Nestled amidst the ancient, moss draped oaks in Harbour Town, CQ's combines great fun, fine dining and a touch of Hilton Head Island history. CQ's has the feeling of an old, cozy, and comfortable inn. Heart-of-pine floors, wooden mantle pieces, stained glass, and the photographs and memorabilia of the Lowcountry culture all contribute to the charm that has made CQ's the place to dine since 1973. Inspired by the abundant varieties of fresh seafood, beef and game available. Our chef creates dishes that are best described as contemporary American with classic influences. Recognized for having the most extensive wine list on Hilton Head Island, CQ's offers more than 400 wine selections with over 70 poured by the glass.

I had the duck dish and it was amazing! My husband really enjoyed his crab stuffed flounder. The service was excellent. CQs is probably a little pricier than the average on the island but we really enjoyed our meal.

This is an excellent restaurant. It is charming and we have found it to be very consistently well managed over the years, with very good food. We always look forward to returning.

Great history here - deep in the heart of Sea Pines. Food was very tasty and presentation was perfect. Service was excellent. Great spot for a special occasion.

A bit pricey for the quality of the meal. Nice staff, old building (which is the charm), but priced a bit over the top.

This was our first time to CQ's so we didn't know what to expect. What a wonderful old place. Loved reading about the history of it. Loved the setup of little areas of dining space. Our waitress was friendly and wonderful. And our filet mignon comes close to those we've had at the best steakhouses. Will be back to try some other things.

The scallop special served wtih julienned vegetables and in a butternut squash sauce or puree, which I understand they have frequently, was outstanding. So was the Sheepshead Fish special with a beurre blanc sauce. The Creme Brulee was pretty standard if you like Creme Brulee.

Its an expensive place but worth it for a special meal or night out. Not good for every day dining unless you have a very generous budget or no budget at all.
