    Had a difficult time connecting with the restaurant via phone, but the actual experience was top notch. Good wine, delicious steaks and the scalloped potatoes were perfection. Will be back!

    We walked over from the hotel. There were only four other table seated while we were there for our reservation at 7:30. The restaurant itself was dead, and very quiet. The steak was cooked quite well. The potatoes, au gratin were excellent. Overall, was a good experience. I do prefer to go to restaurants that seat, many of people and that you know have food turnover. When they are that dead, it makes you wonder how fresh your food is going to be. I will not be going back anytime soon. Would rather go to Morton’s or Ruth Chris, they are the same price range as this?

    Wow! What a wonderful experience at the Courtside Steakhouse! Excellent in every way for us! The waiter was very attentive. I ordered the special, which was the filet topped with shrimp and a delicious sauce over abed of asparagus AND Alaskan king crab. The presentation was beautiful. I regret not taking a photo of my meal. I dug right in, eating every bite! My spouse had the filet with the potato as a side, which was plenty for us to share. It was exactly what we were looking for! Our meat was cooked to perfection! It will not disappoint if your looking for high end dining! We will absolutely be dining here again when we want something a little extra special!

    The wait staff was excellent. However it was grossly overpriced. $74 for a mediocre defrosted filet with lobster sauce that had no lobster and two shrimp that were comparable to a hockey puck. The $47 one was worse . OVERSALTED. INEDIBLE.

    The restaurant was basically empty when we arrived at 8pm. We were seated at the worst 2-top in the place, right next to the door. It was our 10th Anniversary celebration dinner - pretty disappointed on that note (plus, I had mentioned it in our on-line reservation). Our server was kind and professional. The cold seafood appetizer was pretty "blah." For that price, I think we should have been "wow-ed." Dinner was scallops and sea bass - very good. And thank you for the special anniversary dessert.. that was delicious and thoughtful! Side note: we stayed at the Marriott for two nights to "get away from it all" (which we never do) - we had a nice stay there, excellent staff.

    The very best steakhouse in Fort Myers. The steaks, the service, and the atmosphere all combine to deliver an excellent dining experience. Our absolute favorite place for special occasions.

    Got to restaurant and could not find any signage to entrance. There was an elevator but it was not working. Only way to enter was up a steep set of stairs. Having an elderly person in our party with a walker we could not get to the restaurant. Very poor entrance and Sign for elevator was lying on the ground. This may be due to the hurricane last year but still could have provided better information for a supposed high end restaurant.

    I had another wonderful meal for my birthday during our stay at Sanibel Harbor Marriott. The Courtside again exceeded expectations. Our server, Calbert made our meal a pleasure. The filet special was awesome. We brought our own wine which paired well with our filets. I'm so glad this gem spot has recovered and I'm happy to be back in paradise.

    The food and service were excellent. The only drawback was the need to climb an outdoor set of stairs in the pouring rain. The shuttle driver brought a golf umbrella and walked me down.

    One of the best meals I've had in southwest Florida. The soup (crab bisque) and salad (caprese) were a great start. The bone-in ribeye was phenomenal, cooked perfectly and my wife and I tried two different styles, both were great. It was very quiet on a Friday evening, our reservation was not necessary, however this is likely due to the area continuing to recover from hurricane Ian 9 months ago. Can't wait to share this place with friends.

    As usual, the food and service was EXCELLENT. We took our son and daughter-in-law and they were very impressed. The chef also came out and spoke to the numerous guests after all meals had been served. That was a very nice touch.

    Only complaint. Our reservation was for 5pm. We were there at five and doors were locked. Just when we were about to leave someone came to the door and let us in. The food excellent!!!!!!

    I expected more of a fine dining experience from this Restaurant. It seemed like they were trying but just nothing exciting about it. Food was okay not great. I would suggest revamping food and beverage menus. They had no espresso which you can find at any steakhouse.

    EXCELLENT as always! We had not been back since Hurricane Ian as we didn't realize it had been reopened. We were welcomed back as if we were family. Information is incorrect that Courtside is only open Friday-Saturday. They are open Wednesday-Saturday. There is a new chef, who although didn't quite get our steaks cooked as we wanted the first time, quickly corrected the issue and then came out to meet with us to ensure they were correct. It's ok to make an error, it is how you remedy the issue that counts. There were 5 of us at the table. All were pleased with their dinners. According to my friend, the Seabass was melt in your mouth delicious as were our steaks. The shrimp cocktail had humongous shrimp that were very tender. We will definitely be back. This is our favorite steak restaurant.

    I have eaten at the Courtside for years and always more than willing to refer friends. Although a bit expensive service was always great, food was prepared and quality was impeccable. It was a wonderful experience. Not this time and I not only hesitate to refer friends, but not certain I will return. Service was terrible- VERY long waits when it wasn’t busy. My lamb was good and mushroom sides and asparagus were good but fingerling potatoes too well done, almost burnt. My 2 friends had the scallops and although flavorful they were cold. We reported this to the Maitre D but he was not really responsive. The waiter did offer to provide dessert although we declined but never even offered to provide a container for much of the sides- just removed them. I hope this will be addressed as I have always enjoyed going to the Courtside as a special occasion.

    Excellent restaurant. Senate is always so accommodating to make sure your dining experience is wonderful!! Our waiter Calbraith did an outstanding job. He recommended the lamb dish special to my husband which he thought was delicious!!

    The Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa said we needed reservations to dine at this restaurant. We made our reservation and when we arrived at the restaurant there was only a couple seated at the bar and a single man at a dinner table. Perhaps the idea of needing a reservation before eating at this restaurant puts potential guests off.

    My filet, ordered medium rare, was too well done. Our waiter did come by to inquire about the temperature and replaced my meal with a filet that was cooked correctly. Service was attentive and friendly

    Salad fantastic! Unfortunately, main entree of a $48 filet was ordered medium well, and was served medium rare! Waiter did not return to table after food delivered, finally bus boy noticed the untouched plate, after tablemates were nearly finished with their meal, and came to ask if there was an issue. He took back entree, and not only did it take so long to come back that the other guest at the table ordered dessert, but it came back a second time medium rare! Also, couldn't eat the au gratin potatoes because full of oil/grease and coagulated cheese upon delivery to table. The only conciliation???? A free piece of key lime pie. So disappointing for this Titanium Marriott member who relies on the usual quality and service we regularly receive from any Marriott property and restaurant we go to.

    Ambiance was beautiful. I ordered a two entree dinner. Lobster, lobster risotto and fillet. Unfortunately the lobster was cold and the lobster risotto was mushroom risotto. The fillet was good. Disappointed.
