A bit pricey for the quality of the meal. Nice staff, old building (which is the charm), but priced a bit over the top.
This was our first time to CQ's so we didn't know what to expect. What a wonderful old place. Loved reading about the history of it. Loved the setup of little areas of dining space. Our waitress was friendly and wonderful. And our filet mignon comes close to those we've had at the best steakhouses. Will be back to try some other things.
Everything was wonderful
Great food and service! One of our island favorites!
The scallop special served wtih julienned vegetables and in a butternut squash sauce or puree, which I understand they have frequently, was outstanding. So was the Sheepshead Fish special with a beurre blanc sauce. The Creme Brulee was pretty standard if you like Creme Brulee.
Its an expensive place but worth it for a special meal or night out. Not good for every day dining unless you have a very generous budget or no budget at all.
A perfect evening. The food was fantastic and our server Debbie did a fine job! CQ’s is a very neat Hilton Head restaurant. Definitely one not to be missed.
The hostess was phenomenal. Our dinner was divine; however, the waitress was not great. She seemed overwhelmed and snippy. She was non responsive and seemed to be very irritable.
Everything was great. One of the best of Hilton Head imo
Fabulous scallops and our waitress was outstanding!
I really enjoyed this restaurant. I booked it based on the reviews, but I thought it was even better than expected! The atmosphere is fantastic, you feel as if you are in an old house. It's cozy but the tables are separated enough to have a private conversation. It was nicely decorated for the holidays with a gigantic Christmas tree. We were pleased with the food and drinks. The service was okay, as usual, slow in "low country" but I think that's a common thing down in SC. Book this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.
