Small Batch Spirits, Eclectic Wine Selection
One of the plates was not what we ordered. The bacon came out cold and not cooked and the eggs and pancakes were cold.
The beer selection is one of the best. Food is great and it was delivered to our table without delay.
My pizza was kind of tasteless it had very little bacon for a product that was listed prominently in the description and way too much cheese that didn’t taste very good. I wouldn’t order that product again. My friend got a salad which she loved though so it was a wash. But I thought you should know about the lackluster pizza.
Awesome service! Great food. Came here for brunch with a friend when all other restaurants had a very long wait. No wait and quick food.
My 2nd time going to Cooperhouse Tavern. Food is really good as is the price but I will say, our waitress was TERRIBLE. She was incredibly rude - almost throwing our bill at us and pushing us out the door. I would go back but if I saw her working, I would request not having her as my server.
Food was ok. Roasted vegetable salad really did not have roasted vegetables they were baked/steamed. Lots of winter squash. The salmon salad was ok. Bone in the salmon which can happen. Salad had lots of raw red onion which were old/strong. Beers show on menu as 20 oz were served in 16.9 oz glasses. Service was not great.
The food was well prepared and the service was good. However, I didn’t expect the noise level tobe so high. Guess it was my fault, since I should have realized it from the name.
The loudest, ear splitting dining experience. You could hear the television from New York. Other than that the service and food were solid.
Always great service---great beer list---fun place
My family had dinner here on Thursday night and we enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant and bar area was very busy. There is an extensive food menu as well as large draft selection. The beer prices were steep in my opinion. I had the Veggie burger which was very delicious. My wife had the steak salad and my daughter had the mac & cheese with chicken. They both liked their meals and the portions were good. I thought the pricing for the food was fair vs the beers.
This restaurant is inside the Best Western and was very good. We will come back for sure.
Wonderful place, great food, beer and service!!
Already recommended to many friends!
Great central location - just off of Rte. 128. Perfect for a business lunch. Good food, excellent service, and moderate noise level for business conversations.
Good food, great beer selection. Service was very good, but price only "average".
It's an easy meeting spot for friends coming from north and south, right off the highway
Nicely decorated but from the start the mood was not welcoming. No smiles, no welcomes- surprising these days.
Omelets were quite large but not especially flavorful.
Server followed our lead in not wanting to be rush out, and since it was not busy at noontime on a Sunday, it worked well for us. That was appreciated. I'd recommend more flavor and less volume for the omelets.
Food was great, best veggie burger ever
Perfect place for business lunch, little noisy for lunchtime
I had requested a birthday candle in the dessert, which didn't show up.
Comfortable setting for a "not too fancy" meal. Menu had some good choices on it including some nice vegetarian items. Desserts were really good (particularly the chocolate cake). Overall, a good place, but definitely not a destination spot.
Great food and a fun atmosphere. A busy, family-friendly place for a great appetizer and burger. We will definitely go back to Copperhouse Tavern!
Great location, service, and food. This is attached to a conference hotel, and is often busy, loud, noisy, crowded on a weeknight. The staff works hard to accommodate, and Open Table made it possible to be seated without any trouble. Thanks!
PS: CopperHouse ought to serve its Mule in a copper mug...not a mason jar.
Bloody Mary’s were the highlight. It was a snowy day so the customers were light for Brunch but it picked up by 1:00. Decent size omelet but $13.00 seemed a bit inflated for this and it was the cheapest option.
Large menu, Sizable entrees, and food was very good, drinks were larger than other eateries, the desert was a hit...and both main meal and deserts were delivered quickly. Waitress was very good, however she was busy, would have liked too have had her check in with us a few more times. Would give our visit a 4.5, however half points are not allowed.
Location was easy to get to, right off the highway and ample parking..
I was not dissapointed, and will definitely re-visit.
Great service great atmosphere just a little to noisy
I had previously been for lunch with a gal pal and wanted to bring my husband next time to try dinner. Food was very good. My only comment was that our server seemed a bit harried. Not sure if she was new or if the place was short handed or what. Overall, would definitely go again. May stay away from Saturday night though.
Food was very good but service was slow. We had to ask for coffee refills 3 times! I was disappointed, especially since the restaurant was not busy. Was the service poor because there was an automatic 20% gratuity since we had 8 people?
loved it and the people were super nice! My server was well educated on the menu as well.
The food and atmosphere were fine - nothing special, but the service was frankly weird. First of all, it was hard to get a reservation at the time we wanted, then when we got there the place was practically empty - so that was weird. Then our waiter was kind of cookoo. I would be ok with it, but he seemed to have no idea how to accommodate us splitting the check on 2 different credit cards and added tip for us when tip had already been included in the total. We had him void and rerun the credit cards, but my friend got triple charged. Just a mess. Will not return.
Better than most for pub grub---an outstanding beer list
Came to spend an hour and it was very good time spent. Good was great drinks were better. Tried the nachos this time. I've had 3 different items each time I've been there always good.
Waiter was distracted and a bit rude. Felt like we were asking for favors from him for just taking our orders. Drinks took a long time which was understandable because it was busy when we first arrived. It would have been nice for the waiter to acknowledge our wait but at no point did want to spend more than 30 seconds at our table. Very rushed.
Food came too quickly, but was tasty. Waiter was lingering awkwardly and pressured us to close out as his shift ended. He disappeared and nobody checked on us for the next hour; not even to refill our waters.
Great service , food & atmosphere!!
Can not wait to go back.
Great beer selection and good food at a good price. Lots of TV’s tuned to favorite sports. Friendly service. Nice hi-top tables and booth seating. Great circular bar with plenty of seating.
Hands down the worst service anywhere in Waltham, consistently.
The steak was very chewy for the second time. I will not get the stall ever again. The salad was good
I love this place, I have been several times for both business and personal reasons. We've never had a bad experience with food or the service. However, our last visit wasn't great, and it's very disappointing. As soon as we stepped in the door and sat down, we had a waiter asking us for our meal order before our full party had arrived and without taking our drink order. Once the last of our group showed up, we had another server come see us right away, she again, asked for our meal order. Still not ready since the last person to arrive had just show up - she hadn't had the chance to take her jacket off. I simply stated we needed more time and she was back literally a minute later. Where's the fire? Both waiters that came were extremely rude and acted completely inconvenienced. There was no customer service from either of them. I understand it's a busy time of year for the restaurant industry, however the treatment we received was not something we were happy about. The only friendly waiter we had, was the waiter delivering our food. He was the only one that deserved the 20% tip we left.
Great food, beer selection, and service. Perfect for a wprk linch, dinner or watching a game at the bar.
Booked a table for 6 and asked for 8 when I arrived. Was impressed they were able to take care of this in 5 minutes.
Nachos were awful and recommended by one of the waitresses.
The final waitress was extremely impersonal and disappeared when it was check time.
Copperhouse tavern has an excellent selection of beers and a solid selection of food...me and my parents had a great time..
I have been to Copperhouse Tavern twice now. The restaurant is beautiful. Love the subway tile and warm lighting. The service was decent both times. However, each time I dined there, the kitchen had run out of my entree choice. I ordered Steak frites both times and each time, I was told that there were no more for tge evening. This would be acceptable and even normal if it were a special. The steak frites is a menu item. Its on the menu everyday. How do you run out?
