I have had my Thanksgiving Dinner with them three times and I have always loved being there It’s lovely and thoughtful and you feel like you’re home but they do all of the chopping and dicing and you get to dress up and enjoy a special holiday

An outstanding experience. Everything was just spot on for our family of four for this Thanksgiving dinner out. The food was incredible and the service was perfect. Makes it all that much sadder to see Craft leaving us. What a gift they've given to LA during their time here.

Food was outstanding, but the prices were outrageous ($170 for prix fixe dinner). I'm not surprised they are going out of business as of today. The portions were unnecessarily large. Gross!

It was their last day open to the public and, unfortunately, Craft went out with a whimper not a bang. I had eaten there numerous times before on holidays and the food was much,much better. Restaurant was not crowded. Service was excellent Disappointing and expensive

Excellent food and service in a beautiful venue. One of the few places you can have dinner these days where the noise level does not drown out all attempts at conversation. We were so sad this week to hear that Craft's last day of service will be this coming Thursday,Thanksgiving 2023. We have been many times over the years and always enjoy it.

I wasn’t really impressed with the food unfortunately.. My fish was super dry and the soup was bland. Service is always great though, so that’s good!

This could be my new favorite restaurant! I wasn’t sure about the menu because I’m not into a couple of things they have listed, but of the items we ordered everything was so incredibly delectable ! They were sold out of a couple of items. Better to get there on the 6:30 side to make sure that everything on the menu is available. The waiter told me that you can reserve some items ahead of time to avoid this issue. The menu is seasonal and very fresh. The music was perfectly catered to a crowd of 80s loving music on the night we went. My husband is a very finicky eater, and he loved it as well. Our server Ray was incredible.

I was dissapointed because they had corn chowder on their menu and when I ordered it the waiter came back later saying it was mistakenly on the menu and was no longer available. Instead, I ordered the autumn squash soup which was just okay. The rest of the food was excellent. server could have been a bit more attentive. he forgot our bread and butter. Not acceptable especially since the restaurant was not crowded. Portions was tiny. Not up to craft's usual standard.

Always wonderful. Unique salads, lots of other great dishes. Excellent service. A few requests — PLEASE change back to the bread bakers you used before the pandemic. Amazing. And, please restore the tomatillo salad to you menu. Fantastic salad.

We went for Dine LA and ordered from that menu. On arrival, the restaurant was mostly empty, and that had me worried. My cocktail was very good, but the rest of the meal was underwhelming. There wasn’t anything dreadfully wrong, it was just so very plain. The appetizers were a beet salad, seared ahi tuna, and tiny cornbread muffins-the muffins were the highlight. My entree was a tiny portion of mahi-mahi which, imho, was overcooked. This was served with roasted Brussels sprouts. Dessert was a choice of chocolate tart or apple tart with ice cream. As I said, nothing terribly wrong about it, but it was just so uninspired for a restaurant of this level.

Found this place by accident looking for places to go while in New York. Loved it! Had a great time. Great bartender, table service was excellent, nice wine selection, food was great. Overall a great experience. We'll be back for sure!

We went for Dine LA and were really looking forward to it as we hadn't been to Craft in several years. The appetizers were mediocre and everything else was just fine. The service was nice but the restaurant just didn't seem as lovely as it used to be (and the food reflected that as well).

Everything served was very, very good. The Winter Squash Soup with Pepitas and Fried Sage tasted like fall. Petrale Sole came with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Caper Butter. Oatmeal Cookies were a small, but delightful dessert. I wish the portion sizes were larger, especially the soup.

Service was OK. People were friendly . My roasted beet salad was fresh and vibrant. My pork chop was dry and tasteless. I believe they didn't brine it, which is very essential for white meat like pork chops. My oatmeal cookies were ok. Lots of oatmeals. My friend's lunch was an a la carte portion of pasta that was so small we had to ask the waiter if he was sure it was not a Dine LA portion of the same pasta which he did not order. The bread was , but the butter tasted good probably because it was salty. Overall not the experience that I was looking for.

The reason Craft is my go-to place in Century City is because it is dependable. The service is always great, the food is always delicious, and the "vibe" is always comfortable (not too loud, but not dead either). I also find the rock music so nice and unexpected as opposed to musak or pop. It is Dine LA time so we were treated to an extra special treat.

We were warmly welcomed and promptly escorted to our favorite booth. Every encounter with employees was emphasized with courtesy and professionalism. The Pead and Barnett pork chop offered during dine LA was exquisite.

I was there twice last week and my lettuce on the salmon salad was yellow meaning old. It wasn’t fresh at all. That’s rarely the case as I dine there 1-2x week.

We had a great meal. Salads were outstanding, and service was terrific. I did send back my fish (petrale sole) because it was flavorless and undercooked. I also don't favor fish rolled into a tight ball, as opposed to spread flat across my plate. Craft immediately replace this item with a terrific salad, and I was not charged for the replacement. They also offered to cook the fish more, but that would not have resolved the lack of flavor problem. I was very pleased with the salad and the highly professional service and courteousness of Craft. My wife and other guest loved their salads -- one with salmon, the other with beets. The Hamachi also was terrific.

Took some clients here for lunch...amazing greeting at the door, service perfect, food delicious (leaned on the seafood side). Bright, great patio, tons of nearby garage parking (not exactly cheap but typical LA). Highly recommend.

Certainly a night of highs and lows. So much was done so well but we would have preferred if our server explained the menu and serving style to us so we could have ordered properly. Also the salmon we ordered medium was extremely overcooked and dry. The waiter never even asked about why it was still sitting on the plate essentially uneaten. The other dishes were perfection!
