The menus at Cornerstone include our raw bar & oyster menus, bar bites, brunch, lunch and dinner menus to include small & large plates
We sat at the kitchen bar and our experience was great, so much ch fun!
It was the first time I had visited and wasn’t sure what to expect. The ambiance was tasteful and classy. Food was delicious and quite the best frites I have had outside of France or Belgium. Service was efficient yet unhurried. We are already going to make another reservation.
We were seated at the chef’s counter which I planned for, but they sat us at the very inner left seats next to the grill. Within the first 5 minutes we were both sweating and couldn’t walk past the next couple comfortably due to a pole. Thankfully, they did move us to another spot at the counter and it was great to watch the chef.
The cheese plate was perfect. My husband had the veal and it was amazing. I was disappointed in the crab cake. I have been looking for a decent crab cake for years (ever since Totaros closed) and I was hoping this was it. There was little crab and too much filling which overpowered the crab flavor. We will probably go back but I will order something more well known next time.
The cocktails were creative and delicious. Best burger I’ve had in my life. Will for sure be returning!
On their menu they have “pastries and croissants” and they only gave us one croissant—they thought they were out of chocolate croissants and showed up with one. My loumagne sandwich was wet and tasted burnt... and the cypress sandwich was average at best and the fruit salad was one spoonful of fruit.
Decent overall. First couple of courses were too heavy on salt. Otherwise food was above average. Don't care too much for the Main Line wannabe crowd. Bit too loud.
Such a relaxing brunch!. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Will definitely come back.
Absolutely fabulous! Always amazing, every time! The best dinner in Wayne!
Always 5 stars!
Great food in a special (albeit small) setting. The type of restaurant where you think about what to get the next time you visit as you’re leaving. The kitchen is small, so serving times can be a bit long. As long as you plan for that, it shouldn’t be an issue.
Food was bland though nicely presented
Love the atmosphere and our cheeseboard, red snapper and pork were delicious and fresh. Cappuccino and chocolate dessert balls were a great ending to the meal! Thank you.
NYC quality restaurant right in our little town.
We enjoyed our first time at Cornerstone. We were seated at the counter where we could watch the chef expedite and the preparation of many of the dishes. It was fascinating. We loved the food too!
Loved it all, food was excellent, restaurant decor was lovely! Staff great. Can’t wait to go back
This was the best meal I’ve had in a while.
Can get expensive.
Amazing as always!
We had a wonderful meal. Shared this beautifully cooked ribeye steak. I would like to try their lunch or brunch .
Always good food, always nice atmosphere, always a good choice!
Wonderful!! Excellent service, loved sitting at the counter and watching chefs create the delicious food! Oysters, porks chops and Brussels sprouts were all delicious. Bourbon balls were a sweet ending to an excellent meal. Can’t wait to return. This is a wonderful addition to the dining scene in Wayne.
For the price point I will definitely go elsewhere. The steak for two was as tough to eat as they come. I almost felt obligated to eat this meal because of how much it cost. We won’t be back...
Wonderful experience, a little more expensive than I’d like when drinks flow
Drove up from Lewes, Delaware to visit my son in Wilmington, Delaware and have dinner at Cornerstone. He has been raving about it since the first time he went and every time after. I was definitely not disappointed. From the moment we walked in the door until we walked out, everything was perfect. I can't wait to go back.
Outstanding as always.
Enjoyed dinner at the bar. Never felt rushed and had a great meal.
Very nice. The food was tasty and well presented.
Good food and fun to watch your food being made. Fun to eat with others at the counter.
I've been wanting to try Cornerstone for awhile but since it is a hot spot I've had trouble getting a reservation. We were finally able to get in on a Wednesday night - but that's when I realized the bar & seating is always available first come, first served so come by 6pm on any evening get a seat and settle in for a great meal and great bar scene. The bartenders Mark & Jessie are fabulous and will make sure that your fabulous food (the mushroom pasta is a must!) is paired with an amazing and creative cocktail. I'm sorry that I let my lack of ability to plan ahead with a reservation keep me from dining at Cornerstone sooner.
Amazing food, and service. Noise level was bad.
It was a nice evening! Food was deliciou! Wonderful experience
The food was outstanding. I had oysters, and a pulled pork sandwich with a side salad. The pulled pork sandwich was appropriately sized, and definitely had more of a vinegar style bbq sauce which I love so it was perfect. The oysters were really good too, and the waiter seemed very knowledgeable in regards to the menu and where food was sourced etc.
This is definitely the type of restaurant where it seems the employees are passionate and proud of their output, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food. It is not cheap, but for folks who believe in paying for quality it is well worth it. It was my first time dining at Cornerstone, and I will be back sooner then later.
Fantastic experience! Love everything about this place.
Food is outstanding...simply delicious! Somm knows his stuff....service is on point... wasnt thrilled with the small portion of cheeses.
First time there, overall excellent experience. Charlie was great and also our server, Diann.
Ordered a great a bottle of Pinot from Oregon. Oyster sampler, east and west coast, it was good. Only suggestion is to serve oysters on bed of ice and not seaweed bc I like my oysters very cold. Both the pork and the veal entree was very good.
Look forward to returning to try more of the menu.
I love Cornerstone, the new bar area and food is always great! On my last visit, however, wine by the glass was limited in selection and too expensive at a minimum of $25/glass!
It was the 3 yeas celebration of the restaurant. We had a reservation at the kitchen table. The atmosphere was lively. It took quite a while to order our drinks. And another while to get our food. The waitress was kind but I guess the bottleneck May have been in the kitchen to prepare and get out the food..
We will come back for special occasions and def. not Saturdays or Sundays
Food, atmosphere....Cornerstone is a total winner!!
