Join us for outdoor dining at Cedarbrook with our "Camp Copperleaf" menu. Limited outdoor seating is available from 5pm-9pm daily. Please note that our covered tables are open-air and may not be comfortable during heavy rain or wind. Due to current Covid restrictions, we are not able to allow indoor dining at this time.

Wow! We had an amazing time at Camp Copperleaf. The outside dining experience on the patio. They have the fireplace roaring, outdoor heaters and even blankets if you get cold. Be sure to get enjoy one of the lovely Hot Cocktails and wear warm clothing.

Outdoor dining is lovely here. Nice fireplace, blankets, etc. Food and drinks are good, but overpriced for quality and volume. Scaled down menu for COVID. Good variety though.

Nice and warm by the fire, sitting out on patio surrounded by beautiful foliage on grounds of hotel. Blankets were available. Food arrived hot in timely fashion and staff checked on us frequently. Quality of food excellent.

We had a fabulous meal! The setting is gorgeous - it's a hidden gem that you would never expect to find where it is. Their outdoor seating set up is perfect with heaters, a fireplace and blankets to keep you warm. The food was great - just wish they had a few more entree options. The peppers with whipped goat cheese appetizer was simple but incredible! We can't wait to return this winter - and are looking forward to trying it out on a nice simmer day too!

Copper Leaf has provided us a safe and comfortable outdoor dining experience during the COVID crisis and we've dined outside several times over the last couple of weeks and have also purchased food to go. Generally the food, ambiance and service are top-notch, however, on this last visit the service was very slow and the waiter was inattentive (it would be nice to have that heater working and that warm drink sooner rather than later while we're sitting outside in 40 degree, rainy weather, thank you!) -- but this is not our usual experience here. Still recommended though, despite the seemingly off night.

Nice outdoor dining - no big tents, just a fireplace, umbrellas and heaters. Delicious food and no corkage on Washington Wines. This will definitely be a "go to" place for us.

We thought the place looked beautiful from the pictures, but we'll never know as the garden is not lighted...
We booked the Christmas special but could not find what it actually was so we called, alas it seems they did not know yet (strange on the 24th...). We were told they'd call or email us back later, but they never did. We almost did not go because of that, if an establishment does not want our business why give it? But reviews looked great so we still went with it.
I appreciate how flexible our waiter was: the salad from the Christmas special came in a big bowl instead of a single plate to be shared since we only had one, we asked for the cheese plate to come after the entree and we also got to switch one cheese we don't like and that was no problem either. Also I'm quite the slow eater, so getting there by 9pm was not enough as we were told we'd have to leave by 11pm which is very understandable, but in the end the waiter was extra nice and said it was only him and we could finish at our leisure.
When booking the meal, we wrote it was a birthday one, and the waiter definitely did read that as when the desert came, it came with a candle, a very nice touch!
About the food: The Christmas special was awesome! The salad was quite good, if maybe a little dry as I like a lot of sauce. The beef was the best part of the meal, so tasty and tender! I think it came with some sort of mashed potatoes, but not sure as there was maybe an ounce of it (modern cuisine style I guess). The Katsu from the regular menu was nothing special, but the curry sauce that it came with was really great. Apart from some strange sausage we loved the cheese plate, and oh the chocolate tart was so good!
We got a wine pairing, and thought all of it were great, except the one for the meat, but that's probably just preference.
The very bad: no good protection from the rain (holes in the cover) and the heater on one side only. This needs change! Also please no Christmas songs for hours on!

This was a great option during Covid with a very pleasant outside space, covered with a fireplace and heat lamps. Service was excellent and one of the best burgers we've ever had. Fabulous oasis in a beautlful lodge setting near the airport.

Great service and comfortable, warm outside seating with proper social distancing. It was fun to eat out and we felt safe. Everything was kept very clean, tables were far apart and masks were worn continuously by staff and while not eating by guests. Single use blankets and patio heaters kept us warm.

I really love Cedarbrook and Copperleaf restaurant. I have been dining there for over 6 years. The food before Covid was 5 star. Since covid, it is similar and more limited...but still really good. It is very sad to see how the pandemic has affected Cedarbrook Lodge and Copperleaf restaurant. There are so many restrictions and obstacles...but they have done an excellent job overcoming. We ate outside right next to a warm outdoor fire, the staff lit the propane heaters. They have blankets for your lap if you get cold. The service was AMAZING! It is very clear they miss customers and the business. I hope they are able to fully recover and be the bright, vibrant, peaceful get-a-away they strive to be.
My husband and I had a really lovely dinner and created a fabulous memory. Thank you Copperleaf!!!

The restaurant had social distancing measures in place. Drinks were great and the food was good. The only critique is the pork was very dry and hard to cut with the provided butter knife. I would have loved more sauce and a better knife.

Nothing special. Service was slow and the server either had too many tables or it was an off night for him. The food was disappointing for the price.

Very nice ambience with a fireplace and low lighting. Tables were 6 ‘ apart and everyone wore masks. Beautiful place and spa!

The Copperleaf has been a special place for me to dine over the years. The space is warm, the food is great, and it is a wonderful place to share a meal with a significant other.

This was a new experience at Copperleaf, us being regular diners and patrons. Normally I rate this place 5* all across the board, however I had to pause and reflect on my most recent dining experience.
Food was average, but most bothersome was ordering something and being served something else and trying to cover up the same.
Examples: 1. called for their normally delicious and freshly baked thyme bread rolls, but instead got a few slices of a stale cut up baguette. 2. My wife’s dessert was swapped out.
Maybe this is an artifact of COVID with restaurants losing their staff etc. and working on slim budgets. I hope Copperleaf survives and recovers from this set back.

We have eaten here many times and always found it to be great. Maybe it’s Covid, but the service was incredibly slow, 15 to 20 minutes for a drink, one meal showed up with the salads and the others were 45 minutes later. Just not the typical Copperleaf Restaurant we have grown used to.
I'm very sorry to hear that your latest visit was a disappointment. We are continually adapting our service to these changing conditions, hopefully next time we can deliver the great experience that you have come to expect from us!
We went for our honeymoon and were treated well by all the staff. The food was exquisite, and the desserts were playful and delicious . I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good date night or special occasion dinner.

Disappointing. Waitress spent time chatting with other diners instead of keeping food and drink flowing. Black and blue salad steak was ordered medium, came back over done and grisly. Considering we were drinking 18 yr old Macs at over $20 a shot I expected better service. Been here several times in the past (staying at the hotel - also not cheap) this was a huge step down.

This was our first time here. It is restaurant time so we thought we would give this place a shot.
We are glad we did. I had the tuna with a curry sauce and it was excellent. The staff was wonderful and they did great with social distancing. In side we sat by the fire which made a nice relaxing evening after work. I would highly recommend this place.

Not an experience I would want to repeat. Arrived and identified a birthday at the table. Took our drink and appetizer order. The appetizers were delivered from the kitchen and were finished while still waiting for our drinks which were sitting at the bar for over 20 minutes. Had to go to the bartender to request them to be brought to the table. Then finally took our order followed by dumping water all over our laps. They didn't replace tableware so when the kitchen delivered the food, we sat for over 10 minutes trying to get service. The manager comped the first round of drinks and 2 of our meal that was returned because they were cold. All in all a very poor experience in an uncrowded dining room. We were embarrassed as we brought our guests from out of town for his birthday and he was clearly disappointed as were we.

Peaceful, elegant, and had good food. Not sure if it is because of Covid, but the place was pretty deserted. Sort of felt like eating in a hotel lobby rather than a restaurant, but would definitely go back.
A lovely oasis of serenity and high quality food not far from the airport. I don’t think many people know this special place exists. Wonderful choice during our current virus environment, whether you dine inside or out.
Our stay at the Lodge. Enjoyed a lovely home style meal in front of the fireplace. Perfect way to relax after traveling all day. Great service and a peaceful ambience.

Let me first say that we have dined here on many occasions and while service has been slow, we have never walked away disappointed. Our recent dining experience was the complete opposite. We got seated promptly, but were then ignored for 15 minutes until finally water was brought. This was not our waiter but looked like an assistant manager or management staff trying to help out. He took our drink order, then disappeared for what was 15 more minutes. Finally drinks come. Our waiter now has a moment to greet us and takes our order. We each ordered an entree and two appetizers for the table. Simple as that. Forty-five more minutes have gone by, no appetizers, no checking in on us if we need more to drink, our waiter has disappeared. It has now been an hour and 15 minutes into our reservation and we have no food. Food comes after 1.5 hours, two of our entrees, one salad, one appetizer. Half of our table was fed, while the other half nibbled on some appetizers. We had to wait 15 more minutes to get the rest of the entrees. And finally when it was time to pay we received our final appetizer. The waiter explained to us it was the kitchen that was backed up, but it was the waiters fault for not coming by to keep us informed about our food or to even check if we were alive. No bread to hold us over either. Our food didn’t even make up for the experience. It was cold, tasteless, messy and nothing came out in the order that it should. Not sure if this is the new norm at Copperleaf, but if so I won’t be returning. A shame for a place we used to frequent often.
Food was cold. We sent it back but the second time it was cold too and we still got charged for it. Our waitress was so bombarded with new tables that we basically got forgotten about. Not sure if it was due to COVID but the experience wasn’t good.
