My group of 8 arrived for our reservation at 6:45 PM. Didn’t get seated until about 7, but they were busy so understandable. Once we got to the table, we received bread and waters. Ordered an appetizer (burrata, tomatoes, prosciutto) for the table. It took a bit for the appetizer to come out, but wasn’t too terrible. However, we waited for a very long time for our meals. My husband and I received our pizza around 8:30 and the rest our group did not receive their meals until almost 9 pm. We understand it was a busy night, but the wait was excessive. When it finally time to pay, the waitress brought one check and said she could take up to 4 different credit cards. She told us to write down which amount each of us wanted to pay so we were expected to split up and calculate the amounts ourselves. None of us had ever seen group payments handled this way. Very frustrating and not at all customer friendly. Don’t blame the waitress for this, as I assume this is how the owner/management chooses to handle group payments. We are not local to the area, but would likely not return to this restaurant if we visit Providence again in the future.

This was my second time here. We had reservations, showed up on time and had to wait 30 minutes to check in (the last time we waited 40 minutes to check in). The food was ok, the last time it was better. As for the service, nobody cleared the plates from our appetizers and salads, and when our main course arrived, the dishes from the appetizers and salads remained on our table throughout the rest of the night, crowding the table. I have never had that experience at a restaurant before. Nobody refilled the water glasses for a second time, and when we ordered a second round of drinks before the entrees came out, they never arrived, We asked our server a second time and they still didn’t arrive. After we finished our entrees he said he would check on the drinks and we said no just give us the bill. I would say this experience mirrors our last visit with the exception that the food was not as good this time. I thought I would give it a second chance but do not believe I will be returning again.

We went here for a graduation. The service and food was excellent. The singer was fantastic. We had an awesome, memorable, experience. We would absolutely come here again!

We loved our food and drinks! Our waitress was very nice and helpful. We sat close to the fountain so the wind sprayed us with water a couple of times but we really enjoyed everything!
