$79 per person, includes unlimited consumption of select alcoholic beverages
Corkage & Cake Cutting Fees:
-$35 per 750ml bottle, 2 bottles max per party (magnum treated as two 750ml bottles).
- The bottles should not be on our wine list. If it’s the same wine but a different vintage, it’s acceptable with the fee.
-Outside cakes are acceptable with a $5 cake cutting fee per person.
Resort Casual Dress Code:
-No shoes meant for swimming or beach (flip flops, sandals and such)
-No hats for men
-No sleeveless shirts
-No swimwear or gym attire
Seminole Way garage is closest to Council Oak.
Valet parking charge $20 (validation not available as of 1/1/2015)
Currently located in a Ballroom that was converted. Until construction is done in 2019 for the expansion this will be the new home for OAK. Not my style for the $$ that we paid. Servers are top flight as well as wine selection and food. But Ambiance is hard to overcome. Will try again after the new relocation.

Whenever my husband and I stay at Hard Rock in Hollywood we eat at Council Oak. They have the best steaks in town and the portions are huge. Sides have always been delicious also.

We really like to go to this place.. Kinda pricy (especially for the Waygu New York Strip - everyone should try it once, but I keep coming back for more) but theres other steaks as well.. Keith always does us well for service!! They took away the banana fosters cheesecake dessert BOOO!! and not a fan of the new location which is a converted meeting space.. Food and service though is the same as the old location (great) and Im sure when they open the new location next year will be good again!!
Even in their temporary quarters Council Oak still shines. While Hard Rock is remodeling the restaurant made the best of it by hanging dark blue drapes over all the walls. This gives it a romantic, dark feel. The service and food is as good as always. I had the filet with a chopped salad and garlic mashed potatoes. We appreciated that the server told us that the sides were very generous and shared the potatoes. As delicious as they were the two of us were only able to eat half the portion. The King Crab was the special and it was plentiful and tasty. The service was wonderful.
We had the escargot appetizer, which was delicious, and it was large enough to share. Our main course of filet and potatoes augratin, we’re done to perfection. Service was excellent and the ambiance was very good. Quiet enough to carry on a conversation. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I felt the drinks were Not as great as in the past.

This was by far the worst steak I ever had. I had the porterhouse, I took one bite and gave the rest to my dog. I will never come back again, was a complete waste of money. I still have some left over for my dog to each if you want a picture.
We had a great time. However, due to the renovations, and the restaurant being relocated, it was not the same as other visits. Gustavo was great!!

Not a great experience. It started, with the realization, that this restaurant has been relocated from its beautiful location off the casino floor, too a meeting room, that has been remodeled for the purpose of being a restaurant. This really doesn't work. You know you're just sitting in a glorified meeting room, and not a restaurant. When we where he ended our menus, my girlfriend opened hers up, and a bug was crawling across tit. Not a great overall experience.

I was a little disappointed me and they had moved from their original location we were literally sit inside the old bar room of the casino I understand that you guys are moving dessert was definitely not what it used to be way too sweet on the creme brulee with the berries my bone in ribeye was not cooked enough had to send back.
Al though expensive to say the least the food quality was excellent.
If your are in the mood for a good steak (all of them are Prime and Aged this is why they are expensive) the cheapest steak will set you back 45 dollars. The Cream spinach is to die for, and the bread basket was warm and tasty.
Waiter was attentive and the food took a while but not a problem as it arrives hot of the grill.
Overall if you don't mind the cost, the food is good and the environment nice for a romantic evening.

Pan seared scallops cooked to perfection ! Potatoes at gratin get the best tasting award from us! Love the blue cheese salad also. On that note our grilled shrimp were tough, very tough way over cooked, I almost felt like they were precooked for shrimp cocktail & then placed on grill. Overall dining was nice 👍
They moved the restaurant to a makeshift ballroom. We ordered the $140 Wagyu steak came out over cooked. Was absolutely horrible. Overpriced- do not go here
We enjoy this restaurant very much however the area it is now located during the construction on property detracts from the restaurant.
Steak was amazing. One of the best I’ve had in a long time and I frequent quality steakhouses often.

The service was great and the food was exceptional the best part of my experience was the waffle bar that girl coralis man I tell you she can make some waffles. Definitely will be coming back.

It took a long time for the food to arrive to the table at a time where it hardly seemed busy. The steak I ordered was tough and burned on the edges. However, the service was phenomenal with each staff member I encountered apprearing very friendly. My wife and I rather enjoyed the appetizers (shrimp, mussels) and the ambiance. I would be willing to give the restaurant another shot, hoping for those individual improvements.

From the moment you enter everything is amazing, food is superb and service is outstanding.
The food was just not representative of a nicer restaurant. I order the filet to be pink, not red and especially not well done. I was offered the option of "butterflying" which made no sense as I did not want well done. Well done, however, is what I got. The potatoes were good, though. I was thoroughly disappointed with the filet and couldn't finish it.
I was terribly disappointed as we had visited the restaurant the previous Thursday and everything was excellent. This made us feel as though there is little, if any, consistency.

Food and service was excellent. They didn't have a kids menu but they made my little guy chicken stripes and French fries.
Great menu with many tasty selections. Wine and beverage selections are great. The steaks are amazing along with the sides selections. They have done an extremely great job with this temporary space. I cannot wait for the new restaurant to open for the next special occasion. My girl friend and I had the most amazing evening.
Fantastic meal, great food, excellent cocktails. It seems they've created a temporary venue while they're renovating the hotel. While it's not the most ideal scene, they did a great job of creating a good atmosphere.
Outstanding service from the wait staff. Our party all had steaks of differing cuts. Our sides were potato au gratin, and creamed spinach. Both were off the charts good. Can't miss here. Matt and his team do an outstanding job.
Jonathan is one of the best. When the bottle of wine we wanted wasn’t available, he made some excellent recommendations.
Ordered lobster, was a special, but would of liked the waiter to mention that it was $98.

The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was perfect! Gus our waiter was very attentive and personable. My husband and I got the lobster bisque for appetizer and the New York Strip Steak- well done with the loaded baked potato for our entree; they were absolutely delicious!! Our cocktails were perfection. They surprise us at the end with an Happy Anniversary dessert, that was a great touch! Loved everything!
