Not at all what expected. Bathroom off dining room was not operable and that experience was disgusting. The roof deck had not firepit as pictures portrayed. Awful experience.
Beautiful decor, nice setting, good food and wonderful service. Dinner and drinks are a little pricey but for a special occasion, you couldn't go wrong.
Anniversary evening was really wonderful. The service and friendly staff were refreshing. The food was very good and unique dishes. Wine was excellent and 1/2 off when we visited. The location on highway 90 is close to I-110 with the beach just across the street.
This was my first visit, we checked out the bar and found it very open and accommodating . Bartenders were friendly. Then we had dinner and food exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!
We loved Cora’s! We went there for a girls night. The hostess was delightful and food was absolutely delicious. The ambience was really nice and service was great.
Stayed at the White House Hotel for my birthday and ate at Cora's for dinner. We were greeted by the nicest host who took us to our table and took some birthday pictures for us. We had Lane Snapper and gumbo with a nice bottle of wine that we took to the roof top terrace to watch the sunset. Everything was amazing. Will go back again soon.
Had a great time with my wife. The food was great. It was my wife’s birthday and couldn’t be happier about our visit. Service was good everyone was really nice and helpful.
We were greeted promptly, the service was great & the food was delicious. The ambiance was awesome!
Always have the best service with Jessica Malloy as our server. Love the new menu selections that have just been added.
Lamb chops out of this world. Great bar and great place to eat. Our friends first time and they throughly enjoyed the evening . We will be back.
Amazing food!! Service was excellent. The restaurant is beautiful! Can not wait to go back.
Staff was wonderful & food was great! Really enjoyed our visit!
Great Brunch food!
This was our first time at Cora’s and the White House and it did not disappoint. The food, staff, hotel everything was amazing!!
Horrible service (not waitress's fault). I think it was the chef.
Lots of things going on that day. Sunday, Sept 1st
Our server was wonderful and did all that she could to make up for our terrible experience. This review does not include or reflect her service. However, we never got our food. We waited for an hour and a half and finally left before being served. We made a decision to leave after noticing that all the surrounding tables had also not been served, left, or received the wrong food. A dirty table remained dirty and uncleared for the entire hour and a half. The drinks were good, but that was about it. Was very disappointed and hope the restaurant was having an off-day, although that is quite hard to believe. Too bad. It’s a beautiful hotel and building.
Food was awesome, especially the flatbread !! Service was good as well. Was hoping for more of a view but nonetheless, would go back, likely at dinner.
Outstanding food, staff and service! Thank you!
Brunch at Cora's was nice, however the reason I had made my reservation for brunch was because they use to have a lovely brunch buffet on Sunday. We learned when we arrived, however, that this was discontinued. We were very disappointed as it was our Anniversary brunch, but we decided to stay. The menu selection was minimal, but we ordered the omelette and overall the taste was good, if not a little under seasoned. The location and ambiance is lovely and the wait staff is superb, I would recommend if you are interested in a sit down meal. As for us, we may only return if the brunch is re-instated. Thank you.
Nice place to eat and great bar. Frank was great behind the bar and our water ver attentive. Will be back
Beautiful decor. Friendly staff. We were time limited and the meal was served promptly. The hostess was charming, and even offered to take our picture. The server was attentive and gave good recommendations. The food was presented well . Everything was delicious. The only criticism is that the glasses of wine seemed a bit skimpy. We would go there again if we return to Biloxi.
We always go to Cora’s when in Biloxi. One of the best filets in town. Had the rainbow trout special, and it was outstanding! Perfectly cooked /poached in a brown butter sauce. Caesar salad was changed with the new menu. Used to be grilled and was great, now just average. Great gumbo.
Pancake platter was very good though it took a long time to reach table.
Wonderful as always
We were not sure what to expect, but Cora's was a fantastic find and we booked a room at the fabulous hotel for the next evening. The wait staff was great and food delicious. We loved the table booths with curtains and will definitely return next time in Biloxi.
James, our server, was great! The food was phenom. Will definitely be back!
The food was terrible. Especially, the charcuterie. When we brought up how disappointed we were in it to the waiter he couldn’t care less. We’ve ordered the charcuterie board multiple times before and this was so shocking.
Only one person on staff. Eggs came out runny but other food was good.
Great filet. Steak Walker was very good. Asparagus was very wilted and small.
Very good for it being our first time their. Will definitely be going back.
Decent food but not what advertised. Our waitress was not very helpful and came by to check on us only twice to where the manger asked if we needed refills.
This was our first experience at Cora’s. Earlier in the afternoon I received a phone call confirming our reservation. The young lady was very professional and personal telling us they we’re looking forward to having us as their guests. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Gloria who was an absolute doll! What an asset to your restaurant. Calling us by name, being very personal, escorting us to our table, everything she did was so welcoming. We felt that we had just met up with an old time friend. Jamie was our waitress. She stated that she had only been at Cora’s since May but seemed to have done the job all of her life. She was very knowledgeable about the menu making recommendations. I had a question that she couldn’t answer but she told me she would find out and she did. Her attentiveness throughout the evening was well timed and not irritating or rushed as many restaurants are. As we were leaving, we were once again addressed by Gloria who thanked us for coming, invited us back and gave a great big Mississippi hug until our next visit! We will definitely be back.
A restaurant of your caliber can do much better in the following:
Bread was stale and boring. And microwaved for warmth I believe.
The sausage or whatever meat on the medallions sauce was overwhelming and unnecessary.
Caesar dressing seperate from the salad? That's lazy.
Overall an average meal. Since this was my second visit to Cora's with the first being very good, you get the benefit of the doubt
We had evening dinner and breakfasts at Cora. Very nice restaurant that is quiet, good service, excellent food and selection and reasonable prices.
Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on meals.
We were surprised to find this restaurant practically empty on a Saturday night. Nicely decorated. Linen tablecloths would have been a nice touch. Service felt a bit rushed, especially in light of the fact that the place was nearly empty. Food was good and reasonably priced. The hotel is beautiful!
We went here for the Sunday brunch in a historic hotel. Not what we found. No brunch only order from menu which was not much better than Waffle House. Not bad just not what was expected.
Everything was the best--good cocktails, great food, excellent service. ESPECIALLY: Ms. Gloria made it an evening to remember. She was outstanding. Please tell her so!
Went there for our wedding anniversary. Food was incredible - I had the delmonico steak and my wife had the fillet, both were top quality pieces of meat and were cooked to perfection - very flavorful. Do not miss the fried green tomatoes for appetizer- the best! Service could have been better but in their defense they had a party of 40+ they were trying to accommodate too. Overall a very good 1st impression and we will definitely be dining there in the future.
Wonderful food and spectacular service , will be back next time we visit the area.
