Server said we would have to wait an hour past our reservation and that open table reservations don’t matter

I requested priority seating and I guess I received. It was later in the day so seating was not a problem. This was my second and while the wait was stellar the food was just so-so. Really surprised me since our first experience was so good.

Kinda slow service this time around. This isn't the first time we have visited.

Priority seating is basic seating. We waited the same amount of time as if walking in and putting our name on the list. Its a joke. Not worth using Open Table for that.

It's always good to go early to the Corner Cafe, the food comes out really fast the service is good and the French press coffee is just always on point. Just go.

Our waitress apparently forgot to put our order in; although, she never actually admitted to that. We were a little concerned when she came back to our table to ask us what we ordered at least 45 minutes after she had taken our order. We finally flagged down a manager when we had been waiting almost an hour for our food. The manager told us the order had only been given to the kitchen about 10 minutes earlier. Even then, the waitress never acknowledged her mistake. The food was great, but they really need to address the service issues.

Worth the trip to Buckhead. The brunch menu is excellent. Highly recommend the Eastern Shrimp Omelet as well as the Shrimp n Grits(As good as I’ve eaten anywhere).

Mother’s Day brunch. Once we were seated, our waiter was very good. Unfortunately, even though we had reservations, we still had to wait for table for about 45 minutes to an hour. The temperature in the restaurant was too warm. The food was very good, though. Even my teenagers liked it.

We didn’t have a pleasant experience. We were seated at about 12:15 and didn’t receive our food until around 1:35. Staff didn’t seem sincerely apologetic and gave us some free pastries, but the time it took to receive our food was unacceptable considering we had a reservation. When we received our food, it wasn’t even very hot. I was sorry that I took my family there for Mother’s Day.

We ate out on the patio ... and regretted it. They should raise the wall between the patio and parking lot because we’d 2 separate car alarms go off, which was very loud and upsetting. It’s also very ugly to look at a parking lot. Could use a fan or two as well as it was very hot.

Service was OK but they don’t allow substitutions for sides, which is ridiculous in the modern era. I’m pre-diabetes and a low carb side is important to me but they wouldn’t allow me to sub for the potatoes that came with my meal. Had to pay extra for a side I could eat.

Combination of these issues results in a high likeliness that I won’t be returning.

The trio salad is the best! And the bread, of course, comes from the bakery side and is fresh, tasty and perfect accompaniment. Friendly host and servers. Great during the week or for brunch on the weekend.

Corner Cafe has been a favorite for lunch and brunch for many years. This visit I was surprised to find a price increase and that sides are no longer included with sandwiches. The bill for two sandwiches and one iced tea was $40 including tip. (You can get a sandwich for half the price that always includes chips or, in some restaurants, the choice of a side). The food remains enjoyable. However, I will have to forgo one of my favorite lunch/brunch spots that has successfully priced me out!

It took us over 45 minutes to get our food in addition... and we never saw our waiter...I have been their many times but the only reason I did not give it a 1 is the food was great! The pancakes, avocado omelet , shrimp omelet were excellent. Hopefully we can return in future..

Corner Cafe has a great location and good service, but the food is a bit overpriced. My sandwich, the salmon on a pretzel croissant, was difficult to eat as the meat and toppings kept sliding off the bread. For a business meal, I would definitely not order this sandwich again.

We had a reservation, and were seated right away. Food was good.
But, service could have been better.
Not sure if server was sub-par or if they were just set with too many tables.
Waited a long time for a 2nd cup of coffee and had a few requested items that that were never brought (extra napkins and a spoon).
All in all, I was expecting a little better from the buckhead diners club.

We come here at least once a month and get our bread and pastries every week. It's delicious and you can come with your whole family. All servers are committed and super friendly. My favorite breakfast place In town.

Corner Cafe never disappoints. Whether for breakfast, brunch or lunch it's a great spot with good food choices. My friend and I tried something new the other day and were more than satisfied. The grouper sandwich on rye was outstanding and I can't wait to order it again!

The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there yet we were seated at a tiny “cafe” table near the bathroom. I should’ve asked to be moved. I know restaurants try to sit people in bad seats but it’s ridiculous to do it when the place is empty.

Enjoyed another wonderful brunch at the Café! It has become our weekly "go-to" for weekend brunch. We were seated quickly, service was great, and loved the grits of the day. Best breakfast/brunch in Buckhead!

Not sure why people even go there? The restaurant was messy and tired. The service was the equivalent of an Ihop; the food was badly plated and not delicious at all. I certainly will not be in a rush to go back there.

My friend and I enjoy going to Corner Cafe. We enjoy the food. I suggest always get priority seating. This system usually works, it cuts your waiting time down. This past Sunday, we got there in our priority time. The young lady at the gate checked my name and said, "It Will be another 25 minutes". It ended up being 35 minutes from that. The food is good but I would have liked the other young lady come by & update is on the time. I know it really does not matter to Corner Cafe but I will think twice about going back anytime soon. The food is good but not to wait that long.
