I am very impressed with the great customer service we received considering how busy the restaurant was since it was the day before Valentine's day. I reservation's went very smooth and our waitress was very attentive to us. Our supper was amazing.

I love this restaurant, but our waitress charged a whole other party's meal on my credit card. I was charged 242.00 and it still hasn't been reimbursed. Then I was charged my bill. I had been their the week before and my husband's card was charged twice. So, make sure they only charge you for your bill AND once. I'm disappointed in that aspect of the meal, and it will be a while before I go back.

Usually I love this place, but on this occasion the pizza I ordered was under cooked and the server I had was quite bad. He dropped by our table every 30 - 40 minutes which was kind of appalling because they weren't that busy.

Having a reservation, we were seated promptly and not having to settle with sitting outside. Which was great, since it was a chilly night. We didn’t have to scream across the table to carry a conversation which is great for being on a date. Not a wide selection of food, but the quality was very good.

I enjoy Cork & Pig every time I visit! It's great for a date night or a business dinner and the menu has something for everyone! Bar is great and the wine selection is pretty good as well!

We were seated right away with our Open Table reservation despite the obviously long wait the restaurant was on. Cork and Pig is consistently good. The Steak Salad is amazing!! And the coffee is great too!

After a movie , arrived early but didn’t get to our table for 15 mins. after reservation. But that’s ok. Server was slammed!! So service was slow. No reflection on him. He was very good. I had the Rib eye. Very Grizzley but had a nice flavor cream corn very good and the salmon was wonderful and the deviled eggs were fantastic as always and you should think about serving them as one at a time since the price is what it is but people have one or two instead of all five because they always come home with us but they are very good that’s why they come home with us there was a football game on and that was great. All and all , as usual, great dining experience. Because of late seating and being slammed I have to go with a , from 1 to 10, 10 being the best, a 9.5!!

We are frequent diners at Cork & Pig. Our experience this time was a bit disappointing. We had a reservation, and upon arrival, we found out our table had been given away. We were told we could “wait a long time” or take the last leftover high top in the corner. The service we received at this table wasn’t great - my husband needed a water refill for quite awhile, and the eggs in his burrito were over cooked. Those seem like minor details, but having our table given away to someone without a reservation when we had made one put a damper on the whole experience. Especially because upon opening, there is a line that you have to wait in, reservation or not - and apparently by the time you get to the front of the line, your reserved table is gone.

Dinner spot for my daughters 22nd birthday. I made reservations and that was the best decision because as soon as we got there we were seated immediately. The service was Great & the food was Absolutely Delicious! We had the 14oz ribeye with mashed potatoes. Our steak was cooked to perfection & the taste was soooo good. We will definitely become regulars.

Usually really good but this both beef short ribs came out more fat than meat. Wife wouldn’t eat it and waiter didn’t care. They did take it off the ticket but very disappointing.

Yea, we love this little place in the middle of nowhere! Some of the best food you can get anywhere in West Texas! My favorite, the Pig! I’m a pizza fan and a beer fan, they have both and they are both very good! I prefer darker beers and ales but I understand the market may not support to many beers that stray outside of the typical IPA so I live with it and focus on the pizza. You can tell you are going to get a great pizza when you see the awesome oven and it always satisfies! Try it out, you’ll be glad you did!

Was excited to finally have brunch at CPT but must admit I was a bit let down. Had the French toast which was mediocre and the bacon was undercooked. Probably won’t do brunch here again. Still, I love the Steak Salad and the cornbread is to die for. CPT remains one of my favorite!

We love this place for date nights. I look forward to the Peartini and steak salad! Yumm! We don’t feel rushed and are able to sit and chat and have a few cocktails without feeling like they want us out of there. The wait staff is always very friendly and helpful. This area doesn’t have much in terms of high quality dining, so this is a nice treat and I’m thankful we have it. Definitely make a reservation for dinner, it does fill up quickly.

Was disappointed in the Cork and Pig this time. Salad was delivered with my steak. Would have preferred it before as usual. Salad was quite tasteless this time and I usually love it. Took much longer than necessary to get our wine I found that quite annoying. My steak wasn't very warm nor the potatoes but was cooked correctly although a little bland. Bill for 2 people was $128 without the tip. I recommend the Wall Street Grill... At least you can hear yourself think while you eat!

First off, the quality of the food is second to none in our area. We really love the fish of the day. I find it hard to believe the we have access to such fresh fish, not to mention, how well it is prepared. My wife loves the salmon, it is very consistent and very tasty.
I really have no complaints other that it’s pretty expensive, but, I plan to continue to dine with the Cork and Pig.

Cork & Pig is a true gem. Looking for a big city experience, this is the place to go, definitely not the typical Midland-Odessa restaurant. Make reservations or expect a long wait. Excellent food, I have never heard any complaints about the selections or the service. Personal favorites are the calamari, deviled eggs, steak salad, pizza and the jalepeno margaritas. Fun place to meet your friends for drinks on the patio.

Love eating here. The Steak Salad is my favorite. Always enjoy a glass or two of the Moscato! Follow this delicious meal with coffee and the Tres Laches cake. Yummy!! Music was a “bit” loud. Probably my age.

Good service, pretty noisy and crowded. The food is amazing, very fresh, intense and complex flavors. The great tasting food is worth the bill, prices were not out of line. Will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu.

A nice dining option when in Odessa. While this is sort of a chain restaurant (there are at least two other locations in San Angelo and Ft. Worth) I'd say it's more like a one-off bistro style that's as good as anything in its price range in Austin. My go to favorite is the steak salad that includes a nice size tossed and dressed field greens salad (no cheap iceberg lettuce here) with a 4 oz. fillet cooked over mesquite or oak fire. Screaming deal at $18 and the tomato with blue cheese side is a steal at $5. I've also had the pork back ribs and the beef short rib, both very filling that comes with a side of your choice.

At dinner the place is packed and very noisy, not a place to go for an intimate or even normal conversation, just too loud. You're able to eat at the bar and actually the noise level is a little more tolerable there. While they do have some tasty bar drinks (various fruity margaritas) I've found their more typical cocktails to be pretty average. The last two nights I ended up buying an Old Fashion to sip outside to enjoy the cool dry breezy west texas evening, and found them to be very inconsistent. Certainly not worth $12 for a house bourbon mixed drink.

Anyway, cocktails aside, the food is done so well that I'm willing to put up with the ear splitting noise and inconsistent cocktail quality. Given the lack of anything comparable, (no, the Red Oak Kitchen sister restaurant under the same ownership next door isn't in the same league by a long shot) in Odessa, it is way better than any of the other choices in this part of town or west side of Midland, IMHO.

PS, this is nothing like the CPT in San Angelo which I found to be pretty average the one time I ate there. Not bad, but the Odessa store is more like a mid priced bistro style restaurant in Austin (think Bartlett's).

The service of cork and pig was great. I how ever keep having bad experiences with the staff checking in my reservation. As soon as I leave I get an email telling me I need to make sure I cancel my reservation if I am not going to show up. I show every time and get the same email. It is very annoying.
