Covina was a very nice restaurant that has a creative menu that was surprisingly good. The service was excellent and the bar scene was vibrant. Very good experience

We found this restaurant when finding what was close to us on open table. What a find, appetizer Hungarian fry bread with salmon was excellent. Fresh pasta and spicy honey pizza were delicious. Would definitely go back.

I have been to Covina many times and have enjoyed each visit immensely - brought friends and family visiting from many parts of the world and will continue to do so. Our server was lovely and very knowledgeable.

I must express some disappointment with Sunday’s dinner experience. It was a Birthday Celebration for my niece visiting from Canada which I made a note of when making the reservation. And I mentioned at the beginning of dinner to the server which she acknowledged. As we were finishing dinner I felt a bit rushed as it was between 8:30 and 9 - not an incredibly long time for an expensive dinner (7pm reservation)- the server mentioned the kitchen closes early on Sunday - she was clearing the table as we were still in conversation - and nothing about my niece’s birthday - a candle in our dessert would have been appreciated.

I still Love Covina but feel they missed their usual 5 star rating.

Kind regards

Loved this restaurant! The service was great! Waitress was informative, friendly and attentive. Food was amazing! We started with the mixed green salad( which is not your run of the mill mixed green salad- get it! ), then a margarita pizza (they have a lot of other more interesting pizzas that I will have to go back and order but the margarita was amazing) and finally the bucatini. My favorite was the bucatini! A must have!! Nice wine selection by the glass too! All I can say is go!!

Food was great and service was wonderful. Everyone was so kind. We went for my friend's birthday and they made it very special. I have already recommended Covina to many people.

The food options are great and everything we have tried on menu has been amazing. Pizzas are the best! Try the carnitas - my fav choice. Bartenders make the best drinks and offer suggestions if you prefer something off the drinks menu. Service is A +++ . The servers are always friendly and knowledgeable on all of the menu options.

We were 4 people ordering a number of dishes and beverages. One of my son’s choices was a brunch egg dish. He asked for toast. We were charged for toast as though it was a side dish. Toast and eggs are pretty standard fare. I thought it was a chintzy move that sours my feeling about recommending Corvina without this footnote.

We really enjoyed our brunch at Covina. Our waiter was outstanding, can say enough about him. The food was great, and drinks fantastic. What more can I say? Will definitely go back.

The tables are a little close, but the service was notable. We shared three dishes for our meal, and they brought the dishes either already nicely plated for us (in the case of chili) or with separate plates. For an entree, they told us they had added a 4th shrimp so that it would easier to share. The short rib chili is really good. The Caesar salad is good but overpriced for some lettuce and two or three anchovy filets - $18! Overall a fine dinner, but they should check the prices of some items.

Have been several times prior. Booked month in advance and expected a table in dining room. Instead we were ushered to a 3-table anti-room off Bar area which had no connection with dining room. Anti-room faced storage area, had no ambience like main dining room and adjacent loud and boisterous bar made conversation impossible. Food is very good, but management's lack of interest, non-apologetic and rude attitude will prevent us from ever returning or recommending this restaurant.

Had a wonderful experience at Covina! The food was exceptional (I had the ahi tuna and hot honey pizza). I was truly shocked how great the experience was, which rarely happens given how many great restaurants there are in the city!
