Corleone's Trattoria Ratings and Reviews
The food was not good at all. I had fettuccine carbonara and my two daughters had spaghetti and meatballs. They both said the meatballs didn't taste good. Both dishes lacked flavor and were bland. Also had calamari that was chewy and we went it back. I was disappointed. In the past the the food and service was much better. Our waiter left dishes from courses and drinks on our table. It was cluttered with 6 people and we met having to ask for the table to be cleared
We went to this restaurant because it had great reviews. It was really a nice place. The food was delicious and our server was fantastic. There was a very large group and it was hard to hear at first, but they left about 30 minutes after we were seated. One guy was extremely loud. After they left, the silence was golden. Great restaurant!!!
Great service and delicious food! We were seated promptly at our reservation time. We started with fried asparagus, which was fantastic. I really enjoyed the dipping sauce that came with it. I had the veal picata and my husband had the stuffed shells. Both were fantastic.
This is a very nice old-school Italian restaurant on the edge of Savannah’s history district. Very nice ambiance with well-spaced tables. Our food was very good, and the lasagne was especially tasty. The service was attentive. When we complained that our coffee was tepid, the waitress promptly replaced it with a fresh pot. Only complaint: no decaf espresso.
The food was amazing! We split the chicken Parmesan and still had left overs! I think our waitress was new so that’s the only reason I gave the rating I did because she was very slow, but other than that we will be going back for sure! Amazing amazing food!
I've been to Corleone's Trattoria several times and I've always had a great experience even with the valet. But the server we had that night seemed very preoccupied. The lasagna wasn't what I remembered. It just seemed like an off evening overall. I suppose it was the day after Christmas may have had something to do with it. One bad service won't stop me from returning to a great Italian restaurant in Savannah.
Service was fast and attentive. The portions were very large. Neither my wife nor myself could finish our entree. The food was served quickly and was piping hot. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere. There were a lot of families there for holiday celebrations (it was December 23).
This was our first visit to Savannah and Corleone's was one of the restaurants recommended to us by friends and also Eliza Thompson B & B that we stayed. The food was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and the service. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great and enjoyable meal.
Upon entering the restaurant, I had cozy and warm feeling. The tables are set with large wine glasses that make the space feel romantic, as does the lighting. The food was fresh and satisfying. The pasta was delicious with just the right amount of sauce and shrimp. The best Italian food I have had in a long time. I recommend Corleone's for a pleasant evening of delicious food and drink.
This was our 1st time dining here. Food was bland. Table was tiny. I felt like they rushed us out. We ordered appetizer, soup, salad and they brought it out all together. I hate that. We weren't done with our salad when our entree came. We had the Cannoli for dessert and the middle of the shell was empty. VERY disappointing and will never return.
cold bread... cold bread... cold bread...they brought us bread 3x and all were cold with no real explanation until we questioned at the end. Also- I ordered the daily special, Shrimp and veggies over pasta with white wine sauce. It was bland and the onions seemed out of place.
Kind of noisy and some kind of kids party going on after 9 pm
Parking was a hassle so had to get valet. Went on a Sat. Night
Food is good and tastes authentic. I asked for no pancetta in my pasta but they still put it in. Nbd. Over all good food if you're in the neighborhood.
