Extremely slow service. No checking in from server or manager explaining why service was slow. Although we were there on a Sunday, it was not a holiday and restaurant was not crowded. Food was just ok. Also had to wait for a period at front desk before being acknowledged. Not sure we would return.

We sat outside in order to enjoy the lovely view. Service was excellent. The dishes we enjoyed were he Deviled Eggs, Shrimp and Grits, Truffle Mac and Cheese, and Pasta Pomodoro. Desserts were bread pudding and fritters. Everything was delicious. The strawberry gin rickey and porch pounder are both excellent cocktails. Highly recommend!

The food was fresh and unique. I had the Ruben with Brussel sprout slaw which was so delicious. I was a little disappointed that there was nothing unique about the french fries; they were pretty typical. I had the green eggs and ham deviled eggs for an appetizer which were the best I’ve ever had! The wine was tasty. Honestly for the view alone I would definitely go back. The waterfalls, golf course, and Gardens are picturesque. Most people were dressed nicely. One person had their dog, so I guess this is a pet friendly dining location. Parking attendant was on a bit of a power trip directing people incorrectly where to go, saying there was no parking...when there was. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Will be visiting again.

Went for Easter with elderly mother. Limited holiday menu. No gluten free options for meal. Mother did not enjoy her food...she is a traditionist. Their food is anything but traditional. The atmosphere and ambiance is terrific however.

It's a beautiful place in my opinion. Staff is very nice but service is slow. The biggest issue for recommending is that the food is terrible. The menu is limited and it seemed like the chef wanted to get too creative with bizarre combinations of food and at the same time, overcooking a simple burger. Unfortunately, that left us with the feeling of "Ehh... I wouldn't go back".

The Corkfire was a pleasant surprise. Usually when we stay at a resort hotel we check Open Table and drive to the nearest well-rated restaurant. I saw the ratings on Corkfire and made the reservation. The service is top notch. The broad bean and brussel sprout appetizer was excellent. The New York steak was cooked to order medium rare. The salmon special was very tasty but a bit overcooked. The mixed berry cobbler was delicious. We will return.

We tried this restaurant since we were staying at the Inn and it meant we would not have to drive. We sat in the patio which overlooks the golf cource. There is a limited selection on the menu for dinner but something for everyone (meat, fish, poultry, salads, etc.). The food was OK but nothing special. The portions are small but prices high. In total we had one appetizer, one Beet salad and one Arctic Char, two drinks each(beer&wine) $135.00 including tip.
Next time we will try somewhere else in Temecula.

The hostess was rude to everyone. We were not seated until 20 minutes after our reservation and not given menus. Because we had no menus, the waitress accused us of seating ourselves. We asked if the bloody Maries were good and the waitress was super offended and rude in her response. The food was cold when it finally came out. One dish did not come out for another 5 minutes after the first two. We ordered home fries and were not told that they were allegedly out of them and that we would be getting a plate of tater tots from a freezer bag. My meal alone was $12.00 for 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bread, and a handful of tots. I could have gotten better food for 1/3 the price at Denny's. Do not go here for any reason at all.

Laurianne was spectacular! Unfortunately her assisting staff would come by frequently with others’ orders and ask if it was our food. That occurred enough to spoil the excellent ambience of the restaurant. The food was well prepared. The calamari came essentially dry and we had to as for aioli. The bread was hot and to die for. The burgers and the accompanying roll looked SO GOOD going by we changed our minds and were glad we did. We finished the meal with an excellent apple cobbler. A great meal - great ambience - great waitress! Please fix the serving staff.

The golf course view was pretty. Service was a bit slow but the turkey burger was amazing. We were hopeful for breakfast but I believe they stop serving breakfast at 11 or 12. More of a lunch than a brunch spot.

On a mini vacation on the way to The Inn at Santa Fe, but we were hungry. Found this place on open table
We were famished so we ordered a flatbread, not good, too much dough
& unevenly cooked .
My hub has the special burger, I had a turkey burger with no bun
Both were good, mine was a bit dry.
The view is pretty and we’d definitely go back if were even in the hood

We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of our meal here, from the to-die-for cauliflower bisque to the divine, perfectly seared scallops to the exquisite lemon cheesecake—and particularly the friendly, helpful service from our waitress, Bree. Although we hadn't mentioned that it was a birthday meal, we were treated just as if they somehow knew it was a special occasion. Can't wait to go back!

Good food and a nice atmosphere make for a nice dinner spot. The chef creates some special menu items that you might not find elsewhere, so it's a great place to eat. My New York steak was a little too chewy, so I believe it was a bit overdone, but everything else what really good and the waitress was super friendly.

Although had reservation on open table, took a while to be seated. We arrived at 12:15ish at the same time as several other parties in fairness to the restaurant.

I made reservations for my boyfriend's 18th birthday after my mom researched some local restaurants. I put in the reservation that it was his birthday and would like something nice.
The food was delicious, staff great and my boyfriend got a little cake and cheesecake brought out to him worth candles. It was a great experience!

You sit in front of dirty plates until the check comes. Then when the check arrives on the table they ask if you'd like dessert. If you do want dessert then they take the bill away and clean the table. Never refill water glasses. When we asked for more water, they did one glass and not the table of almost empty glasses. The waitress was if she just graduated from Denny's and had one week training working at the Cork Fire restaurant. Her hair was pulled back however it was a mess. Her uniform look like it was on the third day of use. She looked like a wreck. There were other waitresses and waiters that look appropriate for the position. The position of food handler, guest relations, customer retention i.e. waiter/waitress

Took my wife here for date night. The food was amazing and Tammy, our waitress, did everything in her power to make an ordinary evening feel extraordinary. I recommend the arctic char. It was wonderful paired with the cauliflower bisque.

I liked everything about this restaurant, but the holiday weekend overwhelmed the staff and they were very good at avoiding eye contact. They were seating 30 minutes behind the reservation time. The bar staff gave us lunch menus at night and they seemed to have trouble with the register software. They probably do fine normally.

I have been to the restaurant with a group of ladies and we had wonderful service, food was excellent and the view GREAT. I returned with my husband over the week-end and we both enjoyed our lunch. We will be back - both individually and with a group.

We both agreed the menu was lacking interest. The burgers were overcooked. One so much it went back and was replaced in a reasonable time. Otherwise good - salad was quite good. Probably would not go back.

We've eaten at Cork & Fire several times and have usually had great meals. This trip my wife had the chicken breast which was ordinary and I had the burger. I returned the fries since they were cold. I really think they gave me the burger from the table next to us which the customers returned ten minutes prior for being under cooked.

My husband and I came in to celebrate Valentine weekend. One of the places we wanted to go visit, is Temecula. This restaurant was nice and peaceful overlooking the golf course. Service was superb but we didn't realize they only served breakfast up til 11:30. They accommodated us by getting in our orders early for lunch. I am not a breakfast person and my husband wanted to eat, so our server Josh fed my husband while waiting for lunch which was not long at all. Staff was super nice and friendly. We will definitely be back.
