In 2007, Chef Tom Colicchio brought Craft’s pioneering culinary approach from NY to LA to continue his celebration of single ingredient dishes, expertly & simply prepared. Currently under the execution of Chef de Cuisine Brian Rigsby, Craft continues to feature a menu of local produce, all-natural meats & day-boat seafood. Designed by award-winning architecture firm, Bentel & Bentel, Craft LA s is a bustling 10,000 sq-ft space that includes a dining veranda overlooking a four-acre park. Craft LA earned a 3-star review from The LA Times in '07 and improved to three and a half stars in '10.

Lunch is served Tues-Fri (Friday service starting 4/15) & dinner Tues-Sat, with our last seating at 9:30pm. Weekday happy hour is first come, first served from 4:00pm-6:00pm.

I was there twice last week and my lettuce on the salmon salad was yellow meaning old. It wasn’t fresh at all. That’s rarely the case as I dine there 1-2x week.

We had a great meal. Salads were outstanding, and service was terrific. I did send back my fish (petrale sole) because it was flavorless and undercooked. I also don't favor fish rolled into a tight ball, as opposed to spread flat across my plate. Craft immediately replace this item with a terrific salad, and I was not charged for the replacement. They also offered to cook the fish more, but that would not have resolved the lack of flavor problem. I was very pleased with the salad and the highly professional service and courteousness of Craft. My wife and other guest loved their salads -- one with salmon, the other with beets. The Hamachi also was terrific.

Took some clients here for lunch...amazing greeting at the door, service perfect, food delicious (leaned on the seafood side). Bright, great patio, tons of nearby garage parking (not exactly cheap but typical LA). Highly recommend.

Certainly a night of highs and lows. So much was done so well but we would have preferred if our server explained the menu and serving style to us so we could have ordered properly. Also the salmon we ordered medium was extremely overcooked and dry. The waiter never even asked about why it was still sitting on the plate essentially uneaten. The other dishes were perfection!

We had stellar service at craft last night. I put a note that it was my husbands birthday in the reservation and every staff member made a point to say happy birthday to him which showed their attention to detail and communication amongst the staff. Everything from the hamachi crudo to the Wagyu steak and rabbit pasta was very good.

Loved the atmosphere and vibe…beautiful outdoor seating optional too. I was expecting a little better flavor from the food. The market salad was salty, the duck was a little tough, Russian banana potatoes were lacking flavor, but I would go back for the pistachio ice cream!! Delish!! The hostess and wait staff and valet were all top notch!

As always, we had a terrific lunch experience. The food was so good and the service was impeccable. We love dining at Craft. Century City really has no other restaurant that has as many incredible attributes as does Craft.

The food was amazing - each vegetable seasoned to perfection. The restaurant was busy, however , it felt like our group of 8 was in a world of our own - conversation was easy - tables spaced enough so that the sound level worked well. Service : excellent. Will definitely return. And, the chocolate tart and mango sorbet desserts were soooo delicious.😊

I have been going to Craft for many years, it has always been a place for simple yet solid food with top ingredients, but lately it seems to become a bit stale and the dishes are lacking innovation. I hope it will still do well but it needs some new energy to keep it interesting.

We had the duck, lobster chitarra, burrata salad, and pork belly. The food was tasty and presented nicely but was nothing to write home about. The service was good but details were overlooked, like cutlery not replaced after clearing. The cocktails and mocktails (Manhattan and Pershing Square, respectively) were good. The ambience is nice for an office building restaurant: spacious and bright with natural light, and an impressive wine display, with a variety of seating options indoor and out. Overall, a fair experience, but in my opinion, if you’re going to pay these prices, you can find more memorable options elsewhere in LA.

Had a great dinner at Craft! Food was delicious- simple, straight forward mains but very high quality and tasty. But what really set Craft apart was the service. We were celebrating our final wedding countdown and multiple staff members stopped by to congratulations, chat and even served us complimentary champagne and dessert. Hard to find a place that has both great food and service. We will definitely be back!

We came here last night to celebrate our daughter's 40th birthday. The was a memorable experience but not everything went so well . First the GOOD: •Great service and attention from everyone we encountered, from the personalized menu to the host in front! •Most of us don't eat SPANISH OCTOPUS, but the waiter recommended this, and we were not disappointed - best item of the day - we ALL agreed - you must try it! •Great GUNDAGAI LAMB - it was SO GOOD - fall-off-the-bone tender with great deep flavor. •The HALF JIDORI CHICKEN was excellent as well - very tender. •The HEN OF THE WOODS mushrooms were cooked to perfection as well. •Fantastic RUSSIAN BANANA potatoes - moist and nicely seasoned. •BREAD SERVICE was excellent. Just OK: •GRATIN POTATOES had NO FLAVOR whatsoever - nicely cooked, but no seasoning at all. •The LOBSTER RISOTTO was a complete rip-off, even for an expensive place like this. 1 cup of risotto with maybe 15 grams of lobster. Not good. •All desserts we tried were just OK, except the ice cream. Disappointing: •WAGYU RIBEYE was very chewy. I am sure that if Tom C. tried it, he would have been disappointed. •BERKSHIRE PORK CHOP was dry and under-seasoned. Also - we ordered BAJA SWORDFISH, but it never came out to the table (there was so much food on the table already, we didn't notice right away) - they messed up. So - they took it off the bill and comp ‘ed our desserts - a nice gesture. So - overall 4 stars - I just recommend staying away from the beef and pork!

Amazing dining experience from start to finish. The staff was incredible and the food was so delicious. The chef sent us some carpaccio to try on the house, which was a lovely surprise! I had the lamb chops which were amazing, 10/10 dining experience !

Craft is the definition of fine dining. It is our go-to for celebration dinners. The decor, the atmosphere, the food- are the very best I’ve experienced anywhere. And the service has always been exquisite. The entire staff each has a positive contribution, from the managers to the bussers, everyone understands hospitality. It is a classy, understated, welcoming experience. The price point is high, though not outrageous. Craft is the only restaurant in LA where I feel I’ve received a value commensurate with the cost. We save up to go to Craft, and always leave with satisfied smiles
