Always good food, sometimes great food. Service was pleasant. It is hard to give a balanced review, as I think this was the last night (or close to) before the restaurant closes for a few weeks for "shoulder" season. We had a great time, food was good, service was attentive.

If you like $30 chicken that was raw in the middle and frozen vegetables right out of the bag this is the place for you. Service was the only decent thing. Chicken was bland to boot.

Calamari was fishy and soupy. Had to ask for bread. Was not offered. Wedge salad came with a roll of bacon that had to be torn or cut in order to eat it with the salad. Very greasy! Mostly empty. I hadn't been in a year or so and won't be back.

Always fantastic, The Cornerstone never disappoints. The service is outstanding, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the food is absolutely delicious with a dish to please everyone, from the health-conscious to the foodie. Awesome operation.

Pretty much every table is also part of the bar scene which is fine but it does add to the noise level. The food though is not typical bar food, it is sophisticated dining, seasonally oriented around local ingredients. Lots of choices and accommodating to most diet restrictions. I will definitely go back when in Ketchum.

We dined here while on a ski trip to Sun Valley. The trout and short ribs were excellent, as well as the service. Highly recommend.

Cornerstone is a cozy and warming restaurant with a great menu and wine list. The food selections are a cross section of recipe styles and a variety of meats. The braised short ribs are the signature and a must have. Delicious. The wine list is similar with a very interesting cross section of varieties and prices - from affordable good wines to some of the best of the best. Cornerstone is easy to get in to as long as you make a reservation ahead - or take a big chance and walk in.

We were looking for classic Idaho fare and this place had delicious Elk Burger and local trout cooked to perfection. The well prepared cocktails were a plus. Nice ambiance and crowd. The staff was lovely. Overall a very nice dinner experience in Ketchum.

The food was good and the service was excellent. It's more bar and hang out than restaurant. Lots of special cocktails of which we did not partake. Few beers on tap that would go with many of the meals, and a way overpriced wine list.

Cornerstone was great! We arrived for our reservation a little early and had no trouble getting seated. We ordered the Brussels Sprouts which were amazing and the short ribs. Everything was delicious and the presentation was perfect. Great food for the price!

Solid/good but not great. Nice space, good location, good service but not extraordinary, wine list was good but notably absent were any Idaho wines. The Brussels sprouts from the appetizer menu were definitely the highlight of the entire meal-exceptional! Toasted coconut cake for dessert was (again) good but not great.

I don't know what's wrong with this place--it has so much potential. The place is small and it seems the kitchen and wait staff are both clueless. Our waitress would disappear for 15 mins at a time and when our food arrived we got 2 of our 3 entrees. Then 5 mins later my wife got the wrong entree. The table next to us had the same problem. The restaurant needs a GM who knows what they are doing.

We were visiting the area and found this restaraunt on Open Table and booked it. We were promptly greeted and seated at a table for 2 next to the bar area. My wife had a fish dish and i had the Elk burger. Both were very well done. Overall a very good dining experence.

My daughter's quinoa salad was very disappointing and pricey. You should not charge 18 dollars for unseasoned, undressed quinoa with a few raw tomatoes, slices of cucumber, and some spinach leaves. It was VERY plain and tasteless and had little to no effort put into it. There wasn't even salt on it. Very sad excuse for a quinoa tabbouleh salad, which is usually very flavorful and tasty...you should take it off the menu until you know how to prepare a quinoa dish well.

Great food in a wonderful atmosphere. The brick interior makes it feel warm and cozy eventhough we were there in the summer. It's the only building in the town on the National Register of Historic Buildings.

I had a lamb burger with arugula and goat cheese open face. It was tender and done perfectly. The portion was generous. The crab cake was delicious and had little fillers, if any. The menu is varied, there is something there for everyone. Brunch can't be beat!!! Our server was professional, helpful and knowledgeable as I have food allergies and he steered me in the right direction to avoid ingredients I can't eat. The Cornerstone is a definite gem in Aspinwall.

2 thumbs up at cornerstone! We loved the food, service & ambiance. Austin was truly an awesome server & Ashley was great from checking us in to making sure we were well hydrated! Yummy dishes: Mac 'n cheese w/ bacon, elk burger & fries ( both kinds delish)& fusilli -- oh, and the s'mores dessert was a fun finish to a great dine out!! Highly recommend
