Our meal was incredible. We sat in a cabana around the pool, and loved having a little privacy. Those outdoor tables really make you feel special! (Though the interior dining room is beautiful and looks over the pool, as well.) Our server, Luca, was absolutely lovely. He took fantastic care of us, and we are so glad we took his recommendation to try the tasting menu. It was a special night out for us, so we are glad we indulged (and splurged). Fantastic wine list, delicious fresh seafood flown in from Italy, and the perfect ambiance. We could have been in Italy, instead of steps off the Strip. The perfect way to cap off a trip to Vegas!

We had a fabulous dinner! There was four of us for my birthday! Two of us ate off the regular menu and my friend and myself ate off the vegan menu. I had farinata calda con carciofi e rucola to start then I had ravioli “fatti in casa” con funghi spugnole e rampe selvatiche it was delicious! My two sisters had the whole fish filets table side. Then they brought a vegan happy birthday dessert to me of almond ice cream dipped in dark chocolate with cherries. So incredible! Everyone had a taste and loved it! Steve Wynn is vegan so all the restaurants have incredible regular menus but also five start vegetarian and vegan menus too!

Quality of food was good as well as the setting for a business meal. However, very over-priced. I can find other restaurants with similar qualities for much less. Will not be returning in the future.

Service and food were both terrible. Very expensive and TERRIBLE!!!! Our table was next to a wall that had some type of large motor behind it which caused our table to shake during the entire dinner. We thought the chandelier above our table was going to crash down on us. To make matters even worse, we reserved (and paid for) an outdoor table next to the pond only to learn upon arrival that they had closed the outside dining.

All and all I don’t think this this restaurant will be open very much longer as it is clearly not up to the Wynn standards we all have become accustomed to.

Anniversary

High quality food for sure, but as a fan of fine dining the wait staff captain was super arrogant and upset we didn’t order more when we ordered 3 courses each. Jesse the second was great. Next time, Il Mulino.

This may have been the best meal of my life. From the salads before to the desserts after, every course was perfect. The branzino was as fresh as you would imagine, tender and delicious. The wines selected by the wine manager could not have been better paired with our meal. A beautiful restaurant staffed with amazing people.

Came here for a date. It's a BEAUTIFUL restaurant with a great faux lake view. I didn't know what to expect at first but it was impressive. The dining was unique with great food.

Amazing Mediterranean Seafood with hand made pasta and delectable desserts. We were fortunate enough to be there during black truffle season and had one of the most flavorful experiences ever. Would highly recommend this restaurant for a true treat. We'll be back!!

Food and service are excellent. Menu is somewhat confusing. With pasta dishes priced in appetizer portions and fish priced in per 100 .grams. It is difficult to figure out what a piece of fish or an entrée sized pasta dish will cost. The wine list is extensive but very few bottles are under $100. A great place for a special occasion when a splurge is warranted.

The service and atmosphere were top-notch. The food was wonderful, and very thoughtfully done. We had the family-style tasting menu, and were encouraged to substitute as desired, so we swapped in one of the seasonal truffle gnocchi dishes which was superb. The wine list was fun to read, and well-designed. Our only complaint was that the music was a bit loud.

Quite possibly one of the best meals I've had in years

I had visited once before. It's going to bust you budget but delivers amazing fresh seafood flown in from the Mediterranean 4-5 times a week. The vast array of seafood ranges from giant slipper lobsters, fresh sea urchin, and Sicilian scorpion fish. Last time I was here they had fresh grilled sardines with some sea salt that were fabulous. The grilled octopus and sea scallop appetizers were amazing.

I liked the restaurant a lot but it is extraordinarily expensive. The recommended house Chardonnay was $29 a glass. Service was excellent. Food is excellent. But if you are on a business expense account, unless it is unlimited, you may want to choose another place .

Server seemed as he was not interested to serve us. We asked for a specific type of fish and what was brought was dry and with minimal taste.
Deserts are good, pasta and risotto as well.

Have been a few times now. Always excellent. Probably my favorite Vegas restaurant. Awesome seafood; flow in daily. Service very professional and friendly. Excellent wine list with some real gems by the glass; not the same things you find everywhere. Sommelier Miklos was very attentive and helpful. Will be back!

Our meal at Costa di Mare was among the most memorable we have ever had. The ambiance is fantastic and although we did not sit outdoors, we had a view of the beautiful koi pool. We chose the tasting menu and each course was exceptional.

The space and ambience is beautiful. Everything is authentic and detailed. Pasta was very good and homemade. Slightly bland sauce but everything was very fresh. The atmosphere was gorgeous and felt like an experience. The staff was all very hospitable and helpful. The fish was unique and creative and perfectly prepared.

If you’re craving seafood, Costa di Mare is the place to dine while in Las Vegas. The freshest and tastiest seafood ever. Love that the servers clean the full fish and plate everything table side for you. If possible, request a window seat or sit outside by the koi pond. Very romantic restaurant. Loved it.

Food was very very Good. But way over priced and the service wasn't the best. We gave a $50.00 tip and you can tell the server was not impressed, did not even want to shake my husband's hand. The ladies upstairs were nice though.

Had an amazing experience! We went for my girlfriend's birthday, and everyone was extremely nice and made sure everything was perfect and even when we didn't order dessert, they brought out some complimentary dessert for her birthday. Cant wait to go back next time we are in town, I've told everyone I have gotten a chance to tell.

One of the best meals I’ve had in the US

That was a very interesting our first experience here. The first Italia skinny waiter downstairs was kind of rude and short with answers when we asked him to split our plates and did not order the drinks(since we do not drink). e is quickly switched to other table to take care and never come back to serve us, there after four stars for that. But the chef wanted to make sure we had an extra dessert and went extra mile to make us happy.

The vegan menu looks good on paper but needs a little work. The Apple crostini with veggies was bland and the vegan ravioli, although very delicious, was slightly over salted. The overall flavors lacked depth in their combination. The vegan dessert was awesome and the wine selection and cocktail menu is top notch. Gorgeous venue and incredible service.
