without having to fight the noise of the restaurant. The food is consistently good, the wine list varied and priced fairly, and the service is always good and professional. We always enjoy our time spent at Craft and it is always consistent.

Excellent food matched with superb service made for a memorable elegant evening. Craft is a prime example of why LA is the foodie capital of 2018

Considering price, quality of food, ambience, and service, this is one of the best restaurants in LA. Please do not go, I need to get a reservation when I want to go.

Everything was great - except - pet peeve - I had to flag someone down to take my credit card which I had put out 5-10 minutes earlier. Sometimes I think waiters assume older women aren’t in a hurry, but sometimes we are and when I’m ready to pay, I’m ready to leave.

But I’ll be return again and again. We were seated immediately. Offered beverages right away. Food came out in a timely fashion. Beet salad and arugula salad were perfectly seasoned. Duck was sublime. Sorbet with meringue - just right. But do share my tiny complaint. Thanks.

Wonderful service, excellent food. Been coming here for years. This time was our first time bringing our 1-year-old. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't provide high chair, which proved to be quite difficult holding her down for the whole meal. We had to pack the food to go half way through. The high chair would have helped tremendously.

The best food, service, ambiance I have ever had at a restaurant ! Highly recommend this amazing restaurant! Expensive but worth it!

Excellent fresh food with wonderful flavors

Birthday. 2nd Time dining at Craft for my birthday and have eaten here many times. A favorite with 5 stars all around. Amazing service and amazing food.

Service is perfect as usual. Food, cocktails, wine are tasty and delicious. We return for the people. Always so great to us.
