    The halibut on risotto was an amazing flavor treat and the service by Chyle was attentive and graceful. The whole restaurant seemed to run like a clock.

    Took the girlfriend here for her birthday dinner. I was extremely impressed by everything at this restaurant including the staff, atmosphere, the quality of the food and the presentation. Cotton Row restaurant really makes you feel like you are a VIP at every table especially the wine cellar room. We will definitely return soon. Thank you Cotton Row for a wonderful dining experience!     LOVE the background music playing, and the interior design. Valet makes it so easy to park and not worry. I think we had a new waiter, he was not attentive or overly friendly, maybe he was having an off night. Both desserts were labeled with Happy Birthday lettering for the belated bday girls, and I LOVED THAT! So did they! A great touch for any age! Food was amazing, however my friend had to return her coffee for not being hot. No big deal.

    We like Cotton Row, and will return, but dining there on NYE was a disappointing experience. We sat down and to our surprise was handed 3-course menu with a set price ($85 pp), so we couldn't order our usual favorites. One of us have a food allergy, so had limited options, decided to skip desert because didn't like the one option, but still had to pay for it. (If we were told there would be a set menu, we would not have made reservations due to this). The biggest disappointed, though, was one of the entrees on the menu was "rack of lamb". My husband asked the waitress how many ribs to expect, to which she stated "about 6". My husband is highly technical and also aware that a rack of lamb technically consists of 7 ribs. He was pleased with her answer though, and ordered the lamb. What showed up were 4 ribs. The correct title for this entree would have been lamb chops, not rack of lamb. Other than the two meals, I had one glass of wine, and even though we asked for tap water, received one bottle of water, and our bill was $250 (gratuity included). We left, my husband still hungry.

    The service was impeccable - our waiter was knowledgeable and engaging. The Halibut was 1.5 minutes overdone, extremely dry, and the butternut squash risotto was cold. The coffees at the end were cold, too.

    Gave us a terrible table too big for our group with air condition blowing right at one of our party. Service was extremely slow. Seems like our glass table with cheap place mates which was too big which made it difficult to talk was an afterthought. Diminished the experience

    I visited Cotton Row for Thanksgiving with my family. Considering this is a chef led restaurant I had high expectations. I could not have been more disappointed with our dinner. The appetisers were quite delicious, but served cold. The soup had a rich and deep flavor, but it was difficult to get past the tepid temperature. Two in our party ordered prime rib, at an extra surcharge, and the meat was probably the worst cut we have ever been served. I understand that prime rib should be served medium rare, but ours were not even that. They were impossible to cut with a knife because they were simply not cooked. Our serving dishes were quite warm, but the food was not. All of the sides that accompanied the entrees were cold. Finally the desserts were also a disappointment. The carmelized sugar was bitter on the creme brulee, the cheesecakes were nearly frozen, and the chocolate cake tasted like a box mix. This from one of the "finest" chefs in Huntsville? We often dine out in nicer restuarants, and we don't mind paying a bit more for a well-prepared meal. Nothing about this meal was in any way up to our expectations, except the wine. We did enjoy that.

    Food would have been excellent if it was not so salty. The tables were crammed together, I felt like I was sitting with the parties on both sides of me!!! Service was excellent, food was served on time.

    We had a wonderful meal and delightful experience overall at Cotton Row. Our meal was in celebration of my parents’ 50th Wedding Anniversary, and I’m so glad we chose Cotton Row for the occasion. We will definitely be returning!

    As always, excellent food and service. Our waitress, Abigail, was superb. The Happy Birthday and candle on the dessert plate made our daughter's birthday dinner extra special. We just love Cotton Row.

    Food was excellent waiter was very nice. Everything else sucked. To many little things that went wrong. Screwed up the reservation. Smoker broken no bread brought out coffee was essentially water colored brown. Never experienced anything Ike this at cotton row before.

    Pleasant night but the food and service was not what would be expected of a white table cloth restaurant. Again very nice but the food quality and service was not worth the cost of the meal. Ambience was very nice and very romantic. We will try it again to see if they were just having an off night. We have heard rave reviews from many of our friends.
