Craft ROCKS. Consistently excellent food and service.
Craft if always great. a little pricy.
Scallops are terrific.
Craft is awesome! The management and waitstaff are terrific.
The service was impeccable and the food was absolutely Delicious . Plenty of options to pick from and everything was cooked and flavored just correctly. Highly recommend it.
This was my second time eating at Craft LA, and I was totally blown away both times! The dining room is approachable, the hospitality is authentic, and the food is outstanding. The salmon was so delicate that I actually loved it even though it was cooked rare; and the texture of the swordfish was the best I have ever had... so fresh, and cooked perfectly. The oysters were phenomenal and the sides were farm fresh. Much love and respect to the team and Craft LA. Thank you.
Awful hostess makes you feel like she’s doing you a big favor — makes for an awful lunch experience — I’m done here. — second visit she was obnoxious 😡
Always a wonderful place to dine
Still has great fresh food, great drinks, and excellent ambiance
Quiet and classy
Great place to relax and really dine
Unusual for LA
Parking a bit of an issue but not a deterrent
Still good after all of these years!!!
Very good meal, we like the veggie sides especially. Waiter brought all food at once instead of in courses as we requested.
This restaurant was great during a weeknight in November- not as impressed on a weekend with food or service
What a wonderful dinner we had. Service couldn't have been better and food was delicious. Pricey, yes, but well worth it!
I would absolutely recommend Craft. Our dinner and service were fabulous.
Everyone made it a point to wish the birthday lady a happy birthday and made special menus, which was such a sweet gesture.
Excellent adult restaurant with great food and very professional service.
Fantastic service, disappointing food.
Only appetizers available were oysters. What if you hate oysters like us? The Red Russian Kale Salad tasted like lawn clippings, and couldn’t be save with a few candied walnuts and fried onions. The aged Ribeye steak for 2 was disappointingly tough. The only good things were the sides: Brussels Sprouts and Gnocchi.
It was our 37th Anniversary, and while the staff made us feel appreciated, the food was very disappointing.
We had a birthday dinner. Best place on the west side to feel special for a birthday. Even had my name on the menu.
Food was incredible as always. Service was wonderful.
Beautiful restaurant in LA. Very nice ambiance. Food was excellent as was the service. Every dish had unique flavors from pastas, fish, mussels, and desserts. Not cheap but very fine meal overall.
Great food, wine, ambience, and service.
Impeccable service, easy parking, beautiful scenery with Century city backdrop. Made reservations and was seated promptly. Food choices hit all checkboxes whether vegan or a meat eater. Enjoyed a mezcal type of cocktail while my date enjoyed her vodka based drink. Appreciate that they offer Australian wines to support the Forests affected by the fires in Australia. Food came to the table so quickly I thought I was at a fast food restaurant yet the food was carefully prepared. Meal included bread and butter was appetizing and worth the extra carbs. Would definitely come again but only for special occasions as the cost can get pretty high.
Great place, highly recommend if $100.00 per person in meal budget.
Yes for normal menu, but this V day menu was not executed well, at all. I’m very dissatisfied with what we got for $400.00 combined for 2 people! Always wanted to impress someone with this place, and the one night I try, the steak which we looked forward to the most was cold, too chewy to cut and chew and just a let down. The duck tasted so dry we couldn’t eat it at all, and the server dissuaded us from ordering the snapper. So I cant imagine what that would have been like. I really Loved this place for their beef and pasta and especially their shiitake mushroom medley, but I’m not sure I can bring myself to return after the poor experience and embarrassment on Friday night. Unfortunate.
Excellent ambience, but food quality was not commensurate with the price.
The service, food and ambiance are all first rate.
We enjoyed a lovely Valentine Birthday celebration in the beautiful setting of this restaurant.
Craft is on our list of where to go for special occasions.
The level of service was amazing. I told them it was my friend's birthday and they made personalized menus for her. Almost all of the staff stopped by the table and told her happy birthday.
Every bite of food was expertly seasoned and so fresh. I will certainly return.
Food was fantastic and the service even better. Went to celebrate a birthday and no less than 5 staff members came by to wish a happy birthday. Service was on point. Was an exceptional experience
Very nice we could share dishes and talk to each other very easily in a beautiful quiet atmosphere
This is updated review from our previous review-
The GM (Mr Thurman) personally called and invited us back. We decided to go back on our wedding anniversary and Craft knocked it out of the park.
Starting with a personalized menu with our names, the attention to detail was what surprised us. Pair it with phenomenal service and fantastic food, Craft was in its element.
We had radiatori pasta, swordfish, quail and carrots for dinner - every single dish hit the right notes and truly represented a fine dining experience.
The food and service definitely completed our anniversary night out and we will be future patrons of the restaurant.
The food and the ambiance was superb! I will come back again.
Hi Baybee, Would love to have you again and so glad you want to come back! Let me know when you do or want to. Best, Todd Thurman GM
Impeccable service! Beautiful lighting and decor. Menu is impressive and varied. The swordfish was spec as were the mushrooms. Highly recommend.
Hi Lulu, So glad you enjoyed and right.... those mushrooms!!!!!!! Best in town! Thanks for taking the time to write and send us your feedback. Much appreciated. best, Todd Thurman GM
Craft made our anniversary dinner so memorable. From the personalized menu to the friendly staff to the food and desert... Everything was impeccable and so thoughtfully planned for us. We loved it and will be coming back again. The noise level was perfect--not crazy loud like most LA restaurants, which allowed us to really enjoy the place.
Happy Anniversary once again and I am so glad that you both had a great night and thanks for celebrating with us! Thanks also for taking the time to fill out our review and hope to see you soon or at least next year!!!!!! Best, Todd Thurman GM
Craft is one of my go-to restaurants when I want delicious food and wonderful service with great ambience. Highly recommended.
Thanks for the kind words and so glad that you are able to count on us for all of what you took the time to write about. Glad we are one of your go to's! Would love to know when you are back in so please let me know. best, Todd Thurman GM
Went for my girlfriend’s birthday. They were absolutely amazing. Made us feel extremely special with the little things.
Food was nothing special! Expensive but mediocre! They don’t show on their website that u cannot bring ur own cake! They should of told me when I called them and they ask Wht the occasion was for! I told her it was for a birthday! But whtevr! It’s not like I would eat there again anyways!
We tried the dine LA menu . The first course had tuna and a kale salad . The seared tuna was good but the kale salad was bad . The second course has over cooked dry cod . The veal pasta was decent . The highlight was the desert .
My go to for special occasions. Perfect place!
I asked for a quiet table and they seat us right by the busy walkway where all the guests walked by, nearby a big dinner party.
The wine recommendations were just mediocre, service by our waiter was just going through the motions, nothing notable.
The lamb chop we asked for was medium and came out more rare than medium.
Craft was not the way it was years ago. With the opening of more upscale dining venues such as Melisse, Auburn etc., Craft seemed to be playing second fiddle.
Came here with my kids do dineLA. It was our first time dining and we had a memorable experience. We ordered several dishes in the dineLA menu and was also given extras such as the spinach bucatini and the cod. My kids enjoyed the swordfish and gemelli. I had the quail and it was superb. We had all the desserts from the menu and we also enjoyed complimentary chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies. The staff was very attentive making sure we are having a great time. My kids even told me they had the best time. We will definitely come back.
Hi May, Thanks for taking the time to write your review and I remember you well and your boys were so sweet and so kind, as were you. Loved having you all there and what a treat! Can't wait for you to come back! Let me know when you would like. Todd
Wonderful room, great understated food. Great service.
Unfortunately my roast chicken breast was very dry. Maybe it did not rest before being served.
It could have happened because we did not order staters.
I'll be back to give another chance to this beautiful place.
The only thing I wanted to do while I was in LA was come to craft. Solid food. Happy I came.
Hi, So glad that you are happy you came to Craft and wow! A lot to love up to on your trip to LA. So glad we did not disappoint! I would be interested to hear, though, why you gave service a 4 and not a 5. What, in your view was lacking. Would like to address with my staff. Best, Todd Thurman, GM
