Corleone's Trattoria Ratings and Reviews
This was our 1st time dining here. Food was bland. Table was tiny. I felt like they rushed us out. We ordered appetizer, soup, salad and they brought it out all together. I hate that. We weren't done with our salad when our entree came. We had the Cannoli for dessert and the middle of the shell was empty. VERY disappointing and will never return.
cold bread... cold bread... cold bread...they brought us bread 3x and all were cold with no real explanation until we questioned at the end. Also- I ordered the daily special, Shrimp and veggies over pasta with white wine sauce. It was bland and the onions seemed out of place.
Kind of noisy and some kind of kids party going on after 9 pm
Parking was a hassle so had to get valet. Went on a Sat. Night
Food is good and tastes authentic. I asked for no pancetta in my pasta but they still put it in. Nbd. Over all good food if you're in the neighborhood.
The food was delicious! Valet parking was good to have and necessary at this location. Our Vallet was on the spot and courteous. Our waiter was very friendly - a nice guy. The food was delicious! Our favorite dish was fettuccine carbonara with pancetta. Everyone took a taste of that dish and loved it. One dish was GF. They have a $4 up charge for GF? I think that was too high. However, My Son said as good a GF dish as ever had. We highly recommend and will be back.
Brought our grandparents that were visiting us from Philly here for dinner. The ambiance was great and felt pretty authentic. The portion sizes were generous and well worth the money. Highly recommend the tiramisu! It is pretty heavenly. We brought our 3 year old daughter and felt that it was kid friendly.
Not at all authentic Italian food! This was some of the worst Italian food I've ever had. I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it was terrible. My husband got the carbonara, which was brought out late because they put the wrong order in, and it too was terrible. Although in a nice area to walk around and possibly do some shopping it was it was nothing that I was hoping for. The waitress was nice but that's it. All of our food went in the trash.
I really like Corleone's, the service is always top-notch and the restaurant itself is great. This visit I was a little disappointed in the food. I had the Chicken Parmesan as I often do and the chicken was tough, not well trimmed (gristle on the edges) and much too thick. This is not the norm here and I'll say that the rest of my meal was fantastic as it usually is at Corleone's. I'll be back; I just hope the CP is better next time!
We loved Corleone's. On the way home from Savannah, we asked each other what our favorite meal in Savannah and we both agreed it was this restaurant. It is wonderful, authentic Italian restaurant. Not fancy, just plain good with friendly wait staff and good service.
Everything was great except for the service. Our particular waitress did not seem to be into her job at all and made several mistakes, including not getting us the salad we ordered, yet still trying to charge us for it and charging us for a dessert that we had a coupon for. We also had to ask for refills on our drinks several times (including water) and finally gave up on getting additional refills. Additionally, we ordered pasta with butter for our six-year-old, and were brought stuffed manicotti shells sitting in a pool of butter.
The eggplant was deep fried and burned. When we asked for a new order they said it would come out the same. The chicken parm had little to no cheese and was also overdone. The waitress was very nice. The owners need to pay closer attention to the food at this restaurant. Godfather Coreleone would be disgraced by the food.
